M.K mansion....

Everyone from mehra family was their, they were worried , as no one from kohli family was in the house.....

Abhi: Vikram, pallavi,  beeji sab ka phone try kar liya,  everyone is not reachable...

Purab: ye sab ja Kahan sakte hai....

Alia: pta nhi Kahan chale Gaye, I just hope 3 baje se pehle wapas aa jaye or else we will lose this Investor also......

Purab and Abhi were angry on alia as they thought she was worried about kohli's but not she was worried about Business.....

Abhi: besharmi ki bhi ek limit hoti hai Alia ... yahan we are worried about our family and u are talking about Business....

Purab: abhi tu bhi kis se baat kr raha hai..., if she was that good then she would not have done that engagement drama...., she is just a selfish lady.....

Alia was fuming listening to their blames...

Alia(shouts): enough is enough,  yes I'm selfish,  I'm selfish about my family, I'm selfish about my Rhea's happiness, woh engagement drama,  I did that for Rhea so she get her love and stays happy,  and regarding kohli's,  I think u don't remember they broke their relations with us yesterday... so I don't care....

Dasi: bas kar alia, bas kr... aur kab tak tu ye harkate karegi, how many times should I make u understand that, pyaar jabardasti hasil nhi kiya jata....

Abhi: let it be dasi, if she had to understood then she would have long ago...., but she is just a egoistic lady and now this is my final warning to u alia, I'm Rhea's father I'll decide for her not u, u will stay away from my daughter's life...., am I clear....( warning tone..)

Alia: I'm not understanding what is wrong with u all, can't u see I'm not the one to be blamed, the one to be blamed is that women so called Business queen pragya, (everyone rolls their eyes as she again came to pragya's topic...) she made ranbir arrested or else by this time ranbir and rhea would have been engaged....( purab was really angry on her..)

Purab: enough,( he shouts that everyone is scared), dimag hai ya nhi tumhe alia, baar baar why the hell u involve her in our family matter , it was ranbir's mistake that he trespassed her house, and u... u forced him to take this step....

( Purab's eyes were red in anger, alia was also scared for a while, she was about to reply when they heard a doorbell and servant opened it... they were surprised as kohli's enter and ranbir is with them..., rhea gets happy seeing him.... while he is at main door dida goes to temple and brings aarti plate and does his aarti and makes him enter the mansion....abhi goes to him...)

Abhi: ranbir....(hugs him) kaisa hai tu ...

Ranbir: I'm ok chief....

(aryan, purab and dasi also hug him and Rhea was about to hug him but he moves backwards....and tells....)

Ranbir: I think I should freshen up and then we will talk....

Pallavi: haan beta, u go to ur room.... and then we will have lunch together... okay..

Dida: haan puttar, u really need energy...

(Ranbir goes to his room with aaryan while rhea also follows them... while kohli's  also went to their with having any conversation with Mehra's abhi tried to talk but Vikram told that they will talk during lunch not now... which abhi agrees and kohli's go to their respective rooms.... whereas mehra's sat in hall area....)

In Ranbir's room...

Aryan: bhai accha hua tu thik hai, u know I was feeling so guilty.... that I was not able to help u .... so I had tell family.....

(Ranbir could see Aryans worries although they were bestfriends but for ranbir he was his baby brother.... so stop his worries he hugs him...)

Ranbir: aryan... aryan calm down bro..., shant ho ja everything is alright okay.., and u did right by telling family or else how would I have released....

(They were talking when ranbir sees rhea entering in his room when he stops her on the door...)

Rhea(angrily): don't you dare to enter my room, rhea mehra....(he goes to her and holds her shoulder) what problem do u have with me Rhea..., kyun padi ho mere piche ek baar bola can't u understand, I don't love you, I just love prachi and will always love her..., tum kya tumhare jaise 100 bhi aa gaye to prachi ki barabri nhi kr sakte....

( rhea was hurt by his words but was not able to understand his anger, although he was angry on her about past but never behaved such way and such intense angry even aaryan was scared....)

Aryan(making him leave her shoulder): bro what are u doing, what happened why r u so much angry on her....

Rhea(stammering): haan ranbir, I just came to see you and ask about ur wellness ....

Ranbir: wellness my foot, today I'm in this situation only because of you, and u(to aryan) u want to now what happened (he nods) I went to prachi told her everything and our misunderstanding was cleared she was about to trust me when prachi's mom came told her about my so called engagement...., and you want to know who told her about my engagement... its none other this women..(point finger at rhea)...

