Shivaay was very happy, he was about to hug her but stopped by her words.

Annika-"Shivaay, this happened before also?"

Shivaay-"What??"

A-"This..... Jo abhi hua.....one minute....."

      She closed her eyes trying to remember something. By her expressions Shivaay got it that she was taking too much stress. He held her shoulders and called her

S-"Annika....."

    Annika opened her eyes and looked at him with confused expressions.

S-"Annika, are you ok?"

A-"H..... Huh??....."

S-"Are you ok?"

     She nodded.

A-"Shivaay , this happened before also. I saw someone was proposing me in same way I proposed you sometime before.....and
....."

      She again closed her eyes to see more.

S-"Annika...open your eyes"

    She opened her eyes and looked at him.

S-"Don't take stress. Yaad nhi aaye na toh thik hai. But jyada stress mat lo. Waise bhi pehle bhi kuch jyada yaad nhi aaya tha na tumhe....toh ab kya aayega? Leave it. Treatment ke baad yaad aajayega. And ha now listen to me.. I want to tell you something.... Dekho hum Germany....."

A-"Shivaay, pehle mujhe nhi aata tha yaad. But ab mujhe clearly yaad aate hai kuch incidents. I remembered many incidents now."

S-"Which..... Which incidents?"

A-"That day on Ruvya's sangeet, mujhe yaad aaya ki humne bhi woh 'soni soni' song pr perform kiya tha. And some more incidents also related to that performance."

S-"What????? Kya yaad aaya tha?"

A(mind)-"Engagement ke baare me mein khud nhi bolungi. Inhe bolna chahiye woh mujhse."

S-"Annika I am asking you something."

A-"H... Haa. Nothing..... aisa hi kuch. Then Sahil ke baare me. And abhi bhi kuch yaad aaya tha. But sangeet pr jo yaad aaya na woh clear tha.... I mean mujhe jo yaad aata hai na hamesha woh clearly nhi dikhta.... But us din clearly yaad aaya tha."

S-"And tumne aur jyada yaad krne ki koshish ki thi?"

A-"Haa"

S-"Ek minute, usi din tum behosh ho gayi thi. That means stress ki wajah se hui thi."

A-"Haa may be. Shivaay leave it na kuch aur baat kre"

    She said lovingly. And came to him and held his hands.

A-"Waise aapne abhi answer nhi diya."

     Shivaay was thinking about something.

S-"What answer?"

A-"Abhi maine aapse kuch pucha tha na thodi derr pehle. Actually 3 times puchna pada..... Tab jaake samajh aaya aapko. Now please, I want answer."

    Shivaay remembered how she proposed him sometime before. He was so lost in his thoughts, that he didn't get it when she talked about that business plan. But when she asked him directly then he got it.
      Annika was looking at him without blinking her eyes and waiting for his answer. But he was lost somewhere.

A-"Shivaay....."

S-"H..... Haa bolo."

A-"I know you also loves me from before. But please I want to hear it from you. Now please tell me. And then kya pata mujhe aur details yaad aayenge past related."

S-"M..... Means??"

A-"I am sure there was something between us from before. And I want to know it. Aapne pehle nhi bataya hoga na mujhe , kyuki meri memory gayi thi. But now I want to know all about my past , our past."

S-"Annika..... I....."

A-"No no aapko kuch nhi batana hai. Sab kuch mein khud yaad krna chahti hu. And I am sure jab hamara present complete hoga na....hum ek saath honge toh mujhe past ki saari baate yaad aayegi."

S-"Annika meri baat....."

A-"And yaad nhi aaye na toh mein krlungi ab..... Mujhe yaad krna hi hoga.... I know bahut khoobsurat yaade hongi..... N I want to remember all of them. I want to know Shivaay. I want to know all the things..... Our first meeting, our fights, our story , our confession and all that..... I want to know each and everything from past."

       She said and looked at him. He was looking at her shocked.

A-"Shivaay please now give me answer. You are ready for our new business?"

        She asked blushingly. Shivaay looked at her for more than one minute and took a deep breath. And said looking into her eyes.

S-"Kuch bhi yaad krne ki jaroorat nhi hai."

A-"But mujhe yaad krna hai Shivaay..... Sab kuch"

S-"Jab kuch tha hi nhi toh yaad kya krogi?"

