As sakura was getting ready to leave with Gojo, another knock came from her door

"Come in"

She said, she was a little busy doing her hair to go and open the door,

"Where are you going, princess?"

A deep voice spoke

"I am going with Gojo senpai. To get the kids. I know he told you before."

Geto hummed.

"Yeah, You're gonna help him raising the kids won't you?"

Sakura chuckled, nodding her head as he looked at him through her dressing table mirror.

At this point, these two knew her too well

"You're too kind for your own good, princess. One day, someone might take advantage of your kind nature. You're already taking care of nanako and mimiko."

She shook her head dismissively

"It's ok. You're sane, that's all I need."

He gave her a guilty smile

"Did you really forgive me, princess?"

"Yes! Of course I did, you Baka giraffe! How many times do I need to tell you?"

He just gave her a gentle smile

No matter how many times she says that she forgave him, he still feels guilty for what he did to her. She just wanted to help him, stop him from being a criminal. But he hit her.

He will never forgive himself for that day. He still remembers it like it was yesterday

Flashback

Geto was assigned to a village for a grade 3 mission. Which was weird, considering he was spacial grade sorcerer.

It was early evening when was about to leave for the mission

"Going on a nother mission?"

Someone asked from behind him, his spacial someone.

"Yes, princess. Why, you wanna join me?"

"Sure"

He looked back at her, a little surprised

"I was joking. You don't have to do that princess. You already do enough."

The pout on her face made it really clear to him that she will come with him, no matter what he said.

He sighed and shook his head, reaching to grab her hand in his. She happily complied. He also didn't have any problem taking her Because it was a grade 3 mission. She's safe.

They went with the window, sitting in the back seat of the car.

"Why did you wanna come, princess? You could have taken a little more rest. You do so much already."

She just snuggled into him more

"It's fine. I just don't feel like letting you go alone. Plus it's been quite a while since I've gone to any villages. If we have time, might as well have some fresh village air."

He chuckled

"Don't feel like letting me go, huh, princess?"

She blushed

"Shut up, you Baka giraffe."

Having fun like this, They reached their distinction

One of the villagers were waiting for them. They went there, Geto talked about the mission

"Two monsters, two monsters were the reason for the deaths of our people. We can show you."

Geto nodded and was about to leave when sakura grabbed his bicep to stop him, he looked at her and she said in a quiet tone

"How did they know two monsters. Normal people can't see curses senpai. There is something wrong."

He was a little surprised and impressed by her observation

He nodded his head and told her to come with them.

The village man took them to a shade, there was a cage, and in the Cage there were two little girls who were captured and badly beaten. It looked like they didn't eat for days.

Sakura gasped in horror. Her eyes wide with worry. She quickly looked at the villagee

"Why did you captured these children? They aren't monsters! How will two little girls kill anyone."

The man just tched

"This is why I told them to send a man. These bitches don't know what they talk about. These are the culprits. They are ones who murder people and tells us monsters did it."

Sakura looked terrified. These little girls could see curses and because of that, the villagers were blaming them

But before she could say anything,

"Everyone, shall we step outside?"

Geto said with a smile.

Now sakura looked even more terrified. His smile wasn't normal at all. It was as if he was outright mad.

As they all went outside, sakura looked at the girls

"Listen babies, nothing will happen to you. I know you didn't do anything. We are just like you, we can also see monsters. We promise, we will get you out of here. But please wait a few minutes, okay. I will come back."

The girls nodded and Sakura rushed outside. And her worst fears came true, Geto was getting his curses out to kill the villagers.

As one of Geto's curses was about to attack but a water splash came in the shape of a dragon and killed the curses

"Senpai please calm down. We'll see what could be done. No need to get violent. Please"

As he looked at her, sakura couldn't help but flinch. Geto always stared at her lovingly, with adoration and desire in his eyes but never like this. His eyes looked dead and it was terrifying for her.

"S-sempai"

"Why should I stop sakura? Can't you see, we protect these people from curses and they treat us like animals. They don't deserve to leave. If they die, we can all be happy and rule the world."

With that he brought out three spacial grade curses to kill the villagers.

But sakura wasn't having any of it. With her katana, she tried to slash as much as she could.

"Senpai, I won't let you become a murderer in my watch. please calm down. You're not thinking straight. I promise, we will make it better. Please don't -

But before they one of Geto's curses used it's cursed energy and slashed a deep cut on her abdomen. She fell down, screamed holding her belly tightly.

