Arora villa..

Pragya comes downstairs wearing an indo western dress.... servants greets her ...she sits on dining table for breakfast....and asks about prachi to desouza who replies that she is not awake yet ....

Pragya(shocked): not again zarur iss ladki ne over drink kiya hoga ..lagta hai muje hi ise uthana padega ...(she is about to get up..)

Prachi(coming downstairs): that's not needed mom I'm here .....

Pragya( surprised): how is this possible princess...(check her head) tumhari habitat to thik hai na.... I mean meri prachi jo har bar party ke bad agli morning der se uthti hai woh aaj itni jaldi uth gayi that to without any hang over....

Prachi(annoyed tone): Mommm..  aap bhi na I know mai kabhi kabhi overdrunk ho jati hun par it happens only if in free next day .... but today I have an very important business meeting...

Pragya: meeting, konsi meeting ??

Prachi: hai ek kuch logo ko unki limits aur unka status yaad dilana hai....

Pragya: I don't know what's going in ur mind ...but don't create a mess over here u know New York me kya hua tha..(in little warning tone)..

Prachi: chill maa ... I'm not that old prachi now I'm prachi the owner of kiara Industries....aur waise agar kuch ho bhi gaya to aap ur pa...( she stops....)( pragya looks at her) I I mean aap ho na...

Pragya: I know tum kya kehna chahti ho, I know u miss him .... n I'm sorry about that, 15 months pehle meri Wajah se tum usse dur ho gayi ..pr what to do prachi that was necessary...

Prachi: I know ma but think once plz he's back u know kal jab maine unhe dekha ...I just wanna hug him but I can't ...( gets teary eyed)

Pragya: prachi baccha ..(hugs her) dont worry bus kuch din aur agar... then everything will be alright....(prachi nods) chalo ab breakfast kar tumhare favorite pancakes hai.... ( prachi smiles )...

The mother daughter had a their breakfast... and left to their respective work ... pragya to her office "Arora Empire " and prachi to her meeting...in car prachi called someone.... and said " I hope everything thing is prepared "(smirks)

Scene.2.

M.K mansion...

Everyone is sitting in hall except rhea, ranbir and aryan... Mitali plays the TV its news about them only...

Reporter: Breaking news:; jis M.K Industries ko pichle 20 saalo mein koi nhi hara pata use Industrialist Arora ne ek jatke me dhul chata di ... aur Business experts ki mane to this is starting of end ... the end of M.k Industries coz after the award night the shares of M.K Industries are falling drastically..let's see..(Alia switches off the TV and throws remote..)

Alia( shouting): how dare that reporter to say such things about us... mai abhi company pe taale lagwadungi...(she pick her mobile to call...when purab interrupts...)

Purab: kis kis ka muh band karegi alia sirf yahi nhi har news channel pe yahi reporting ho rhi hai that this our end.....

Vikram: exactly., ab toh hamare investors bhi jawab manga rahe hai ki aage kya kyunki agar M.k Industries ke halat nahi sudhre to woh log unki investment wapas le Lenge aur agar Aisa hua na to hamari sari properties , Businesses aur to aur ye ghar hame sabse haath dhona padega ....

Mitali( shocked learning that woh road pe aa jayegi 😃) : mtalb ham road pe aa aa jayenge.....

Pallavi: exactly aur ye sab uss prachi ki Wajah se ... woh manhus....( abhi shouts hearing her)

Abhi: isme prachi ki koi galti nhi hai( warning tone) do u understand....( everyone from mehra family understood why he's reacting such way...)

Pallavi: abhi what is wrong with you us prachi ke liye u r shouting on us...

Abhi( understood his behavior): pallavi mera matlab ( in calm tone) ki jo kuch bhi hua usme prachi ki koi galti nhi hai usne woh award apne dam pe jeeta hai... aur pragya aur Vansh ne bhi woh award jeete jo har saal hum Jeette the....then y r u not blaming them...

Pallavi gets emotional hearing Vansh's name  ... when dasi speaks...

Dasi ( defending her pragya): abhi puttar ye tu kya keh raha hai ...dekh muje ye Business samaj me nhi ata..... pr itna pta hai ki agar kisiko koi award mil raha hai toh iska matlab woh usse deserve karta hai ... aur is hisab se in sab me na to prachi na pragya na woh Vansh inme se koi bhi jimmedar nhi hai.....

Tauji: masi, sahi keh rhi hai ...maybe this year our company's growth was not as per expectation.....

