Till then caretaker of farmhouse came back and Sameer asked him to get some cold drink for them and Mangola for her as it's her favorite ...

Sameer asked concernedly, "vaise aaj tum achanak hospital kaise, tabiyat theek nahin thi kya... mujhe bhi nahin batay tumne.." she lowered her eyes and replied hesitantly, "voh kal raat ko Nanaji ka phone aaya tha, shayad kuchh din pehle voh hospital gaye honge apne checkup ke liye toh unki mulaqat mere doctor se hui, jisne mera operation kiya tha.......

Flashback

Doctor : arey Maheshwari ji aap, kitne arse baad mulaqat ho rahi hai...

Nanu: Haan, voh aaj mera checkup tha toh bas usi ke liye aaya tha, aap kaise hai... aur dhanyawad us din itna pareshaan tha ki aapko kuchh kah hi nahin paaya.....

Doctor : Dhanyawaad kaisa, yeh toh mera kaam hai, par ab aapki beti hai kaisi, discharge ke baad bas ek baar aayi thi checkup ke liye, usake baad kabhi aayi hi nahin checkup ke liye bhi..

Nanu : Matlab... voh abhi theek nahin hai kya...

Doctor : Pata nahin, par itna bada operation huya tha.... post-operative care jaruri hota hai, usse aana chahiye tha, atleast 3 mahine mein ek baar...

Nanu : aap chinta mat kijiye, mein usse lekar aaunga... aap kal ka appointment de dijiye...

Doctor : Ji jaisa aapko theek lage... mein apne assistant ko bol deta hun... chaliye phir kal milte hai

Same night, Nanu called Naina and asked her to meet at Mandir tomorrow morning as he had some urgent work with her.......

In morning, Naina left early from home informing Preeti that she is going to Mandir to meet Nanu and will reach college from there directly. Naina was waiting at Mandir when Nanu came and meet her..

Naina : Kya hua Nanu aapne aise achanak mujhe yahaan bulaya... kuchh baat hai kya..

Nanu asked straight : Naina beta, tu last time checkup ke liye kab gayi thi...

Naina got nervous and stammered,... voh.. voh Nanu.. mein theek toh hun.. phir kya jarurat hai..

Nanu : mujhe pata tha... tere doctor se mila usane bataya tu pichhle ek saal mein kabhi nahin gayi.. chal mere saath... yeh galt hai beta, itna bada operation aur itni laaparwahi...

Naina : Nanu mein theek hun aapr chinta mat kijiye, Chachaji ne bhi kaha tha par maine hi mana kar diya, please aap bhi chhodiye na..." but Nanu didn't listen any of her excuse..

Naina cutely said "Aur phir Nanu mujhe jabardasti hospital le gaye.. dekho mein theek toh hun, par Nanu ne meri suni hi nahin... sab log aise hi meri chinta karte rehte hai... jab dekho bas dawai khao aur rest karo" se said while making a pout

Sameer smiled on her and said "haan kyunki tumse pyaar jo itna karte hai" he pulled her nose slightly, "par tum itni shaitan bachchi ho jo kisi ki nahin sunti... hai na"

Naina rubbed her nose smilingly, "tumse toh kam hi hun.. samjhe, aise kisi ko almost almost kidnap karke, dhamki dekar, saari baatien puchhna, kaun karta hai aise... batao jara.. sachchi bahut bure ho tum.. shakal se toh itne cute aur seedhe saade lagte ho par harkatein dekhi hai tumhari... poore gunde"

Sameer lovingly looked into her eyes, "ab jaisa bhi hun, tumko jhelna toh padega hi.. zindagi bhar"

They both lost in each other's eyes... their reverie broke when heard a voice from back... caretaker was standing there asking, "Sameer bhaiya lunch mein kya bana de aap logon ke liye"

Naina pleads : nahin nahin, humein jaana hoga... please Sameer bahut der ho gayi hai, please ab toh chalo... ab toh sab bata diya... sachchi kuchh nahin chhupaya tumse..."

Sameer smiled and turned back to him, "Nahin hum jaa rahe hai.. lunch kisi aur din karenge" he turned to her and said, "chale Naina.... par haan ab ek promise karo ki tum regular checkup ke liye jaaogi... apna dhyan rakhogi... suna tha doctor ne kya kaha tha ki tum abhi bhi weak ho, tumhein apne khaane peene par dhyan rakhna hoga.... vaise ab nahin bhi yaad rakhogi toh koi nahin, mein hoon na"

Naina, "theek hai chali jaaungi... vaise Sameer, yahaan washroom kahaan hai" Sameer showed her his room and wait for her outside. Naina comes out from washroom and saw a beautifully decorated room filled with Sameer's picture everywhere, some with Nanu, with Munna Pandit and with Rohan as well... there was one more picture with Sameer, Rohan and a little cute girl pulling his cheeks, she might be her sister Deepika ..... there was no picture of his parents which surprised her, but she left the idea to ask time being.....

