At Maheshwari House, Ahmedabad

Nanu and Sameer reached home greeted by Ramdhari, who serves for Nanu since his childhood... Nanu always consider him as his own family... after keeping their luggage in rooms, Ramdhari serves water to them, looks happy seeing Sameer accompanied.

Nanu, "Sameer tu room mein jaakar fresh ho ja... phir khaana khaate hai..."

Sameer enters in his room and gets so happy to reach finally his own house... his room walls are painted with sky blue color (his favorite color), a big cupboard on left side, a bookshelf on right side with a study table. Besides them at the center of the room lies a big bed with a small side table where on top, a night lamp is kept. On back side wall of bed, there is a big photo of Nanu & Sameer. Sameer gets happy to see his room after so many years... Nanu keep it as per his likings and didn't change anything...

Nirmal Jyoti Society – a place which is filled with joy and happiness... girls were enjoying their fullest as no one is at home to taunt them to be a girl and burden on the family. Also, another reason is of Pooja's upcoming wedding in coming months. Her Fiancé Varun is an educated boy, an automotive Engineer by profession with a decent middle-class family of Ahmedabad, working in a reputed company.

Both Preeti and Naina are sharing a close bonding with Pooja and now equally liked and pampered by there would be Jiju

Post their good results in 10th Class now the preparations for next session had started. It's always a fun and excitement to buy new dress, books, bags for new class. Even a new water bottle was giving equal pleasure and happiness those days as in they won the entire world. Also, they got the opportunity to buy as per their own choice as Taiji was not at home in all those days, to ruin their happiness.

In night when everyone slept and in dreams, Naina opened her almirah and pick up a dairy and took out an old pic of her beloved Mother. She was missing her too much as since after her result came, she was waiting for a slight gesture from her father & brother to appraise her or at least congrats her but as usual as every time, he is nowhere to appreciate her or show any connect with her. She fell down on floor and cries her heart out....

Kuchh To Zakhmo Ki Umr Nahi Hoti Hain,

After some time, she goes to washroom and came out after changing the dress. She sleeps on her side holding photograph of her mother near her heart...

Maheshwari House – Sameer reached Ahmedabad, his house, with Nanu 2 days back. Though he didn't ask Nanu about his sudden decision of getting him back here with him but was sure that there is definitely a big reason behind this.

Sameer called his childhood friend and cousin Munna (Manoj). He has very deep bonding with Munna as he always spends good quality and fun filled time with him whenever he visits Nanu during his holidays. But being very introvert in nature, he hardly shared his pains with him also. They had good fun time as Munna also scored decent marks in 10th Class and few days are left to re-join back school in next grade.

It was 8 in morning and Sameer was sleeping in his room as he was out with Nanu and Munna last night for dinner. Post dinner they go on a long drive and had fun together as Nanu was always a friend for them, with whom they can share everything & their feelings openly.

His sleep got disturbed with some noises coming from outside may be from living room. He woke up and after freshening up immediately went outside to see the reason for these loud noises in their house, which is not a daily scenario. His house is always be filled with early morning soothing old music or bhajan which Nanu used to listen with morning tea as a daily habit. He was shocked to see his mother and stepfather sitting in living room and discussing something serious with Nanu... looks like more into some argument...

Though Sameer doesn't have very close bonding with his stepfather but never had any argument or not much of disliking for him. Major reason was firstly his craving for a complete family in which all should living together with lots of love and fun and secondly, he has a special bonding and love for Rohan & Deepika even though they hardly get time to spend together.

Rohan & Sameer has a silent affection towards each other or say soft corner for each other and longing to stay together as brothers but unfortunately being Rohan's Dadi who never like Sameer to be a part of their family, they never got chance to stay together happily.

In living room, the atmosphere seems bit tensed as Nanu was in anger mood, which he usually doesn't. Feeling the heat, Sameer prefers to stay away from them and listen their conversation, which seems to be unpleasant especially for his mother.

Vishakha said in a complaining tone, "Papa aapko aisa nahin karna chahiye tha... aap aise kaise Rohan ki success party chhod kar achanak vaapas aa gaye... humen bataya bhi nahin aapne aane se pehle..." she was totally clueless of her father's sudden decision of leaving Delhi without attending Rohan's success party...

Vivek, "aur to aur aap Sameer ko hostel se le aaye voh bhi humein bina bataye... aisa bhi kya ho gaya tha achanak... kam se kam hums eek baar baat toh kar lete aap..."

After listening all their complaints silently, unable to control his anger anymore Nanu burst out, "Vishakha, aaj mujhe sharam aa rahi he ki tum meri beti ho... sagi maa hoke bhi tum Sameer ke liye itani laparwaah kaise ho sakti ho..."

Vivek, "Papaji, aap galat samajh rahe hai... aisa kuchh nahin hai... agar koi baat hai bhi toh aap humein bataiye... aapse kisi ne kuchh shikayat ki hai kya..." he asked suspiciously if Sameer has complained about something about them...

Nanu shouts on them, "bas Vivek, mein bachcha nahin hoon Sameer ki tarah jo na samajh sakun kuchh bhi... mere faisle ki wajah mera khud ka ehsaas aur tajurba hai... naa hi kisi ne kuchh kaha hai aur na hi mein andha hoon kjo kuchh na samjhe... maine badi ummidon se Vishakha aur Sameer ki zimmewari tumhe saupi thi, par tum fail ho gaye... aur tumse badi galti mere se huyi hai jo maine aankhen bandh kar ke tum donon ke bharose apne bachche ki khushiyaan chhodi..." he said feeling disappointed on their behavior and careless attitude towards Sameer...

