After his rebirth, he was pretty much like his past life. He was just as obsessed with researching. Just the difference was in this life he researched curses and not for "icha icha paradise "

This thought made him laugh, it always did

He was just like a free bird. He went from one place to another for missions and work. He became a scholar student at jujutsu high and special grade when he was 18

At the age of 19, he had everything he could achieve in his life. He had a successful team, a good earning and stability. It was like there was nothing to achieve, there was room for improvement but nothing to achieve

Then Sakura came into his life. He was still 20 when he met her. He still remembers the day he met her in that alley way

Talking to her, he could see the similarities between her and Tsunade. It wasn't surprising or anything as she was her Student.

He thought he let go of Tsunade after his past life but who was he kidding? He couldn't forget Tsunade Senju. She was his first love

Talking to Sakura made him realize how much he still loved and missed Tsunade. Sakura was a young girl then. He didn't want to let her stay there because, to him, she was the last memory of Tsunade

He was 20 years old when he adopted Sakura. He didn't know if he was ready or if he would be able to provide all the care she would need. But he couldn't let her go. He didn't want to leave her like he did with Naruto

He didn't wanna be late

Then his goal was to raise Sakura properly. That was the only achievement he had to achieve more

Growing up Sakura was one of the most well behaved and mature kids he had ever seen. She was kind and caring towards him and everyone around her. She had her own achievements, that he was very proud of.

She became the best healer at the age of 12. She made the life of jujutsu sorcerers much easier with the poisons he created. No one else could do it.

Life became more meaningful with her

Now, she is a strong and independent girl he was proud of

Looking back, she had come so far and he couldn't be any prouder

He wasn't a really emotional person but the first time in his was the time Gojo and Geto proposed to her

That day, he was happy for her. She deserved all the happiness he got

Gojo Satoru and Geto Suguru were good kids. Not the best or what he envisioned for his dear daughter but he could tell, those two loved her to bits

They looked at her as if she was their whole world. He couldn't say no to them. He was also in their place one day

He was thinking all of these with a smile on his face

Suddenly, the door bell rang

"Who is it at this time?"

He thought to himself as he got up to get the door

It was late afternoon and no one was supposed to come here today

He went and opened the door

"Who is-

He stopped mid sentence as soon as he saw who was waiting outside his door

His eyes waiden as stared at the two unexpected guests. One man and other woman

The man looked eirily like someone he knew. Who he himself taught in his past life

The spikey blonde hair and deep ocean blue eyes..... He looked a lot older than the last time jiraiya saw him

Aside him was the woman. Her hair is just as he remembered, long and red. and the same violet eyes

They were also looking at him with disbelief

"Minato.....Kushina?"

Jiraiya asked in disbelief

They blinked a few times as they came back to their senses. When they did, they smiled warmly at him. The man's blue eyes sparkling with tears

"Jiraiya-sensei"

He said

That was all jiraiya needed. Both of the teacher student and came forward and hugged each other. Both of them sighed in relief. Kushina stood there watching with tears in her eyes. She was grinning

"How did you know I was here, Minato?"

Jiraiya asked, still in slight disbelief

It all felt like a dream

He came shook hands with Kushina with a smile

"It's great to see you after so long, Kushina-chan"

Kushina chuckled, Nodding her head. She didn't trust her voice now

It had been Soo long, a whole lifetime, since she had heard someone call her "Kushina-chan "

"You're daughter gave us this address and told us to surprise you, sensei "

Minato said

"Sakura Hime?"

Minato nodded

"Gotta say, even after being the pervert you are sensei, you raised an amazing daughter, dattebane!"

Jiraiya let out a heartfull laugh when he heard Kushina say that

"I guess I did.... Now come on in. We have a lot of catching up to do"

They nodded and came in

They went to the living and sat down on the sofa. Jiraiya quickly told the maid to make some coffee

"So how have you been, Minato, kushina?"