Alia ( angry seeing how cleverly they were defending pragya): The according to u jo M.k Industries pichle 20 years se top pe rahi now it's of no use that to because that pragya's company is here...

Vikram(understood what they want to say): nhi alia u r wrong... uncle and Dasi sahi keh rahe hai ... kyunki iss saal hamari company loss me thi aur ye baat we can't deny....

Ranbir ( while coming downstairs with aaryan ): aisa kuch nhi hoga chief... kyunki ek baar hame woh land deal mil jaye uske baat hamari construction company aur mere business plan ki madad se we will be back to normal....

Rhea ( from another downstairs): exactly dad... kyunki ek baar ye project hamara ho jaye phir sab thik ho jayega ... Vikram uncle aap investors ko boloye unhe unka so called jawab kal tak mil jayega ......

Ranbir was annoyed seeing Rhea but he has no option as she is his partner in this project... so she has right to speak.....

Alia(fed up of all this): I just hope iss land deal me koi problem naa aye kyunki agar auction galti se bhi kisi aur ne jit liya toh hum sab kuch haar jayenge....

Rhea: aisa kuch nhi hoga buji kyunki iss land auction me hamara koi competitor nhi hai kyunki us land ke exact samne jo land hai jispe ham Mall banana wale woh already hamari hai ....aur koi itna bada idot nhi hoga jo iss auction me apna time aur paisa waste karega ....

Abhi( seeing an over confident rhea) : don't be over confident princess.,,  u know na kal kya hua tha so its very important for us to get this deal so u both( rhea and ranbir) maintain your focus...

Vikram: abhi bilkul sahi keh rha hai.... there should be no chance of any mistake aur bid bhi jyada high nhi honi chaiye...

Purab: kyunki ab hamare pass sirf 40 crores hai is bidding ke waqt sambhal ke( warning) both of u ...

Rhea: don't worry chachu,  kal ham isliye hare kyunki ham sure nhi the but I'm dead sure about this deal....

Ranbir: aur 40 crores toh bohot dur ki baat ..ye bid 25 crore se jyada nhi hogi...

Everyone wishes rhea and ranbir best of luck... then rhea wanted to go with ranbir in same car but till she reaches ranbir already left and messaged her to come in her car...

Alia(seeing all this): don't worry rhea mai aaj hi kuch Aisa karungi ki kal ke kal tumhari engagement ranbir se hogi... just wait and watch.. (smirks)....

Scene.3.

Rhea reaches the auction venue...ranbir is already sitting their ...she goes and sits beside ranbir which he didn't notice as he was busy with phone asking his private investigator to get prachi's mobile number....

Rhea: I know ranbir tum mujse naraz ho ...par tumhari narazgi baseless hai ...trust me prachi ek acchi ladki nhi..

Ranbir( angry): just shut up... rhea and we both know it very well that who's wrong and who's right so better hoga ki sahi aur galat ka bhashan family ke liye rakho mere liye nhi....

Rhea: what is wrong with you ranbir tumhe Aisa kyun lagta hai ki that I'm wrong...what about prachi jisne maya ko tumhari zindagi me laya aur 1 saal tak ham sabko bewakuf banaya that she's is a middle class but hua kya, Sab jut tha right infact middle class chodo woh Europe ki sabse richest lady ki beti hai.... ye sab jut nhi tha to kya tha...

Ranbir: (calmly) ho gaya tumhara... pheli baat agar woh maya ko meri zindagi me layi hoti toh usse se picha chudane me meri madad nhi karti.....aur dusri baat sahi kaha tumne ki usne middle class ka drama kiya pr drama to tumne bhi kam nhi kiya... Rhea gets scared seeing ranbir's this avatar... but manages to argue...

Rhea : maine ais kuch nhi kiya aur on what basis u r accusing..., do u have any proof against me....

Ranbir (holding he shoulders) : proof he to nhi hai mere pass rhea agar hota na then trust iss waqt main prachi ke Saath hota and u would be behind bars but don't worry aaj nhi to kal main proofs dhund ke rahunga and then tumhara kya hoga ye tum socho (strict warning tone)....

Rhea gets very scared seeing this ranbir and was wondering what to do....

Ranbir: aur ek baat agar prachi galat bhi hui na then also my love for her won't get less... and about u ...I will choose to die before marrying a cheap girl like u....(points finger)

Rhea was shivering by this deadly warning and gulps........ ranbir was about to say something but host comes...

Host: guys plz take u r seat ...now we will start the auction of land...so the bidding amount starts from 15 cr. ...