Vishakha: Papa aap baat nahin samajh rahe... voh toh darasal iss baar kuchh mehmaan aane wale the isliye Sameer ne khud aane se mana kar diya... aap jaante ho mein apne bachchon mein bhed bhav nahin karti kabhi..." she protests trying to defend herself

Nanu (cut her sentence) in anger, "mehmaan...to Sameer ki value tumhare aane wale so called mehmano se bhi kam hai tumhari zindagi mein... tum donon parayon ki wajah se apne bete ko ghar mein ek guest room nahin de paye, dil mein jagah kya doge..."

He scolds them, "yaad rakhna jo tumne iss masoom ke saath kiya he, use galiti nahin gunaah kehte hai... yeh toh uska bholapan aur masumiyat hai jo usne kabhi tum donon se koi shikayat tak nahin ki..."

Vishakha & Vivek feels so ashamed of their carelessness towards Sameer. They never realize the loneliness and pain they are giving to their own child by the name of hostel...

Nanu in still anger tone asked, "agar kal ko tumhare ghar mein koi aayega toh kya tum Rohan ko bhi ghar se nikaal doge..." with pause & hurting tone he continued, "Nahin tum aisa nahin karoge, kyunki voh tumhara apna hai aur Sameer paraya..."

"Aur aaj ke baad jab tak tum logo ko apni galti ka ehsaas nahin ho jata aur tum dil se usase maafi nahin maangte mein apne saare rishte tum logon se khatam karta hun... jaise tum apne bete ko bhool gaye aaj se mein bhi tum logon ko bhool jaunga... apne Sameer ke liye mein akela hi kafi hoon..." he stood turning his face to other side avoiding seeing them anymore giving his final decision...

Before getting into further argument, Nanu starts moving towards his room leaving two people filled in shame and guilt... he stops mid-way seeing Sameer standing at the doorstep with tears in his eyes and tremendous love for his Nanu... now Sameer also understood his Nanu's reason for taking him here...

Nanu couldn't bear seeing his tears, pulled him in his embrace to console him... he himself was feeling guilty for his own careless, "tujhe rone ki koi jarurat nahin jab tak tera Nanu zinda hai... aaj se sirf hum donon hi ek dusre ka pariwaar hai..."

Seeing all this Vishakha and Vivek starts leaving from house as they left with no courage to face Sameer and Nanu anymore. Seeing them leaving with guilt, Sameer ask Nanu to stop them.

Sameer pleads, "Nanu, please aap unhe rokiye... mein theek hoon... aur phir aap ho na mere paas, mere liye... mujhe kuchh nahin chahiye kisi se... mein nahin chahta meri wajah se aap apne bachchon se dur raho..."

Nanu: Sameer, tu abhi is sab mein mat bol beta...

Sameer replied requesting again, "nahin nanu, mein nahin chahata ki meri wajah se koi bhi Rishta toote... jaise me tarsa hun mein nahin chahata ki ye log bhi aapke pyar ke liye tarse. Please maaf kar dijiye... meri khaatir..."

Listening all these, Vishakha and Vivek comes forward and hug Sameer tightly and apologize on their rude and uncaring behavior...

Sameer, "nahin, aap log bade hai toh please sorry nahin boliye... we are family afterall..."

They all smile with heavy heart listening such words from him. They never consider or had any feeling for him, being their least priority but today he realized them the family importance

Vivek: Papaji, Sameer... jo bhi hua usey toh hum badal nahin sakte but phir bhi ho sake toh humein maaf kar dena... shayad abhi hamara yahan se jaana hi theek hoga sab ke liye... but promise hum jaldi aayenge apane bete ke liye..." he sincerely apologize realizing his mistake this time...

Vishakha also apologize with teary eyes, "aapne sahi kaha Papa ki mein ek Maa ka farz nahin nibha paayi... sach kahun toh mein sharminda hone ke saath khush bhi hoon ki Sameer ab se aapke paas rahega... shaayd iss duniya mein aapse jyaada isey koi pyaar kar hi nahin sakta... yeh toh shuru se hi aapki parchhayi hai..." she said lovingly caressing his head giving her blessings for his happiness...

After blessing to Sameer, with heavy heart filled with guilt, they both left the Maheshwari house leaving behind two best of the partners together to live happily together...

After they left, Nanu in a bit dramatic tone to cheer up his little one scold him showing fake anger, "aur tu... agar aaj ke baad tune mujhse kuchh bhi chhupaya na toh tujhe bhi aise hi ghar se baahar nikaal dunga... samjha... yeh mat samjhana tu bach jayega..."

Sameer in teasing him, "aap mere Nanu ho, aur aisa kar bhi sakte ho, yeh to mujhe pata hai... par par par meri Mummy aisa kabhi nahin kar sakti... aur meri Mummy se to aap bhi darate ho... samajhe ki nahin" (Sameer use to call his Nanu sometimes Mummy... )

Nanu laughed, "chal ab dekhte he aaj Ramdhari ne kya banaya he... tere chakkar mein roj naye experiment kar raha hai... lagta hai pet kharaab kar ke hi manega yeh hamara.."

They burst in laughter and move to dining room for breakfast...