      She looked at him confused.

A-"Kuch tha hi nhi matlab?"

S-"Matlab are you ok Annika?"

      He said and kept his hand on her forehead.

S-"Thik ho na tum?"

A-"Shivaay kya bol rahe ho aap? Mujhe kuch samajh nhi aa raha."

S-"I am asking , are you ok? "

    Annika was confused now.

A-"Haa I am ok. But why you are asking this?"

S-"No I think you are not ok..... Kuch bhi bol rahi ho. Kisne kaha tumse ki there was something between us in the past. Kis idiot ne kaha?"

       He said and laughed. Annika looked at him.

A-"Kis idiot ne matlab?"

S-"Matlab kisne kaha tumse yeh sab ki hamare beech kuch tha pehle se? Let me guess..... Rudra.....or Gauri?? Yaa koi aur. Oh my god Annika, tumne trust kr liya unke baato pr. Koi itna bewakoof kaise ho sakta hai."

      He said and laughed out loud. She looked at him confused. She didn't know what he was talking about.

A-"Shivaay......"

S-"Annika , I think they were fooling you. Tumhari memory gayi hai na toh aise hi majaak kr rahe honge. But tum.....tum samjhdaar ho na? Majaak ko sach samajh liya kya tumne? Annika grow up. Rudy ko toh majaak krne ki aadat hai."

A-"Shivaay ek minute, stop laughing."

S-"Now this is very funny toh hasi toh aayengi na?"

    He said laughingly.

A-"Shivaay stop."

S-"Ok ok"

A-"Shivaay mujhe kisine bataya nhi hai. Mujhe khud pata hai, we have some strong connection with each other. Meri memory jane ke pehle se."

S-"Haa that's true."

     Annika smiled.

A-"Haa toh mein wahi baat kr rahi hu na, hum dono ek dusre....."

S-"Annika what did you say? Strong connection???"

A-"Haa"

S-"I know we knew each other from before. But strong connection?? Kuch bhi haa."

A-"Shivaay aap kya bol rahe hai? Hum dono ko pata hai ki hum dono ke beech kuch hai, dosti se badhkr....sabhi relations se badhkr....."

S-"Ek minute Annika.... Bol kya rahi ho tum? Haa we knew each other before your memory loss.... That's because of Gauri and Om. Gauri is your sister and Om is my brother. And they both are husband-wife. So hum toh jaante honge na ek dusre ko....."

A-"Haa. But sirf utna hi nhi hum dono ka relation usse bhi badhkr hai."

S-"Kya?? Oh this friendship?? Ha ha we are friends now from your accident incident."

A-"Accident incident? That means you were not my friend from before?"

S-"Noo. We just knew each other. But after your accident , mein tumhara khayaal rakh raha tha. You called me your friend. So maine kaha thik hai. Kisiko friend bolne me mujhe kya tax lagta hai."

A-"Shivaay kya bol kya rahe ho aap? Aapne khud friendship ki thi mujhse....."

S-"Oh.....h.....haa. Woh toh bas aise.....aise hi you were not ok that time so....."

A-"So...??"

S-"So kuch nhi. Ab ho gaya tumhara yeh sab. I have very important work. I have to go."

    He turned to go. Tears falls from his eyes but he wiped them as Annika held his hand from behind.

A-"Shivaay....."

    He wiped his tears and turned to her.

S-"What??"

A-"You mean to say hum dono ke beech kuch nhi tha? Kuch nhi hai?"

S-"No way. Kuch nhi tha. Abhi bhi kuch nhi hai. Haa friendship hai abhi but aur kuch nhi."

    Now tears falls from Annika's eyes.

A-"It means..... It means kuch nhi hai hamare beech."

    Shivaay who was cursing himself for her tears, only nodded in no."

A-"Matlab aap mujhse pyaar nhi krte?"

      She asked in pleading voice. Shivaay looked at her eyes. She was crying. Shivaay wants to wipe her tears and hugs her tightly. He wants to tell her that 'yes I love you. More than my life.' But he don't want to tell her now. If he tell her now and then..... No no he don't want to trouble her more. He looked at her again she was waiting for his answer with tears in her eyes. Shivaay closed his eyes once and then looked straight in her eyes and said,

S-"Are you mad? Pyaar?? Tumse? Yeh bol bhi kaise sakti ho tum? Mein tumse pyaar krunga? Tumse?? Oh my god Annika what's going on in your mind today?"

