Nanu getting impatient asked Doctor again, "Doctor meri beti toh theek hai na... ab voh chal paayegi naa bina kisi sahaare ke... operation theek hua na..." before Doctor replied Sameer said, "agar nahin bhi hua toh koi baat nahin, bas Naina theek honi chahiye... usey koi takleef na ho... mein usey pareshaan nahin dekh sakta... mein.. mein sambhal lunga usey agar operation nahin bhi theek hua toh..."

Vivek too said eagerly, "jee haan... voh hamari beti hai aur hum usey bas khush dekhna chahte hai..." Vishakha too said restlessly, "jee doctor, bas ab aur dard nahin hona chahiye usey... ek Maa hone ke naate mein usey koi takleef nahin hone dungi... uska achchhe se khyal rakhungi... usey hosh kab tak aayega..." they all keep asking without giving him chance even to reply...

Doctor looked at all shockingly and laughed loudly.. all looked his face when holding his laughter he said, "yeh pehli family dekhi hogi jise operation successful hone se jyaada iss baat ki chinta hai ki unki beti ko koi takleef toh nahin hai... jo uska jara bhi dard bardasht nahin kar sakte... sach kahun toh bohot kam pariwaar aise hote hai jo sachche dil se ek dusre ko itna pyaar karte hai and I must say ki Naina bohot lucky hai jo usey itna pyaar karne wala pariwaar mila hai..."

Wiping her tears Vishakha said, "nahin Doctor, khushkismat toh hum hai jinhein Naina jaisi bahu mili hai, jisne apni masumiyat se sabke dilon se kadwahat nikaal di hai... sabko itna pyaar diya hai ki hum uske liye jitna bhi kare kam hai..."

Doctor smiled seeing their concern and love said, "vaise chinta ki koi baat nahin hai... operation successful raha... bohot jald aap usey apne pairo par chalta dekhenge voh bhi bina sahare ke.. aur yeh sab mere ilaaj se jyaada aap logon ki duaaon ka asar hai..."

He turned to Sameer keeping hand on his shoulder, "aur sabse jyaada tumhare pyaar ka.. yeh koshish tumhari tumhare payaar ki khushi ke liye thi, jise tumne poore dil se nibhaya hai, toh haarna toh mumkin hi nahin tha... yeh tumhare sachche pyaar ki jeet hai... mubaraq ho..." Sameer keep looking at him and instantly pulled him tightly in a bone crushing hug... tears overflowed from his eyes..."thank you Doctor... mein aapka jitna bhi thanks kahun kam hai..."

He parted and turned to Nanu excitedly, "Nanu, aapne suna... Naina theek ho jayegi... bilkul pehle ki tarah... ab voh khul kar jiyegi, bina kisi mushkil ke, bina kisi sahare ke.. mein... mein bata nahin sakta mein kitna khush hun..." he hugged him tightly... all family members thanks to doctor and congrats each other...

They all waited when nurse informed them, "humne patient ko ward mein shift kar diya hai... do-teen ghanta mein hosh aa jayega, par please unhein jyaada disturb mat kijiyega... abhi unhein bohot weakness hai toh aaraam karne dijiyega..." all nodded yes and thanks to almighty... Vivek to celebrate his happiness, distribute sweets in entire hospital...

Sameer entered in ward silently followed by other family members... Naina was lying there in unconscious state... all looked at her lovingly caressing her head and blessed her... to let her take rest all left out from the room except Sameer who doesn't want to leave her alone even for a second... Vishakha and Bela keep visiting once by one checking on them getting so restless...

Sameer keep pacing in the room anxiously from here and there when Vishakha said all smilingly, "Sameer tu baith jaa na thodi der.. aise ghumte rehne se usey jaldi hosh nahin aayega... dekh Doctor ne kaha hai na usey aaraam chahiye, toh thoda sabra rakh beta... aur voh theek hai ab..."

He said like a sulking baby, "kya Mummy, Doctor ko kya pata ki mein kitna bechain hun apni Naina se milne ke liye... bas ek baar voh khud se kah de ki voh theek hai tabhi mujhe chain aayega... mujhe Naina ke liye kisi par vishwas nahin... aur maine usase waada bhi kiya tha ki jab bhi aankh kholegi mein saamne milunga..." she chuckled ruffling his hairs, "Naina sahi kehti hai... buddhu hi hai... baawla kahin ka..."

