The Shukla and Gill family were in the living area and looking at Sidharth and Shehnaaz who were standing there looking down.

"Toh tum dono ne itna bada faisla akele le liya? Woh bhi bina hum logo se discuss kiye." Said Ashok Ji being very disappointed.

"Baba kuch final nahi hua tha. Hum log apas mein bas decide kar rahe the. Ek baar divorce ka procedure suru ho jaata toh hum aap ko baata dete." Said Sidharth.

"Baat woh nahi hai." Said Santokh Ji. "Hairaani iss baat ki hai ki tum dono ke mann mein ek dusre ko divorce dene ka khayal aaya. Iss din ke liye toh humne tumhari shaadi nahi karwayi thi."

"Par Papa yeh shaadi toh isliye hui thi taa ki main Sidharth ka khayal rakh saku. Aur ab Sidharth ki halat pehle jaisi nahi rahi. Woh thik hai, uss shock se bahar aa chuke hai. Toh ab iss shaadi ko continue karne ka kya fayda?" Said Shehnaaz.

Rita Ji went towards Shehnaaz and said holding her hands, "Beta shaadi koi mazak nahi hai. Haan humne iss hi wajah se tum dono ki shaadi karwayi thi par iss shaadi se tum dono ke bich janmo janmo ka naata jud gaya hai. Isse tum jab chaho aise tod nahi sakte."

Both Sidharth and Shehnaaz became quiet hearing that.

"Rita Ji bilkool sahi keh rahi hai. Tum dono ko mil kar koshish karni hogi jis se yeh rishta majboot bane...umm..." Parminder Ji thought for a while and said, "Main toh kehti hoon dono kuch din ke liye kahi ghumne chale jaao. Phir dono thoda quality time bhi spend kar loge aur iss se mauka bhi mil jaayega ek dusre ko jaan ne ka."

"Ghumne matlab.... Aise kaise....."

Sidharth couldn't understand what to say.

"Sayad yeh hi sahi rahega." Said Ashok Ji. "Waise bhi shaadi ke baad dono honeymoon pe nahi gaye. Main ek travel agency ko jaanta hoon. I'll talk to them. Tum dono kuch din ke liye kahi ghum ke aao."

"Lekin...."

Before Shehnaaz could speak, Santokh Ji said, "Humari khushi ke liye hi sahi."

Sidharth and Shehnaaz looked at each other and then finally they agreed.

That very day, Ashok Ji talked to the travel agency and in a few days they did all the arrangements for their honeymoon.

One day, Shehnaaz was in her room and doing some work on laptop when Sidharth came there and showed her two train tickets.

"Packing kar lo. Do hafte baad hum Kashmir jaa rahe hai." He said.

Shehnaaz closed her laptop and stood up.

"Itni zaldi sab kuch arrange kar liya unhone?" Asked Shehnaaz being surprised.

"Dad ne zimmedari liyi thi. Yeh toh hona hi tha." Replied Sidharth.

"Par Kashmir kyu? Aap ko toh hill stations pasand nahi hai."

"Tumhe toh pasand hai na? Isliye Dad ne jab puchha toh maine haan kar diya. Waise bhi, meri pasand na pasand se kisi ko fark padhta hai?" Said Sidharth smiling sadly.

Shehnaaz understood that he had no wish to go to Kashmir with her. He was doing this against his will.

"Mujhe padhta hai." She said. "Aur agar aap ko nahi jaana tha toh maana kar dete."

"Nahi kar paaya. Agar gharwalon ki khushi iss hi mein hai toh yeh hi sahi. Unko lag raha hai ki honeymoon pe jaane se humara rishta majboot hoga, humare bich sab kuch thik ho jayega. Par mujhe toh paata hai aisa kabhi nahi hone wala. I can't love you......"

"But I love you." Said Shehnaaz suddenly to which Sidharth looked at her being little shocked. It was the first time when she was confessing her love in front of him without any fear.

"Kya kaha tumne?" Asked Sidharth with disbelief.

Shehnaaz took a deep breath and went closer to him.

"Maine kaha......Sidharth, I love you." She said looking straight into his eyes.

"Shehnaaz iss baare mein bohut pehle hi main sab kuch clear kar chuka hoon. So don't say this." He said calmly.

"And why can't I say this?" Questioned Shehnaaz. "Aap mujhse pyaar nahi karte hai yeh baat jab aap itni baar keh sakte hai toh main apne dil ki baat kyu nahi keh sakti?"

Sidharth had no answer.

"Paata hai jab gharwalon ne humein samjhaya toh mujhe laga sayad woh thik keh rahe hai. Humari shaadi sach mein koi mazak nahi hai. Humein iss shaadi ko ek mauka dena chahiye. Par main bewakoof thi. Koi bhi rishta nibhane ke liye dono taraf se koshish karni padhti hai. Ek tarfa kuch nahi hota. Lekin aap ko toh koshish tak nahi karni."

"Haan nahi karni mujhe koi koshish." Said Sidharth loudly. "Nahi nibhana mujhe iss unwanted rishte ko. Tum samajh kyu nahi rahi ho mere saath rehne se tumhe dukh ke siwa kuch nahi milega? Main apni puri zindagi Sana ke naam kar chuka hoon. Ab main woh tumhe yaa kisi aur ko nahi de sakta......"

"7 din de sakte hai?" Asked Shehnaaz suddenly and he looked at her being little confused.