      Now Annika was crying badly. She was shocked by his answer. But she wiped her tears and held his shoulders.

A-"Shivaay aap..... aap majak kr rahe hai na? Satana chahte hai na mujhe? But Shivaay this is not the correct time to tease me. Tell me, you love me na?"

S-"What?? Tumhe lag rah hai mein majaak kr raha hu? Grow up Annika. And think Shivaay Singh Oberoi tumse pyaar krega? Tumse??"

A-"Mujhse matlab? Kehna kya chahte hai aap?"

      Shivaay was unable to say something now as it's difficult for him. But he have to do it, for Annika. He laughed at her.

S-"Shivaay Singh Oberoi ke peeche har ek ladki padi hai. N tumne kaise socha ki woh tumse pyaar krega? Un ladkiyo se kabhi nhi kiya jo mere peeche peeche ghumti hai toh tumse kyu krega?"

      He said with great difficulty. His voice is broken now but he have to be strong. Annika left his shoulders. Tears were continuously falling from her eyes.

A-"You.....you don't love me?"

S-"Ek hi sawaal kitni baar puchogi tum..... Mera jawaab nhi badlega kabhi..... Noo... I don't love you."

     Annika sat on the floor with thud. Tears were continuously falling from her eyes. She was crying loudly now. Shivaay's heart broke into million pieces by seeing her like this. But he is helpless. He have to be strong.

    Annika cried for sometime but she gets up from floor because she remembered something. She came to Shivaay and said,

A-"But aapne kaha tha na us din, ki mere alawa aapki jindgi me aur koi nhi hai. Kaha tha na aapne, aap meri khushi ke liye kuch bhi kr sakte hai....kaha tha na? Aarav se jealous hue the, hue the na? Jab me jealous hui thi Mallika se toh aapne mujhe samjhaya tha ki aisa kuch nhi hai..kyu samjhaya tha? Jab mein roti thi, aapko accha nhi lagta tha...kyu? Mera kitna khayaal rakhte ho, maine khana khaya ya nhi, medicine li ya nhi..kyu? Kyu rakhte ho itna khayaal? Kal mein gussa thi baat nhi kr rahi thi. Toh baar baar call kr rahe the , sorry bol rahe the..... Kyu? Kyu Shivaay kyu? Kyu kiya aapne woh sab kyu? "

      She said holding his collor and cried keeping her head on his chest. She was crying loudly. Shivaay was just stood there. Tears were falling from his eyes too. He closed his eyes. Annika was crying on his chest making his shirt wet. More than 10 minutes passed but she was still crying. Shivaay composed himself and pulled her out from his embrace. She looked at him with teary eyes.

S-"I have done all this because you were ill. Memory gayi thi tumhari, beemar thi, confuse thi in sab surrounding se. Isliye I was just helping you. But tum toh..... Is sabko pyaar samjh baithi tum?"

      He said with so much difficulty. Annika stopped crying and looked at him.

A-"Aakhiri baar puch rahi hu Shivaay.... Kya aapne kabhi bhi mujhse pyaar nhi kiya? Kabhi bhi nhi?"

S-"Kabhi bhi nhi..... Tum aise soch bhi kaise sakti ho Annika. Agar mein tumse pyaar krta toh kabhi kehta nhi tumse? Yaad kro kabhi kaha hai maine ki mein tumse pyaar krta hu?"

     Annika started thinking. No he didn't said that he loves her. But then that care...that jealously.... that love.....

A-"Aapne kaha nhi tha Shivaay. But aapki behavior se....."

S-"Behavior se?? Are you serious? Maine kya bola ki I was just helping you. Aur ek baat batao tum Gauri ki badi behen ho.... Mein Om ka bada bhai hu....n Rudra ka bhi. Toh agar mere mann me waisa kuch hota toh Om-Gauri and Rudra se pehle meri aur tumhari shaadi nhi hoti?? Tumne kaha mein pyaar krta hu tumse toh kyu nhi ki shaadi?"

      She looked at him shocked. She have no answer for this.