(Rhea reminisces last day's incident her and pragya's meet and she told her about engagement....)

Ranbir: today, only coz of her prachi is not with me, and that misunderstanding it was due to that challenge about breaking prachi's heart on Rhea's saying,, I told u about that....

Aaryan: yes bro... but u told to rhea that u will not do this challenge coz prachi means a lot to him....

Rhea: ranbir ...I, I didn't give her that video..., it true that I told mom about (she just said mom ranbir raises eyebrow) I mean prachi's mom about engagement but that was not intentional... actually (tells the incident of meeting pragya..)

Ranbir: wow Rhea wow, actually u should be a storyteller u get a good pay for that, and u really think I should believe u..., in that case u r really wrong..... and I know u did this intentionally and by doing this u cleared every chance of being in my life, 1st I used to take u as my friend but not anymore,  till date u have seen my friendship, my care, my anger and from now u will just see my hate rhea mehra....

Aryan: I didn't expect this from u rhea....(he gives an impossible look...)

Ranbir pushes her outside and closes the door on her face, and rhea was just shocked about what happened and runs to her room and cries badly sitting near bed....

Rhea: why..., why always me,whoever is important in my life leaves me, first my mom and now ranbir, I told them truth I didn't tell mom about engagement intentionally coz somewhere in heart I thought that prachi will be hurt..., that came in my mouth out of flow...., and (sobbing) I don't who gave prachi that video...(she cries)

Poor rhea although she was telling truth but no one believed her as it was her karma....

Scene.2.

M.k mansion..

Everyone was their at Dining table for their lunch ..., and their was pin drop silent no one was able to speak and didn't know what to speak but alia being alia spoke....

Alia: I hope everyone remembers that we have a very important business meeting at 3

Vikram: hmm, and this is the meeting which will decide our company's future....

Alia: exactly and for that we all have to be one, despite our differences...

Abhi: alia...

Vikram: she's right abhi, right now Business is our first priority and regarding yesterday's issue we will talk about it later...

Ranbir: I'll join you guys for meeting,...

Dida: puttar tu kahi nhi jayega, ur not well... and that's final....

Ranbir: par dida...(pallavi interrupts..)

Pallavi: beeji is right ranbir, u are not going anywhere, ur elders will handle the Business meet,  u don't need to go...

Dasi: haan puttar, maan le apni maa aur dida ki baat, u need rest, aur Business ye log sambhal lenge...

(Ranbir without option agreed to stay at home while rest finish their lunch ..., and leave for meeting, rhea also insisted to attend meeting but abhi denied so she stayed at home, whereas alia, purab, abhi and Vikram left for a meeting with new investors....)

Arora's Empire.....

Pragya was in the conference room..., she was having a important business meeting..

Pragya: so Mr.Raichand, I think the deal is perfect and we should go with it....

Mr.Raichand: of course Industrialist Arora, we a very lucky that we got this chance to work with u, The Business queen...(pragya smiles..) I was thinking to throw a party for this deal....

Pragya: ok sure, u should after all this deal with Arora Empire, is gonna change the future of Raichand Industries, so u should throw a party....

Mr. Raichand: ok then can u plz tell me, when u r free so during that time I'll throw party at Raichand mansion, so u can join us...

Pragya:ok just do one thing,  talk with my secretary, he will tell u about my schedule I guys decide n inform ,I'll tell u which time would be perfect....

(He nods they both shake hands and he leaves... pragya was about to go to her cabin when prachi came....)

Pragya(smiling): prachi baby, tum yahan ... u didn't went to kiara Industries.... and what about ur college....

Prachi(dull face): I didn't had any important meeting, and I bunked college...(she says this in low tone so pragya asks)

Pragya: what happened baby, why r u sad....

Prachi: really mom, as if u don't know...

Pragya understands that she's talking about morning incident of insulting kohli's badly....

Pragya: beta, if ur talking about that kohli's incident then what wrong did i do..., i just gave them back....

Pragya: will u just stop talking like Vansh..., agar aaj woh ghar pe hota na to woh bhi yahi bolta..., and there's a lot difference between them and me, I'm Industrialist Arora and beggar kohli family what they did they insulted u, My daughter...., and I know may be I did little more insult but that's what they deserve....

Prachi: but mumma...