With her scream Geto broke down his haze. He came to his senses. Looking at her with wide eyes as he quickly took away his cursed spirits and rushed to her.

He helped her seating up. When he saw blood osing out from her belly, his heart broke.

He promised her he'll do anything she says, he promised her her wishes will be his command. He knows he loves her and hates to see her hurt. But now, he's the one who hurt her, he felt disgusted of himself

Sakura seeing his reaction, gently cupped his cheeks, making him look at her eyes

"It's okay nothing happened. We are fine. You're good. We'll just take the girls away."

He was staring at her with wide eyes

"I am sorry, I am so so sorry, princess. I-

She shushed him

"It's okay. I am fine see?"

Her hands started to glow green as she healed her injuries. He kept whispering apologies to her

"I know, I know. I forgave you"

His eyes waiden again, looking at her with disbelief. Why would she forgive him so easily when he hurt her like this!?

"Are you two done fighting with each other? We need you to kill those monsters"

One of the villagers said. They looked at her, but this time sakura spoke

"You're the only monsters here. Torturing those sweet children like this, didn't you're hands shake even once? How can a human with feelings do this. You're disgusting. Now it's time for really killing the monsters."

With that she made hand signs. Geto watched how the few villagers were there, started to scream holding there heads until they passed out...

She leaned her body fully on his. Hiding her face on his neck,

"They're dead"

His eyes waiden in shock and disbelief

"W-What?"

"Illusion. I killed all were here. It will look like a normal heart attack. If anyone asks tell them we were fighting the curses and they saw the curses and passed away."

Geto still looked dumbfounded

"Senpai. Am tired. Let's go get the kids first."

His eyes soften as he heard her say all of this. He slowly helped her stand up. Using his arm around her to stabilize her.

They went back to the shed were the girls were. Sakura quickly got out the little girls and hugged them like her life depends on them

" Are you alright? Do you need anything? Oh kami, you're so thin. When was the last time you ate or drank?"

The little girls were shocked at her concern for their well being. Unconditionally they started to slip tears as mimiko answered her

"W-w-we are h-hungry."

"Oh poor thing. Senpai, let's get them out of here. We need to do something quickly."

While the twins were already hold sakura, Geto picked them up. All girls
Yelped in surprise but the twins just hid their faces in sakura's neck.

As they came to the car. The window was sleeping without a care of the world. They quickly went there and sakura gave all the food in her bag to the twins.

"Babies, this is all I have right now. Give us a little time I will se what we can arrange."

They nodded. Munching on their snacks. Now she took her phone and called her father

"What are you doing?"

"Calling papa. Look he's the only one who can handle this situation. We can't take the girls anywhere else you know that. Believe me, senpai. Everything will be okay."

He didn't even know how to respond to that.

As soon as jiraiya took the phone

"Hello there Hime, how are you?"

"P-papa, we.... We need your help. Please I I don't"

Hearing her stutter was all it took jiraiya to understand how serious the situation is. Cause sakura is Tsunade's student. She never stutters

"Where are you?"

"I will send the location, please bring a female with you."

He didn't ask any other questions

In half an hour, Obito, Rin and jiraiya arrived to the spot and sakura explained everything to them

While Obito and Rin looked utterly horrified, jiraiya was angry

"Are you serious right now sakura!? How can you make a blender like this? You're smarter then this."

Sakura was silently crying. Geto didn't even raised his head once. Shame fully grasping his mind.

"Listen, even if I cover this, I have to report his actions. He already tried to"

"No papa! Please don't. I will do anything you say. Just this once. Don't report him. He wasn't in the right state of mind

"Sakura, you can't say that, he can attack people again."

"No he won't, I will take care of him. Please Papa. I know he's a great guy. Mistakes happen. He made one. Please don't ruin his life for that."

"Sakura what if he does all of that again. What if your weren't here today to stop this. What will you do if he comites a mass murder and run away?"

"Then I will take the death penalty instead of him."

Everyones eyes waiden in disbelief. Geto's head snapped at her direction.

' d-did she just say she would take a death penalty instead of me? S-she... She's ready to die.... For me? Even after "

He thought to herself, still dumbfounded

"What are you saying sakura-chan? Please think before you talk."

Obito said absolutely horrified

"Sakura, you've already made a mistake like this and it caused you your life. Don't be so stupid again."

Obito and Rin gasped

"Jiraiya-sama, now this is too much. She's a child."

Rin said worriedly

"Don't say that. Sasuke Uchiha and Geto Suguru isn't the same person. I know it."

She hissed at jiraiya in a very low voice.