S-"Kya hua? Nhi hai na koi jawaab? Kyuki waisa kuch hai hi nhi hamare beech."

      He said and looked at her teary face. Her face was red due to continuous crying. Shivaay was falling weak now but he have to be strong for her.

A-"N woh jo hamare beech hua us din pool me..... N uske baad bhi..... Woh sab.... Woh sab....."

      Shivaay remembered that moments again.

S-"Haa I came here today for that only."

A-"Means?"

S-"I know jo bhi kuch hamare beech hua us din pool me and uske baad bhi jab kuch waisa hua..... Nhi hona chahiye tha... Mein.....mein pata nhi kya soch raha tha.... Jo bhi hua galat hua. N now I am regretting it."

A-"You what?? You are....re.....regretting that?"

S-"Yes mujhse galti ho gayi thi. And uske baare me hi soch raha tha kal and tumse maafi maangna chahta tha. I was praying ki tum kuch galat na samjho. But I think I am late. Tumne galat soch hi liya."

      He stopped and looked at her she was looking blankly at him.

S-"Annika I am sorry. Agar maine kuch hopes create kiye ho tumhare mann me. I am sorry for whatever happened. But hum dono me waisa kuch nhi hai. Accha hoga ki tum yeh sab na socho."

      He said looking down and was waiting for her answer. But she didn't say anything. He looked at her. She was staring at him without blinking his eyes. He kept his hand on her shoulder and called her name,

S-"Annika....."

    She came back from her thoughts and looked at him for sometime then she hugs him tightly.

A-"Shivaay, what happened to you? Kyu kr rahe ho aap aisa? Maine..... Maine kuch galat kiya hai kya? Kuch galti ki kya jo aap aise bol rahe ho? Kal maine aapse waise behave kiya isliye kr rahe ho na aisa? Shivaay I am sorry for yesterday. Aap mujhe koi bhi punishment dedo. But aisa mat kaho ki aap mujhse pyaar nhi krte. I know you love me..... You love me more than you love anybody else Shivaay. Say you love me....."

      She said and started crying. Shivaay was not able to handle it anymore. He was on verge of crying. He broke the hug. He looked in her eyes and said angrily.

S-"Ek baat samajh nhi aati tumhe? Look Annika mein tumse koi pyaar vyaar nhi krta hu. Tum meri koi nhi ho. Sirf ek dost ho.....n woh bhi maine isliye maana tha because you were not well. Mein hospital leke jaata tha because Rakesh is my friend....and he told me that tumhara acche se khayaal rakhna padega....isliye mein rakhta tha.....n isse pehle tum pucho kyu toh batata hu.... Gauri and Sahil toot gaye the tumhare accident ke baad isliye I was helping you. But tum.....tum toh kuch aur hi samajh baithi. Haa mein behek gaya tha but not now. Mujhe pata chal gaya hai it was a mere attraction and nothing else. Pyaar toh bilkul nhi. Toh yeh kehna band kro baar baar. Phir is baare me baat mat kro. And I think ab hume ek dusre se durr hi rehna chahiye. I think mujhe ab chalna chahiye. And last baar bata raha hu.... Maine tumse kabhi pyaar nhi kiya tha. Na krta tha, na krta hu n nahi kabhi karunga...... Chalta hu"

        He said and went towards door but Annika said,

A-"Meri kasam??"

      He stopped and looked at her. She came to him and held his shoulders.

A-"Batayiye Shivaay. Khayiye meri kasam and boliye ki aap mujhse pyaar nhi krte. Bolo mere sar pr haath rakhke bolo ki nhi krte ho mujhse pyaar....."

      Shivaay looked at her surprised. She again said the same and was about to kept his hand on her head when Shivaay stopped her.

S-"Oh stop it Annika. What's the need for all this. Ajeeb ladki ho yaar. Kitni baar kahu ki nhi krta me tumse pyaar. Phir bhi ek hi baat. Kyu fasana chahti ho mujhe. Ek baar bolta hu mein tumse pyaar nhi krta. Samjhi.... Aur kis language me samjhau mein tumhe? You know what galti meri hi hai, jo maine tumhe itna apne pass aane diya. But mujhe kya pata tha ki tum yeh sab krogi. Koi farak nhi hai tum me aur baaki ladkiyo me. Isliye mujhe fasana chahti ho na ki I am rich. Ek successful bachelor businessman hu..... Oh Annika I thought you are different but no. Galati meri hi hai. But ab use sudharna padega. Last baar bolta hu mein tumse pyaar nhi krta..... nhi krta.....nhi krta. Mera peecha chodo. Next baar bolne ki koshish bhi ki na waisa kuch....m toh Shivaay Singh Oberoi se bura koi nhi hoga, you get that?"