Pragya: what mumma prachi...(sits beside her and holds her hand..) baby I know whatever happened today u r feeling guilty that they touched ur feet being elders, ur r right I taught to respect elders but also I taught u that give people more that what they give us, if people hate us and harm, then hate them and harm them more than they deserve so that they won't even think of harming us again and if people love us then give them more love than they gave us.....

M.k Industries...

Everyone was waiting for the new Investor in Business meeting....

Alia: I heard that this new Investor in very punctual .. but se we are waiting since half n hour and he didn't reached...

Abhi: alia, its 2:55, and meeting is at 3..., we came early, he's on time...Mr. Malwani messaged that he is near parking area....

A car is shown entering M.k Industries... the bodyguards open the door a man gets out of car... and enters in M.k Industries.... Mr. Malwani shows him way to conference room..... they all enter the conference room, Mr. Malwani enters and that man, alia and Vikram gets shocked seeing him...,

Mr. Malwani: guys meet...Mr. Vansh Raisinghania... owner of V.R group of Industries....(yes guys its Vansh)

Alia remembers yesterday's incident gets little scared while Vikram remembers him as pallavi's brother and his Brother in law....

Mr. Malwani: and V.R, they are, Mr. Mehra, Mr. Khanna, Mrs. Khanna and Mr. Kohli.....

(V.R shakes hand with everyone while smirks at alia while shaking hand with her... everyone takes their seat....)

Vansh: so guys, enough of wasting time for introductions and let's start the meeting, as I have a press conference at 4.....

Abhi: sure, Mr. Raisinghania,....

(he gets up from his seat and goes towards the screen and explains his presentation regarding current bad situation of M.k Industries... he ends the presentation in about 20 minutes...)

Vansh: Mr. Malwani u told me that, investing in this company will be profitable for me but what's this, they are almost destroyed... they have nothing then if I invest in this company, how come it will be profitable for me....

Purab: I will explain that, V.R u r right that right now our company is in bad phase but it's just a phase, which will end soon and everyone in Business world knows that whenever someone invested in our company he got all the profits he deserved....

Vansh: I know about that Mr. Khanna, I have info about u r company but in current situation, ur other investors are selling their shares at low price what about that....

Vikram: Vansh actually..(Vansh interrupts)

Vansh: its V.R for u guys Mr. Kohli, continue

Vikram: so I just want to say that, our company always had profits to our investors, and our investors are taking their investments coz we lost that land deal.....

Alia: it's all coz of that pragya....(Vansh gets angry the way alia took pragya's name...)

Vansh: its Industrialist Arora, Mrs. Khanna and regarding ur company's bad phase so the reason for that is not Industrialist Arora,  its ur incapablities....

Alia was shocked seeing how Vansh was defending pragya..., she feels something fishy....

Alia: Mr. Raisinghania, don't u think u r defending Industrialist Arora....

Vansh: do I look like lawyer, no right then y would I defend someone and regarding Industrialist Arora its professionalism, she is not a small business woman like u, she's Business queen and I respect her for that, although she's my Business rival....

Abhi understood that alia will speak something irrelevant regarding pragya so he speaks...

Abhi: its nothing like that Mr. Raisinghania, it's just we lost a award to her so she's angry, and I think we should talk about deal....we promise u that if u invest in our company u will get full returns.....

Vansh: I don't believe in shit like promise Mr. Mehra, so let's come to the point, as it on 25 minutes remained and I have to leave in 10 minutes and ur sister wasted my 5 minutes....

(Alia was fuming while others were shocked seeing how time is important for him...)

Vansh: don't give me this shocked reaction guys, its really a profitable deal for u, as u will be still called as a majority share holder with 25•/•, anyways it up to u what u want, coz the rate at which ur shares value I falling u will be bankrupted by this sunday, but with this deal with V.R Industries, ur shares value will increase once this deal gets  to known by media and Business world....
U have only 5 minutes, this are deal papers..(khanna gives papers to abhi) or else I don't have time to waste...

Abhi, purab, alia and Vikram come close to discuss...

Abhi: kya karna hai, should we sign it...,

Alia: no bhai, what is wrong with you, we already lost many shared and if we lose this then I don't think it's good and i don't get positive vibes from him....he can be our enemy..

Purab: jo khud negative ho use positive vibes Kahan se ayenge....and I agree with him, it's a good deal for us... he's our friend not foe...

Abhi: even I think that, coz whatever it is we have to trust him as he is also trusting us and investing in our company, in our difficult times... Vikram what's do u think....