Jiraiya asked, smailing fondly with them

"Well sensei, we met when we were really young. We lived in the same neighbourhood. We had our memories from before and recognized each other immediately. After highschool we got married and moved to France. I started in jujutsu and made it pretty big in a short time. "

Minato explained

"Ohh...That's why I never heard of you two. So you moved back in Japan?"

"Yes, dattebane! I started my dream business and Minato was called here to help sealing the king of curses"

Jiraiya nodded understandingly

"That's great! With the uzumaki healing technique and Minato's Eight Trigrams Sealing Style we can easily seal the king of curses"

Minato's smile didn't falter as he proudly nodded

"But how did Sakura recognized you? She never saw you. We didn't have camaras then..."

Minato shrugged

"I didn't get the chance to ask her. She was with her fiance "

Jiraiya blinked before nodding

"That's not hard to believe. Nowadays, those two are always together. But where did you see her? "

This time Kushina answered

"She was at my jewelry store with her fiance. Told us she was there to get jewelry for her wedding "

Jiraiya chuckled

"I see. Well the wedding is coming closer. I believe it will be held in 6 months. We haven't fixed the dates yet but sakura wants it to be a fall wedding "

The couple smiled

"That's great to know, sensei. How did you meet Sakura tho?"

Jiraiya told them about how he met and adopted Sakura. How she grew up to be a strong and courageous girl

All while the other two heard everything with a smile on their faces. Minato and kushina were kinda shocked that this man who never even had a family became such a good father for the girl

Who would have thought!?

As they were talking, the door bell. Jiraiya sighed, annoyed. He told the maid to see who it was and kept talking talking to his former student

"Ohayo Jiraiya sensei! Sakura-chan invited me to come!!!"

Obito excitedly said as he entered the room with rin

All of their eyes went to him. Minato and Kushina's eyes waiden seeing Rin and Obito together. They looked so happy together, it set both of their hearts at ease

When Obito and Rin's eyes met Minato and Kushina's, they widen in disbelief. They couldn't believe what they were seeing

"M-minato-sensei? "

Minato left a heart filled laugh

"It's good to see you finally together, Obito and Rin-chan"

Rin's eyes watered as she ran into minato's arms. Hugging him tightly. She started to sob holding him like his life depends on it. She kept mumbling how much she missed him while Minato and kushina comforted her. Gently hugging her back and stroking her hair.

Obito stood Frozen in the spot. He felt too much at once. He was happy to see his sensei and kushina back but the things he did to them... He didn't know what to do

But jiraiya noticed his reaction. He sighed as he quietly dragged Obito to another room

He closed the door and then looked at Obito. With a dead serious voice he told him

"Look Obito, we can't change what you did before. It's done and dusted. You've also suffered enough and so had they. You're now a changed man. Please do bring out old scars now. Don't tell them about the past "

Obito looked at him dumbfounded

"But sen-

"No buts. It's for the best, Obito. There will be too much to handle if you do say something. Don't say anything, it's an order. That's it, do you get it?"

Obito looked down and tightly shut his eyes. Clenching his fists

Jiraiya's eyes soften. He sighed and patted his shoulder

"Do it for Rin, Obito"

He looked at Jiraiya

It was quiet for some time before he nodded

Then they went out

Minato and Kushina were still talking to Rin. There eyes finally met Obito's and both of them smiled. Rin excitedly came to Obito and dragged him towards them

To everyone's surprise, kushina hugged Obito first which Minato joined next

"You don't even know how much I missed you, Baka! Dattebane!"

Kushina angrily said. Although there was tears of joy in her eyes

"We missed you, Obito"

Minato said

Obito closed his eyes

"I am so sorry for what I did to you, Minato-sensei, Kushina-nee. I promise, from now on, I will protect with my life. Please God, forgive this last time for being senfish"

He thought to himself as he hugged them back

"I missed you too.... Minato-sensei...... Kushina-nee "

Kushina let out laugh that sounded like a chocked sob

All while Rin and Jiraiya stood there with a smile on their faces