      He said loudly directly looking into her eyes. Annika moved back by his words. She was thinking about his words. What did he say? How can he say like that I am behind his money? She looked at him. But he was left already. Annika sat there on the floor with thud.

Outside Annika's office,
Shivaay's car,

       Shivaay came running and sat in his car. Now he was not able to control himself. He shouted loudly and started crying. He bang his hand on staring wheel and keep banging it on staring wheel.

S-"I am sorry Annika. I know jo maine kaha woh..... But no tumhare liye yeh krna hi hoga. Agar mein yeh nhi krta toh..... Is waqt tumhare pyaar se bhi jyada tum important ho mere liye..... Agar tumhe kuch ho gaya toh mein.....isliye woh sab kaha..... I know I am selfish Annika. But baat jab tumhari aati hai toh mein hu selfish. Mujhe tum chahiye ho Annika and uske liye kuch bhi krunga mein....uske liye tumhe hurt bhi krna pada toh bhi chalega..... But tum mujhse durr jao.....nhi nhi.....mein soch bhi nhi sakta yeh. I am afraid Annika. I am scared and Rakesh ki baato se toh kuch jyada hi....."

Flashback :-
      Shivaay was not able to decide that where he should go first to his Annika or to Rakesh.

S-"I think mujhe Rakesh ke pass jana chahiye. He wants to talk about Annika. Matlab Annika ke health ke baare me hoga. Toh wahi jaana chahiye. Baad me Annika ke pass chala jaunga."

      He said and drove towards Rakesh's hospital.

At Hospital,
Rakesh's cabin,

      Rakesh gave him Annika's reports. Shivaay read them.

S-"Yeh kya hai Rakesh?"

Rakesh-"Annika bhabhi ke reports hai. Yaad hai tumhe us din aise hi normal test kiye the."

S-"Ha because you wanted to tell me something."

R-"Haa toh test aise hi kiye the.... Bhabhi ko yaha se bhejne ke liye.....but these reports....."

S-"What happened Rakesh? Annika is alright na? Kuch hua toh nhi na use? Reports me aisa hai kya ki tum itne tensed lag rahe ho?"

R-"Relax Shivaay"

S-"Rakesh batao na..... Kya hua hai Annika ko?"

R-"Shivaay bhabhi ke brain ka jo damaged part tha na....."

S-"Haa uska kya?"

R-"Toh waha ki nerves aur jyada damage ho gayi hai."

S-"What???? How?"

R-"Maine kaha tha na ki bhabhi ka khayaal rakho"

S-"Haa toh mein uska poora khayaal rakh raha hu Rakesh"

R-"Ha I know that. But I think bhabhi kuch yaad krne ki koshish krti hai. N jab kuch yaad nhi aata toh jyada stress leti hai. And I think uski wajah se yeh hua hai. Tumhe yaad hai na us din woh behosh ho gayi thi sangeet function me."

S-"Haa. But tab tumne kaha tha na ki nothing to worry."

R-"Haa mujhe sab thik hi lag raha tha. But these reports are..... are dangerous. I called Dr. Smith and discussed about this to him."

S-"Toh what did he say?"

R-"He will be free in 4-5 days. Toh Rudra ke marriage ke baad tumhe jana hoga Germany."

S-"Haa we are leaving on next day of wedding."

R-"Good. But unhone ek aur baat batayi hai."

S-"Kya?"

R-"Bhabhi ko kuch bhi yaad nhi aana chahiye. Kuch bhi nhi. Kyuki agar unhe kuch yaad aaya and unhone stress liya toh aur complications ho sakti hai."

S-"Haa mein khayaal rakhunga is baat ka"

R-"Agar woh kuch baat kre na past se related yaa kuch jaanana chahe....divert her mind..... Kuch bhi aisi baat jo unhe past me le jaye.....woh batana mat..... Agar bhabhi kuch bole toh ignore kro. Kyuki ek bhi baat ka stress liya na unhone toh it will be very dangerous."