Person 3.: 21 crore...

Ranbir : 25 crore....

Person 2.: 28 crores...

Like this bidding goes on and to put an end to this rhea bids the highest amount...

Rhea: 40 crores.....

Host: so guys good going 40 crore if any one is interested plz bid higher...

Host: that's the spirit guys plz welcome Business woman of the year Prachi Arora....our highest bidder till now ...so guys  plz bid higher (there is silence as no one has guts to bid high not even rhea as they have only 40 crores)... I think there's no one so

( she was saying all this so casually that it was hard to digest for both of them)

Rhea: jealous, my foot.... prachi u r a fool to buy a land more than 3x of its actual price.... aur is land ka tum karogi kya kyunki iske samne hamari land hai jispe him mall banane wale pr ab nhi banayenge.....(smirks)....

Prachi: this was exactly what I expected from a daughter of rockstar....u know rhea sahi kaha tumne that I m only daughter of worlds best Business woman unlike u jiska baap ek rockstar turned Business man hai ...

(ranbir and rhea were shocked if prachi don't want to build something on land then why did she bought it....)

Ranbir(confused) : what do u mean???

Prachi (smirks): tumhe ab tak samaj me nhi aya... ye land maine sirf timepass ke liye  kharidi hai n I don't have any interest in that land..... I bought that land just to ruin you both....

Rhea and Ranbir: what.???

Prachi( angry tone): tum dono ne jo mere Saath kiya hai for that I'm gonna make your life a living hell.....

(Rhea was angry... whereas ranbir was confused why is prachi behaving like this with him coz she has problems with rhea not him)

Ranbir: (lovingly) prachi, tum mujse aise kyun baat kr rahi ho .... I understand u have problems with rhea but u know na how much I love u ..(he tries to hold her shoulder but she jerks it)

Prachi: o just shut up, u bastard sabse pehle to ek baat yaad rakhna ki mai prachi Arora nhi the prachi Arora hun, mujse pyaar karna to dur mere samne khade hone ki tumhari aukat nhi hai....(ranbir was shocked by her statement) aur dusri baat ye that I never loved u, ya its true that u were my bestfriend Aisa muje lagta tha... but I was wrong tum to is rhea se bhi cheap ho .. ye jo karti hai waise hi dikhti but u r a backstabber ranbir kohli......

(Shock was an understatement for ranbir, he was not able to react after seeing prachi's hatred while rhea was confused as what is happening)

Prachi: anyways , I don't wanna waste my precious time on you low class people...

(Saying this she turns and leaves with her bodyguards following her....
Ranbir leaves from their ignoring rhea who was calling repeatedly......
During all the action someone was keeping an eye on them...)

That man calls someone and says "three of them left the event .... ranbir and rhea are alone in their respective cars whereas prachi has her bodyguards with her"

Ranbir is driving rashly and remembering prachi's words and says "prachi ne Aisa kyun bola that I backstabbed her  ..." whereas a concerned rhea is following him and cursing prachi.... and one more car was following them....

Ranbir's car hit a tree... and he gets unconscious rhea who was following him gets out to see him but suddenly some masked man hits her head with metal rod and makes her unconscious... ...
Then that men took both unconscious rhea and ranbir with them in her van....

Scene.4.

Pragya was working in her office suddenly she sensed something.... "muje ais kyun lag raha hai that mera koi apna kisi musibat main... prachi ...is my daughter in danger..(calls prachi)

Pragya: Hello, prachi Kahan ho tum beta, r u alright...

Prachi: calm down mom, Im perfect aur apni meeting finish karke now I'm heading towards my office what happened u seem worried...

Pragya: no, just ek ajib si feeling as rahi thi as if someone close to me is in danger...

Prachi: no mom just chill... I'm okay main ek kaam karti hun lunch ke liye aapke office aa jati hun u I'll feel better.  

Pragya: hmm, ok bye ( hangs up and calls ali)

Ali: yes ,boss

Pragya: ali pta karo ki Rhea aur Vansh iss waqt Kahan hai .... right now...( then she calls someone and had same conversation as of prachi.... till then ali comes)

Ali: Boss, rhea abhi uski ek land auction tha wahan se uske ghar ki taraf nikli hai and V.R unki ek factory main hai ....

Pragya thinks "what is happening my loved ones are safe but why am I getting the feeling as if they r in danger"...