After waited for few hours, Naina stirred a bit when Sameer rushed to her... keeping his hand softly in her's he called her slowly, "Naina.. Naina.. tum theek ho na..." after couple of minutes, she be able to open her eyes a little... smiled seeing his life sitting so close to her, looking her worriedly...

Naina smiled a bit nodded her head, giving him bit relief... Sameer lift slightly and kissed on her forehead, "thank god tumhein hosh aa gaya... meri toh jaan hi nikale jaa rahi thi... theek ho na tum... kahin dard toh nahin... mein... mein doctor ko bulaau..." feeling her grip slightly tight on his hand he remain seated there with her...

Caressing her head softly, he smiled happily, "congrats jaan, operation successful hua hai... ab dekhna kitni jaldi tum khud apne pairo par khadi ho jaaogi... phir se pehle ki tarah har waqt masti, uchhal kood karogi.. sab theek ho gaya Naina bilkul pehle ki tarah... sach kahun toh tumhari himmat ke bina mere liye yeh kar paana bohot mushkil tha... aaj phir se tumne mera saath dekar mujhe jeeta diya... mere pyaar ko jita diya..." she smiled weakly, saying slowly, "love you Sameer.." keeping his palm on her one cheek he leaned over her giving a soft peck on her other cheek..

Their moment break seeing all elders coming inside smilingly... Naina surprised to see them all when Vishakha said wiping her tears, "shh.. tum aaraam karo... kuchh mat socho... bas tumhare bina dil nahin maana toh tumse milne aa gaye... tumhare buddhu ka bas chalta toh humein aane hi nahin deta...." all laughed on seeing Sameer..

Bela came on the other side, caressing her head, "apne bachchon ke bina dil kaise maanta hamara... ab jaakar jaan mein jaan aayi hai... kab se tere aankh kholne ka intzaar kar rahe the... aur sabse jyaada Sameer... ek minute bhi chen nahin tha isey..."

Nanu came close to her keeping his hand on her head, "ab kaisi hai beta tu..." she nodded slightly as still not having much energy to speak ... Vivek came blessing her, "bas ab jaldi se ghar vaapas aa jaao donon... sab bohot yaad karte hai tumhein..." to lighten the mood Vishakha said wiping her tears, "aur Deepika ne toh kitne saare games bhi soch liye hai tumhare saath khelne ke liye.. iss baar dekhna tumhara pichha bilkul nahin chhodegi voh..." all smiled seeing her relaxed...

Bela came sits next to her caressing her head, "tu theek hai na... aaj bata nahin sakti mein kitni khush hun... jis din tera haath Sameer ke haath mein diya tha, mujhe poori ummid thi ki yeh tujhe zindagi ki saari khushiyaan dega, aur aaj dekh usne poora bhi kiya apna wada... usne voh kiya jo humne socha bhi nahin tha.. bas ab jaldi se vaapas aa jaao... bohot yaad aati hai tumhari..." Naina turned to look Anand who was standing a bit far crying silently... they both keep looking each other without uttering a word...

Doctor came for her check-up... he left giving instructions to nurse... he gesture Sameer to meet him later... leaving Naina with family, Sameer & Vivek followed Doctor outside the ward...

Doctor, "dekho Sameer, operation successful hua hai but she need too much of care time being... atleast jab tak stitches nahin khulte... recovery will depend on her own will power but tumhein pata hai ki physically she is very weak already... tumhein uska bohot jyaada khyaal rakhna padega... aur haan abhi anesthesia ka asar hai par jaise hi kam hoga she might feel acute pain... vaise pain killer de diya hai toh ghabrana mat, voh jitna aaraam karegi utna theek rahega uske liye..."

Sameer listen all instructions carefully and ensure him to take care of her fully but inside he was worried for her listening she might be in pain... Sameer came back seeing Naina was asleep already...

Vivek said, "Sameer hum logon ko ab chalna chahiye... hamari aaj raat ki hi vaapsi ki flight hai... abhi toh voh so gayi hai par bohot kamjori hai... tum kaho toh hum ruk jaate hai..."

Sameer denied saying, "nahin Papa... aap log aaj aaye utna hi kaafi hai... mein dhyaan rakhunga Naina ka aur jaldi hi hum log vaapas aa jayenge... doctor ne ek hafte aur kaha hai jab tak stitches hai... aap bilkul chinta mat kijiye..." all starts leaving when Nanu suddenly turned saying, "dekh hum sab tujhe toh wish karna bhool hi gaye aaj... janamdin mubaraq ho beta..." he pulled her in a tight hug...