S-"Kuch hoga toh nhi na use?"

R-"Don't worry Shivaay. But unhe past ki baat se durr rakho. Woh kuch bole yaa yaad krna chahe then baat mat kro us baat pr. I know it's difficult but you have to do it for bhabhi."

S-"Ok. I'll take care of that. Mein use kuch bhi nhi bataunga waisa jise woh past me connect ho jaye kuch soche ya stress le."

R-"Good. Take care of her."

Flashback end.....

S-"Ab tum hi batao mujhe Annika, kya krta mein..... Maine kuch bhi response kiya hota na toh tum sab sochti and then.....no no mein kuch nhi hone dunga tumhe. I don't know jo mein kr raha hu woh sahi hai ya galat but I have to do this."

     He wiped his tears , once again looked at Annika's office and left from there.

Oberoi Mansion,

Gauri-"Finally sab ho gaya. Chalo ab party ki preparation krte hai."

Om-"Haa Shivaay n bhabhi ke aane tak ho jana chahiye sab."

    Rudra-Bhavya nodded and they was about to left from there but stopped as they saw Shivaay entering the mansion.

Bhavya-"Shivaay Bhaiya....."

     Shivaay came inside and looked at the hall. He saw OmRu and Gauri-Bhavya there and came to them.

Rudra-"Bhaiya, aap itne jaldi kaise aa gaye?"

S-"Gauri , Bhavya ghar jao tum log."

G-"Bhaiya, Di kaha hai?"

S-"Woh ghar gayi hogi. N tum logo ko jana chahiye uske pass. Use akela is condition me nhi rehna chahiye."

B-"Is condition.....matlab??"

O-"Shivaay what happened? Where is Bhabhi? N tu jaldi kaise aaya wapas?"

R-"Haa hume laga ki ab aap log toh kya pata aayenge bhi ya nhi.... Ek dusre me kho gaye honge toh aayenge hi nhi."

    He said teasingly. Shivaay looked at him angrily.

S-"Rudra, this is not the right time to joke. Gauri-Bhavya go na. Annika ko jaroorat hogi tumhari."

G-"Ok Bhaiya..... Chalo Bhavya"

S-"Ha and use jyada rone mat dena"

O-"Shivaay kya kiya tune phirse????"

S-"And jyada ro rahi hogi toh yeh sleeping pill hai.....
coffee, milk ya tea me milakr dena."

     He said and gave her one packet.

O-"Sleeping pills? Shivaay you....."

S-"Don't worry , Rakesh ne di hai."

R-"But Bhaiya....."

S-"Khanna....."

      Shivaay shouted. Khanna came there running.

S-"Khanna, Gauri and Bhavya ko Annika ke ghar drop krke aao. Jao tum dono. N uska khayaal rakhna."

G-"Ji"

B-"Ji "

      They both left from there with Khanna.

O-"Shivaay what's....."

       But before he completes his sentence Shivaay left from there. He went to his room.

R-"O, kuch toh gadbad hai."

O-"Haa but hai kya?"

R-"Chulbul bhabhi n Bhavya se pata chalega."

O-"Hmm"

After one hour,

      Gauri calls Om.

O-"Hello Gauri, bhabhi kaisi hai?"

G-"Thik hai. So gayi hai abhi. Sleeping pill dene se pehle hi so gayi "

O-"Ok good. Kuch bataya kya bhabhi ne kya hua?"

R-"Haa bataya kuch?"

B-"Nahi..... But neend me bol rahi thi abhi ki.....' Shivaay please don't leave me..... Shivaay I love you...... Shivaay maine kiya kya? Kyu kr rahe ho aisa.....'

O-"Oh..... Kuch toh hua hai"

R-"Haa"

B-"Aur bhabhi bahut royi bhi thi. Unke face se pata chala."

G-"I think un dono ki firse fight ho gayi. Ab kya kre? Kuch krna hoga."

O-"Haa but abhi tum log bhi so jao. Subah dekhte hai hua kya tha n krna kya hai....."

G-"Ok"

     Gauri cuts the call and they all left to their rooms .