"Puri zindagi nahi, humare honeymoon ke bas yeh 7 din maang rahi hoon main aap se. Uske baad aap divorce papers pe sign kar ke iss unwanted rishte se azad ho jaana. Par divorce se pehle mujhe aap ki zindagi ke sirf yeh 7 din chahiye. Give me your 7 days. Mujhe humare honeymoon ko yaadgar bana na hai. Aap ke saath har moment ko enjoy karna hai. Taa ki jab hum alag ho jaaye toh main inn khubsurat yaadon ke sahare jee saku."

Saying that Shehnaaz forwarded her hand and said, "Baataiye. Denge mujhe yeh 7 din?"

Sidharth heart pained seeing the love Shehnaaz had for him. He also felt angry on himself thinking that he couldn't love her back. This girl deserved all the love of this world, not the pain he was giving her constantly. According to him, here she did only one mistake. She fell for the wrong person and that was why she was paying for it.

Sidharth sighed and said, "Diya. Par waada karo humare alag ho jaane ke baad tum mujhe humesha ke liye bhula dogi."

Shehnaaz smiled sadly and said, "Kaash yeh mere haath mein hota."

Sidharth didn't say anything and left from there.

Few days passed. Soon they started preparing for their Kashmir Trip. The day they left for Kashmir, their families also left for Amravati leaving the house empty.

After one and half day...

Sidharth and Shehnaaz reached Kashmir. They were staying at a homestay of Srinagar. Everywhere was covered with snow. Shehnaaz was enjoying the weather of Kashmir while Sidharth was shivering in cold.

They were going to the homestay by a car arranged by the travel agency.

Seeing Sidharth's condition, Shehnaaz asked, "Sidharth aap ko kya hua? Aap kaanp kyu rahe hai?"

"Toh aur kya karu? Itni thaand hai yaaha. Upar se cold hogaya toh aur bhi problem ho jayegi." Said Sidharth while shivering.

Shehnaaz laughed and said, "Kuch nahi hoga. Main laayi hoon na cough syrup aur medicines? Aap zyada mat sochiye."

After sometime they reached the homestay.

Soon an attendent came and took their luggage to their room.

"Room toh kaafi accha hai." Said Sidharth seeing the room.

"Aur dekhiye yaaha se view bhi kitna accha dikh raha hai." Said Shehnaaz excitedly going near the window.

Sidharth chuckled seeing Shehnaaz's excitement.

"Sayad Kashmir aane ka idea itna bhi bura nahi tha. Iss hi bahane Shehnaaz khush toh ho gayi." Thought Sidharth.

An hour later...

Shehnaaz came out of the washroom after getting dressed while Sidharth was still taking rest lying in the bed.

Seeing him, she said, "Yeh kya Sidharth! Aap abhi tak ready nahi hue?"

"Ready? For what?" Asked Sidharth.

"For what matlab? Hum bahar jaa rahe hai."

"Aaj nahi yaar please. Kaal raat train mein waise bhi neend nahi aayi. Thoda sone do na."

"Hum yaaha sone ke liye nahi aaye hai. Chaliye uthiye." Said Shehnaaz in an ordering tone.

"Accha shaam ko chalenge pakka." Said Sidharth.

"Sidharth hum abhi chalenge. Aur waise bhi yeh 7 din aap ne mujhe diye hai toh sab kuch mere according hoga."

"Par Shehnaaz....."

"Aap ko meri kasam."

Hearing that, Sidharth sighed and got up from the bed.

"Ready ho ke aata hoon." He said making faces while Shehnaaz gave a naughty smile.

After getting ready, they came out of the homestay and started exploring the city together.

Soon Shehnaaz's eyes fell on the couples on the road who might have also come for honeymoon, just like them.

They were walking holding hands while some wives kept their heads on their husbands' shoulders.

Shehnaaz then looked at Sidharth's hand. She was slowly going to hold his hand but the next moment she stopped herself remembering his words. She thought that he wouldn't like it. He could be upset as well. So she kept walking distancing herself from Sidharth.

While walking in the roads of Kashmir, Shehnaaz saw a married couple who were buying earrings. The husband was making his wife wear the earrings while she was blushing. They were looking happy together.

A beautiful smile formed on Shehnaaz's face seeing them.

Suddenly Shehnaaz tripped over a stone and was about to fall when Sidharth caught her in his strong arms from behind.

Shehnaaz looked into his eyes and he tucked the layer of hair behind her ear which was falling on her face.

Then he slowly made her stand on her feet.

"Khud ko sambhal na sikho Shehnaaz. Humesha main nahi rahunga tumhe girne se bachane ke liye." Said Sidharth in a cold tone and reality hit Shehnaaz hard. She chuckled painfully.

"Bas Kashmir mein yeh 7 din aur uske baad....."

Shehnaaz didn't let him finish and said, "Humare raaste alag ho jaayenge. Paata hai mujhe. Lekin 7 din hai na humare paas? Inn 7 dino mein jitne bhi pal hai, unhe main apne pyaar ke saath jeena chahti hoon."

Saying that Shehnaaz looked at Sidharth and said, "Itna toh haq banta hai mera."

Sidharth sighed and said, "Tum mujhse pyaar karna chhor kyu nahi deti? Tumhe paata hai main nahi kar sakta tumse pyaar."

"Jab mujhse kabhi pyaar na karna aap ki zidh hai, tab mera bhi guroor hai, marte dam tak sirf aap se pyaar karna. Aap apni zidh ke saath rahiye, mujhe apne guroor ke saath rehne di jiye."

Saying that Shehnaaz started walking while a lone tear escaped her eyes.

Sidharth kept looking at her with disbelief.

"Kaash main bhi tumse utna hi pyaar kar paata jitna pyaar tum mujhse karti ho. Par kya aisa kabhi ho paayega?" He said in his mind.