Jiraiya now came back to earth, Now he understood what he had done. But it was too late,

"What I've done for Sasuke might be funny or stupid to you but it wasn't to me. And how dare you tell me this when you are the one who is still in love with shisuo?! "

"Hime listen-

But sakura cut him off

"There is no way anyone can prove that we actually did something. There's no prove."

Then she looked directly at Rin

"Rin-san, take these two girls with you to the HQ and let them stay with the students. I have done enough to have a say in that HQ. Because I too worked my ass off to make that team what it is today."

Without giving jiraiya even a single look she left. She went to geto and gently hugged his whole head. Squeezing his head, wispered

"Sorry, this is all I could do."

Again, Geto was left speachless.

"Why are you saying sorry, when I am the one who created all this blunder that you had to cover up for me?I am the one to blame. "

She lets out a humorless chuckle

"I don't know. Just can't even think a life without you. I... Please don't do this ever again. I can't live without you."

He lets out a shaky breath

"I... I don't deserve you. I don't at all.... but I promise. I will never do anything like this ever again."

The adults just watched as they stayed like that. Hugging each other like their lives depends on it. That until sakura lifted her head and kissed Geto on the lips

There was various types of reactions

Rin gasped with a blush on her cheeks, Obito's jaw slacked off and it looked like jiraiya was having something in-between a heart attack and midlife crisis.

"Are they... Am I.... Are you seeing what I am seeing Rin?"

Rin just squealed out a yes to Obito.

Sakura leaned her forehead against his after the kiss

"You Baka giraffe, always bringing trouble."

He chuckled.

"Ano"

Mimiko said, a little uncomfortable

Sakura went to her and kneeled down, holding their small hands in  hers

"Babies, go with that auntie. She will bring you to a place were you can make a lots of friends, good food and lots of love. I promise I will be there tomorrow. Now I have to go back to my school. Okay, little ones?"

The girls squeezed sakura's hand hurder

"You'll come to us right?"

Sakura smiled and nodded. Kissing both of the girls on the forehead before hugging them tightly as they said thank you repeatedly.

"No need for that. Now go with her ok."

They hummed. Before rushing to Rin.

Without saying anything she got up took Geto's hand and went away with the window.

As soon as they entered the dorm

"You're sleeping with me today."

Geto just nodded with a smile. He went to his room and took a shower before going back to sakura's room only to find Gojo, Haibara and shoko there too. All of them looked furious

"Suguru.... Explain yourself."

Sakura sat there nervously looking in-between two best friends.

"I don't know..... I really don't know. I guess I just lost it. Don't know what would have happened if sakura wasn't there with me. She covered for me even after I tried to harm her, hurting her, made her bleed. I am really sorry.. I won't ever do anything like this."

Everyone looked at him with wide horrified eyes before looking at sakura

"Sakura-chan? Did He hurt you? Are you okay?"

Haibara asked while looking at her up and down. Of course, his first concern is his best

"It's okay, I am fine. I forgave and forgot. Don't say anything to him now. He's already guilty enough."

"Thank you, princess. For saving this idiot. I.... Just because of you, I didn't loose my best friend."

Gojo said and she just smiled at him

Then gojo got up and went to Geto before punching him hard on the jaw...

Everyone gasped

"This is for hurting my princess you fool."

Geto just laughed. Shaking his head. While sakura healed his wound.

"I deserved that. "

Sakura was annoyed as hell

"Now all of you brats, get out of my room. I am tired as hell. I have a lot of things to do tomorrow."

As everyone else was leaving Geto stayed back

"Why aren't you coming?"

Gojo asked with a raised eyebrow

"She said I'll sleep with her from now."

"Soka? Well I'll stay too. If you're here I'll be here too. You can't take everything, Suguru"

Sakura looked horrified as the two boys kicked out the others

"Hell no! Have you seen you're size? You'll squeeze the hell outa me!"

They smirked

"Too late, princess."

They dragged her to bed. Now sakura was sandwiched between the two. She sighed making herself comfortable. Clinching onto gojo's shirt. tired to do anything and fell asleep instently.

"She's our angel."

Gojo said as he admired her sleeping face

"Yeah. An angel. Who saved us."

End of Flashback

"What are you looking at like that"

Geto was So into his world he didn't even notice sakura came Infront of him.

"You,"

She blushed

"Baka giraffes! Always making me embarrassed. Now lets go before I am late."

Only to be pulled into a nother minutes long kiss.

He nodded wrapping his arm around her waist as they left the room. Cause he wanted to see her off