Sameer smiled saying, "aaj ke din itni badi khushi mili hai ki aur koi baat mayane hi nahin rakhti mere liye... yeh janamdin mujhe kabhi nahin bhulega.... Zindagi ka sabse khubsurat gift jo mila hai aaj..." he smiled seeing Naina sleeping.... he took blessing from others too and they all left for Airport...

Sameer sits next to her bed, keep looking her face which was still glowing even looking so pale and tired in pain... in few hours, Naina opened her eyes feeling slightly uncomfortable, seeing Sameer sleeping sitting next to her bed holding her hand, "meri wajah se kitna pareshaan ho gaya hai... na theek se sona na aaraam karna... aur abhi pata nahin kitne din aur aise hospital mein rukna padega... par kya karun... kahungi toh bhi ghar nahin jayega mujhe chhod kar... par shukra hai bhagwan ka ki operation theek ho gaya... Sameer ke chehre par yeh khushi dekhne ke liye aankhen taras gayi thi... kitne dinon se mujhe tasalli dene ke liye apna dard chhupa raha tha... mera theek hona mujhse jyaada Sameer ke liye mayane rakhta hai..."

Her chain on thoughts break when Sameer caressed her cheeks smilingly... "tum uth gayi toh mujhe kyun nahin uthaya... kab se tumhara intzaar kar raha tha... kitni baatein karni hai tumse... kitna kuchh batana tha..." she smiled asking, "Sameer... sab kahaan hai... koi nazar nahin aa raha..." kissing softly on her hand he said smilingly, "sab chale gaye Ahmedabad vaapas.. raat ki flight thi unki..."

She got surprised saying, "kya.. matlab sab log itni dur se sirf humse milne aaye the... sabko kitni takleef huyi hogi na... bekaar hi sab pareshaan huye... par tum rok lete na sabko ek din ke liye... kal aaraam se chale jaate..."

Sameer smiled winked to her, "na baba... mein nahin rokne wala... sab rukte toh mujhe tumhare saath akele time spent karne ko kaise milta... yahaan rukte toh tumhein ek minute bhi akela nahin chhodte.. har waqt sabko meri Naina hi chahiye hoti hai..." she laughed weakly, "tum na kabhi mat sudharna... tumhara romance aur voh bhi hospital mein... very funny..."

He kissed on her lips softly making her surprised saying, "mujhe romance karne ke liye jagah ki koi paabandi nahin hai... bhool gayi library romance hamara... bas tum mere saath raho aur kuchh nahin chahiye mujhe... baaki ideas ki koi kami nahin hoti mere paas..." they both smiled and talked for some time...

Soon he realized her getting uneasy while talking to him... concernedly he asked, "Naina tum theek ho na... dekho kuchh ho toh bataao, mein abhi Doctor ko bulata hun..." she looked at him on verge of crying, "Sameer dheere dheere dard badh raha hai... pehle nahin tha par ab ho raha hai..." he caressed her head saying, "Naina voh Doctor ne kaha tha ki anesthesia ka asar jab khatam hoga toh pain hoga hi par injection diya hua hai... shayad thodi der mein dard ruk jaaye..." she nodded and tried hard to divert her mind but pain was unbearable... getting restless Sameer called Doctor who inform after her check-up, "Sameer, maine pehle hi kaha tha ki inki immunity bohot weak hai... maine dobara injection de diya hai, tum dhyaan rakhna... kuchh problem ho toh batana... varna kal subah tak kaafi better hogi..."

Sameer nodded and sits back next to her bed... though under medicine effect, her eye lids gets heavy and she drifted into sleep but due to pain as and when she keep stirring and restless throughout night... Sameer takes care of her whole night, sometime massaging her head, legs to comfort her... at dawn time, she finally gets relieved and get sound sleep... seeing her sleeping peacefully Sameer too relaxed and sleep next to her bed only keeping his head on bed...

Next day early morning his sleep disturbed with arrival of nurse for her check-up... requesting nurse to be with her for some time he left to get freshen up... after that he called back at home assuring everyone that Naina is better than before as all of them were worried about her...