Sameer was waiting for her near the car and smiled seeing her coming out now fresh like a blossom flower, an innocent beauty, her pinkish cheeks, her beautiful almond shaped eyes looking too pretty with no makeup at all, so natural... she came near him and wave her hand in front of his eyes to take him back from his la la land...

Naina smiled, " kahaan kho gaye... chalna nahin hai kya... please der ho rahi hai" Sameer came back to senses and nodded in yes.... he opened the car gate and let her sit comfortably and make himself settle on driving seat... in few minutes' drive they hit the highway road, both sides with long trees, weather was quite pleasant outside so as inside as well.... She kept on looking outside, feeling fresh air on her face and relaxed as this is the first time she shared all her feelings with anyone, especially with one who is so close to her heart.....

Sameer was also lost in his own thoughts, "kaise koi apne dil mein itna dard kaise rakh sakta hai, sabke baare mein sochti hai par apne baare mein kuchh nahin... par mujhe khushi hai aur garv bhi ki yeh meri zindagi ka hissa hai, jiske dil mein sabke liye sirf pyar aur apnapan hai... aur jo isane mere Nanu ke liye kiya uska ehsaan toh zindagi bhar nahin chuka paaunga ... thanks kah kar ehsaan kam nahin karna chahta par aaj dil se duaa maangta hun ki bhagwan mujhe itni himmat de ki mein iske saare dard, saare gam mita sakun, aaj jo muskaan isake chehre par hai, usse kabhi na mitne dun... shayad pehli baar kisiko apne dil ka bojh utaar kar halka mehsoon ho raha hai isse, kitna mushkil hota hai sab apne dil mein chhupana jo itna dard deta ho, itni takleef deta ho... jaise mein hamesha Nanu se Mummy ke bartaav ka sach chhupata tha par andar se kitna dukhi rehta tha, man karta tha ki kaash koi hota jisse mein apne saari feelings share kar sakun.. aur ek yeh hai, isse kisi se kuchh nahin kehna, koi shikayat nahin, koi narazagi nahin... ek dam bachche jaisi masoomiyat hai isamein... na koi chhal na kapat.... aaj tak uss haadse ka darr isake dil mein baith gaya hai isiliye kahin akele nahin jaati, sidiyon par bhi nahin, truck ki awaaj se bhi itna darti hai...

Suddenly Sameer recall their drive on Preeti's birthday when she saw the truck honking loudly and scared her, he realized at this moment they were again on highway and can expect the same again... oh god, she is looking outside and fully engrossed too, "iska dhyan kahin aur lagana padega.... aate waqt tension mein thi toh kuchh nahin hua par ab kahin"

Sameer laughed, "arey baba, mein majaak kar raha tha... ab tum poore time baahar dekhogi toh mein toh bore ho hi jaaunga na.....kuchh baat karo na"

Naina smiled on his antics and hit him slightly on his arm, " kitne bure ho tum.. vaise ek bata batao aaj tum quiz khelne ke mood mein ho kya... subah se bas sawaal hi puchhe ja rahe ho.. par ab bas aur nahin.. aaj ka quota khatam ... samjhe... ab koi jawaab nahin milega.. chaahe tum kitni bhi dhamki do" She laughed and show her tongue to tease him...

Then getting a bit serious she said "Sameer please ek waada karo tum ki aaj jo bhi maine tumhein bataya, kisi ko nahin bataoge... mein nahin chahti ki kisi ko bhi pata chale, especially hospital mein voh raat wali baat... voh toh maine Nanu ko bhi nahin bataayi" Sameer assured her to keep secret about her family issue....

Naina smiled back : vaise ek bata kahun, aaj tumse baat karke bahut achchha feel ho raha hai.. pehli baar apni feelings, apni takleef baanti hai kisi ke saath...

Sameer smiled and asked : tum mere saath kuchh bhi share kar sakti ho, pata hai na tumhein... they keep talking and sharing their feelings while reaching college...

Preeti Rohan came running to them, the moment they reached in parking area...

Preeti hugged her tightly, tears flow from her eyes : Naina, kaisi hai tu.... Kahaan chali gayi thi, pata hai kabse tera intzaar kar rahi hun, kitna darr gayi thi main...

Naina smiled, "mein theek hoon meri maa... pat tum donon yahaan kya kar rahe ho, class mein nahin gaye"... Rohan looked at Sameer raising his brows, Sameer smiled back assuring all is fine now ...

Rohan : Voh hum log aapka hi wait kar rahe the... toh man hi nahin kiya class mein jaane ka..

Naina (teasingly) : ya yun kahe ki akele mein time spend karne ko mil gaya... vaise iska toh samajh aata hai par Mr Topper bhi class bunk karne lage hai... not bad" Preeti Rohan both blushed looking each other...

Sameer : Naina, mujhe lagta hai tumhein ghar jaana chahiye ab... bahut thaki hui lag rahi ho.. chalo hum chhod dete hai, vaise hum bhi ghar hi jaa rahe hai... ab class mein jaane ka man nahin hai...

They all left college and after dropping them in nearby to their house, they returned to their home.