Elsewhere abhi was at his home and had the same feeling as of pragya that someone is in danger from his family and calls rhea but her phone is not reachable then calls ranbir but no reply.....he hurriedly went downstairs and informed the same to everyone........

As soon as prachi ended the call... her car was stopped coz the front car of her bodyguard was stop ... she called her bodyguard to ask the reason....

Bodyguard: mam kisi ne kuch bade ped kaatke raaste pe daal diye...

Prachi: what nonsense is this... jaldi Sab saaf karo I gotta go...

Bodyguard: yes mam....

Prachi's all bodyguards and driver went to pick the tree but suddenly some arrows were shooted on them n they fall unconscious..... prachi was shocked to see all this but before she could react a three masked men surrounded her car and kept her at gun point.....

Somewhere in dark...
The mystery lady gets a call....

Lady:- what r u sure that rhea, prachi, aaryan and ranbir are in our captive......

( yes guys this lady kidnapped rhea, prachi, ranbir and also Aaryan...)
She laughs evilly .... and says..
Now it's time to have a face-off with abhishek mehra and pragya Arora.....

Scene.5.

M.k mansion....

Abhi( shouting): alia, purab, vikram, pallavi.... ( everyone comes and seeing him shouting and asks what happened...) ranbir and rhea are in danger..... I can feel it and even their phones are not reachable.....

Pallavi: what nonsense are u speaking abhi ... just because phone is not reachable that doesn't mean they r in dd's danger .....

Dasi : haan, puttar.. maybe phone ki battery dead ho ya woh jahan hai wahan range na ho ... tu sant ho ja ... have some water...

Alia( as usual): ye sab uss prachi ke Wajah se jo raha...

(Abhi fed up of alia's nonsense.... shouts loudly that everyone gets scared)

Abhi( shouting): are u out of mind alia, dimaag naam ki koi chiz hai ya nhi... kya bakwaas kr rhi ho ... har baar prachi ko blame krna jaruri hai ... ranbir and rhea are not reachable that doesn't mean u blame prachi and this is my last warning to u alia( points finger at her) if next time u did any baseless accusation on prachi none would be worse than me ... and don't forget that prachi is my ....

(he stops by saying daughter,  but Mehra's understood this whereas kohli were confused seeing his care for prachi)

Alia:(loudly) it's not any baseless accusation bhai ... do u even know what u r dear prachi
Did ... then let me tell u that today she snatched the land deal from us ... usne woh land kharid li.... and now we r ruined....

(Everyone including abhi was shocked with this new development....)

Pallavi: Mtlab ab hum barbad ho jayenge... I don't understand is ladki ki problem kya hai... kyun hamari life ki wat laga rakhi hai.....

Purab: but right we should concentrate on finding ranbir and Rhea even aaryans phone is also not reachable...

Vikram: Aisha kaise ho sakta hai hamare sare bacche ek Saath khahan ja sakte hai...

Mitali: o God kahi kisine un sab ko kidnap to nhi kr liya....

Alia: shut up bhabhi kuch bhi bolti hai aap... maine abhi wahan auction ke host se baat ki usne Kahan ki wo log kab ke apni car me nikal chuke hai aur aaryan bhi college se nikal chuka hai....

Abhi: uss hisab se unhe ab tak aa jana chaiye tha na..

(suddenly vikram gets a call he gets  tensed)

Vikram: what how's this possible....

Pallavi: what happened Vikram??

Vikram: actually I asked driver to check the route by which rhea and ranbir were coming back and he saw that ranbir's car has hitted a tree ... Rhea's car is also their but both are not their....

( pallavi faints hearing this....)

Abhi : kahi baccho ko kuch... I think we should go and see...

Vikram: haan chalo aur alia till the u call the police....

(Abhi, purab and Vikram are about to leave everyone's phone rings at a time ...they get a video message which leaves them shocked.....)

Video message:- it is shown that Rhea, ranbir and aryan are unconscious and tied to chair in a dark room.... and two men are pointing guns at them... 

Pallavi, meera, dasi start to cry ...where as abhi stumbles seeing rhea in danger...everyone is in emotional state...

Mitali:- see I told na maybe someone kidnapped them....

Meera : I think we should call the police...

Alia: yes, u r right she picks her phone to call when they heard the voice of mystery woman....

Mystery lady: don't even think of informing police or else.... next u will only see ur kid's dead bodies......

Everyone get shocked hearing this and see towards main door where the Mystery lady is....... mehra's were shocked seeing her ... whereas kohli's were unknown to her identity.....and it's none other than.......