Naina woke up seeing nurse sitting there... she asked about Sameer when Nurse smiled saying, "aap bohot lucky ho.. aapke husband aapse kitna pyaar karte hai.. saari raat aapke liye jaagte rahe aur abhi bhi mujhe bola ki mein aapka achchhe se dhyaan rakhun... humne hospital mein aise kitne patient dekhe hai ki accidents ke baad unki family bhi unka saath nahin deti par aapki family bohot pyaari hai... kal aapke operation ke time sab itna pareshaan the ki mujhe laga hi nahin ki voh aapke sasural wale hai... mein toh samjhi voh aapke maa aur papa hai..."

Naina smiled saying, "aapne sahi kaha, voh mere Maa Papa hi hai... jab se meri shaadi huyi hai mujhe kabhi laga hi nahin ki mein kisi paraye ghar mein hun... sab mujhse itna pyaar karte hai ki apne ghar ki kabhi yaad hi nahin aati... aur Sameer toh sabse jyaada..." she blushed thinking about him when Nurse laughed, "arey aap toh unka naam lete hi itna sharma jaati ho..."

Then only Doctor came for routine checkup and added, "aapne sahi kaha sister... inka pyaar toh mein tabse dekh raha hun jab pehli baar Sameer se Mumbai mein mila tha... uska ek pal bhi Naina ke bina nahin gujarata.. Mumbai mein akele voh kuchh din uske liye kitne bhaari the kya bataau..." he laughed making Naina more blush when Sameer joined them back... he looked all surprisingly laughing on him when Doctor patted on his shoulder, "arey hum toh bas tumhari taarif hi kar rahe the ki kaise tumhein apni Naina ke bina ek pal bhi chen nahin aata..."

Sameer smiled rubbing his neck feeling shy, "ab meri Naina hai hi itni pyaari ki uske bina rehne ke baare mein toh soch hi nahin sakta... jis tarah usne hamesha mera saath diya hai, mere har sukh dukh mein, takleef mein.. kabhi mujhe akela nahin chhoda, uske jitna toh mein kar bhi nahin paaunga.." he sits with her holding her hand firmly... feels relaxed a bit seeing her all smiling...

Doctor does her routine check-up and left giving some instructions and assuring Sameer to take good care of her... after breakfast and giving her medicine, Naina asked, "Sameer humein kitne din aur rehna hoga yahaa..." he said thinking, "hmmm... shayad 5-6 din aur, jab tak stitches nahin khulte...."

Sameer informed her that all elders reached back home last night safely and he called them morning itself, "sabko tumhari bohot chinta ho rahi thi ... subah Rohan aur Preeti bhi zid kar rahe the yahaan aane ki par maine samjha diya sabko..." she smiled agreeing on him, "par Sameer, tum akele kaise sab manage karoge... dekho kal se tum ghar bhi nahin gaye ho.. please meri baat maano aur ghar jaakar thodi der aaraam kar lo... mein theek hun yahaan aur nurse bhi hai mere saath..."

He hit slightly on her head smilingly, "buddhu mujhe kehti ho aur baatein khud kar rahi ho... jab mera sukh chen, mera sukoon yahaan hai toh ghar jaakar kya karunga... ab toh hum saath hi ghar jayenge... vaise bhi jahaan tum vahaan mein.. aur tum ab in sab baaton ko chhodo aur aaraam karo..." she smiled clutching his hand tightly, she closed her eyes to take some sleep feeling extremely weak...

Naina still worried about him keep thinking, "kaash mein Sameer ke liye kuchh kar paati... sab kuchh akele handle kar raha hai... kah bhi nahin sakti ki mujhe bhi hospital mein nahin rehna... dam ghutata hai yahaan mera... kaash jaldi discharge karwa paati par ghar par Sameer ke liye sab sambhalna mushkil hoga... yahaan doctor nurse sab hai vahaan voh akele kaise sab karega..."

Sameer keep looking at her thinking, "mujhe pata hai Naina tum yahaan rehna nahin chahti par mujhse kahogi nahin ki kahin mujhe takleef na ho... par tumari khushiyon ki jimmedari bhi meri hai.. tumhare man ki baat na samjhu aise ho sakta hai kya..." caressing her head he make her sleep peacefully... seeing her in deep slumber, he kissed on her forehead and went out...

This one was the long awaited sequence for all readers... seeing Naina fine, back to normal... Hope you all liked it...