Vikram: Abhi I don't we have an option to deny him as, if we deny this deal everyone in this business world will call us a fool coz V.R Industries is a prestigious company and it's very profitable to work with them and after that I don't think anyone will invest in this company...as he said we will be bankrupt by this sunday....

Alia: but...(abhi interrupts)

Abhi: alia do you have any better idea if not then keep quiet, we are not fools here we know this Business...ok..(alia fumes...) so, Mr.V.R we are ready for this deal...

Vansh: then sign the papers Mr. Mehra...

Vikram(wishpers): I can't sign abhi, I need to call beeji, as my 25•/•  shares are on her name.......

Abhi: don't worry I'll sign, waise bhi It has my name written on papers....

Abhi was signing the papers while Vansh smirks and thinks..." u guys won't even think that ur signing on your destruction Abhishek Mehra, I'll make sure that u guys pay for what u did with my princess......" alia noticed his smirks, felt something fishy but no ones gonna listen her so kept quiet .... abhi gives the papers to Vansh and he signs on them......

Vansh: congratulations, Mr. Mehra...(shakes hand ) I hope we work together very well...

Abhi: of course, Mr. Raisinghania.... we will.., I think we should throw a party for this deal....

Vansh: why not, this party is on me actually I'm going buy a new mansion today, so my house warming and this deal party...., double celebration... what say...

Abhi: Absolutely..., perfect ....

Vansh: great then..., we will meet soon....

And he leaves while abhi, purab and Vikram gets excited and super happy and hug each other.....

Vansh sees their happiness and thinks "wait n watch, guys how I change this happiness in tears..."

An hour passed.....

Arora Empire...

Pragya was in her cabin when ali came and told her something..... she gets shocked hearing him and on's the T.V and gets shocked seeing the news flashing....

Pragya throws the remote and shouts... she is extremely angry....

Pragya: what the hell?? How can this happen and how did u let it happen....

Ali: mam woh... mam( he's scared of her anger...) and tells about Vansh's meeting with M.k family and the deal...

Pragya: Vansh Raisinghania, u did wrong by messing with me, aaj tak tumhari har galti maaf ki, mere khilaf jake mere rival ban Gaye I forgived u ..., but now its enough... ali gadi nikalo......

(She clenches her fists in anger...her eyes are red due to anger....)

M.k mansion.....

Abhi, purab, alia and Vikram enter, they had informed everyone in the family about deal and they were very happy.....

Dasi: chalo bhai, itne dino baad koi khusi ka mauka aya hai, kisi ki nazar na lage....

Dida(with arti thali in her hand): nhi lagegi beji, and ( she does their aarti and applies tika...)

They come and seat on sofa when Mitali, pallavi and Meera comes with some trays in hand....

Mitali: chalo now it's time to celebrate...., and let's start with sweet...(they distribute kheer to everyone...)

Abhi: kya baat hai bhabhi, kheer not bad han...

Mitali: aree itni badi deal sign ki hai tum sabne, we are saved from destruction, toh celebration toh banta hai na....

Pallavi: bilkul sahi kaha bhabhi apne, aaj itne dino baad kuch khusi ayi hai, warns pichle do dino me,kidnapping, arrest and god knows....

Vikram: lekin ab sab thik hoga pallavi,  by the way where are kids....

Pallavi: they are in their room...

Dasi notices alia tensed, so asks...

Dasi: kya hua alia puttar, tu khush nhi hai kya...

Alia: dasi I'm happy, but this V.R.... this man is weird.....

Pallavi gets angry as he is her brother and alia is calling him weird....

Pallavi(taunting her): weird person calls everyone around weird.....

(alia gets interrupted when a worried ranbir comes downstairs shouting... followed by Aryan, Rhea also comes hearing their shout...)

Ranbir: Mom... dad...chief.....dida..

Abhi: ranbir kya hua, tu thik hai na...

Pallavi ( holds him and checks him): what happened beta r u alright....

Ranbir: I'm alright mom ... aap khud dekh lo . ..( he on's the T.V...)

Everyone in the Family gets shocked seeing the news....and gets up from their respective seat while kheer bowl slips from Mitali's hand....

Reporter: today's big Breaking news regarding Delhi's Business world...., which changed the future of Delhi's Business world is that, The Business man of the year and Business Tycoon Mr. Vansh Raisinghania had taken over the "M.k Industries "  yes u heard right .... let's hear this from V.R....

They see the news in which Vansh had held a press conference and tells the media about his new business take over that is M.k Industries... , that all the Businesses done By M.k Industries is now a part of V.R group of Industries.....

Alia switches off the T.V and shouts....

Alia: now u guys believe me, I told u that this guy is weird there's something fishy with him... he's a bloody psycho...

Abhi: but how is this possible how can he take over our company......

A voice: Nothing is impossible for Vansh Raisinghania,  abhishek mehra.....

(Its Vansh...who enters with his bodyguards and full attitude walks towards M.k family and smirks at them...while M.k family shocked to see him and pallavi is little emotional.....)

Abhi: what the hell is this Mr. Raisinghania,  ye media kya bol rahi hai ... and how's this possible....

Purab: exactly, only with 20•/• shares... u can't take over our company.....

Alia: exactly and we can file a police complaint against u..., for spreading this false news....

Pallavi( holds him): Vikram what happened...

Purab: what is in that papers ....

(Alia snatches papers from him and reads she gets a shock of her life....)

Alia: no this can't be possible....

Rhea: what is written in it buji....

Abhi: haan alia, what's going on kya hai in papers me....

Alia: bhai it states that Vansh Raisinghania is 55•/• share holder of M.k Industries,  that means he is the new owner and we have just 25•/• shares.....

Abhi: but how....

Vansh: let me clear ur confusion.... It was me who bought the 10•/• shares of Mr. Kumar, and u guys gave me 20•/• today and remaining 25 I bought them from,, Mr. Khurana and Mr. Mehta today at 3x value of original amount......

M.k family was shocked learning that they are no more the owners of M.k Industries, and are left with just 25•/•...

Alia: how dare you to betray us...( raise hand to slap him when Vansh holds it in middle)

Vansh: lagta hai bhul gayi kal kya hua tha...,or should I make u remember....

( alia remembers yesterday's car crash and gets a little scared...)

This comes as an another shocker for M.k family.... they were just speechless don't know how to react....

Ranbir: how is this possible, u bought the company by playing game..., but this mansion still belongs to us...

Rhea: Exactly and this mansion is not a part of that 55•/• shares....

Alia: ye hamara ghar hai....

Vansh: now you guys are wasting my time...( he takes some papers from Khannas hand and throws it on alia's face) read this till then I'll take a tour of new mansion......

Alia reads the papers and tells that as their house was mortgaged to a international banking company, after Vansh made announcement of take over they sold that house to V.R and now they are left with nothing..... shock was an understatement for M.k family as they have nothing expect that 25•/• shares of Vikram..... while vansh is freely roaming in house and thinks....

Vansh( think): till now pragya must have got to know about this move, it will be really fun jab woh Sherni yahan ayegi....(smirks)

Vansh comes downstairs and speaks....

Vansh: so guys ur time in this house is up..., although this house is little bit small  and not of my status but that's my problem I'll handle it, but u get out....

Pallavi( who was quite till now shouts): vansh...( everyone gets shocked seeing her anger) how can u ..., how can u do this, tum apni hi behen ka ghar kaise barbad kr sakte ho, don't u have any shame..... u betrayed ur sister and her husband and snatched our company....( she raises hand which he holds in mid air...)

Vansh: don't even think DI , I'm not that Vansh who was ur brother..., ( leaves her hand) and look who is speaking about betrayal,  jis aurat ne khud apne Khandhan ki naak katake ek middle class ( points at Vikram) se shadi ki ,right...,and one more thing u r not a Raisinghania any more, ur just a middle class wife of your middle class husband..., do you get that....

( pallavi stumbles seeing her baby brother talking her like this as he used to love her a lot .... and they had shared a very good bond.. but this... elsewhere rest of the family is shocked knowing pallavi and Vansh's relation....)

Vansh goes to bar counter and makes a drink and roams in hall while sipping from glass.....

Abhi( coming their): no you can't, Mr. Raisinghania,  u can't ...as u said u bought the house from international banking company and according to that company's protocol I are only 50•/• owner of this house and u will be 100•/• owner after 6 months till then we both are equal owners of this M.k mansion.....

Vansh( raising eyebrow): interesting... very interesting Mr. Mehra , so finally u found a loophole  but isme fayada kya hai , today or tomorrow u have to leave.....

Vikram: why did u do this Vansh, to take revenge....
