Once ready they head deeper into the forest, and into another kingdom, being closer to the river they build a hut with karn doing most of the straining work since a pregnant aahana was exhausted from travelling she took up the simpler job to prepare so food for the three of them. Completing all the tasks and have had the meal they head to sleep with karn one more admiring aahana who had easily accepted the change.

As the next morning brought in the bright sunrays, karn and aahana both started their day with offering to the deities and completing chore after which both began their meditation and that lasted for the next 6 hours, this routine continued for the next 3 months and at last their wait at being parents was over, krishna and rukimini had come over in disguise to meet the two and they played their part as Rukmini helped aahana as the mid wife and gave birth to their child.

Aahana was able to recognize the two and mentally thanked them both for being there, karn who felt the presence familiar had left to think on it as he was more tensed because of the pain aahana was going through and also over thinking on why she has to suffer and be away from the royal luxuries and stay in such a place. Karn though it was his guru Dakshina, and he had no right to bring her along. While aahana was relieved from the pain with birth of a son and she saw the happy and helplessness in Karn's eyes regarding the situation they were in. they had a small naming ceremony in presence of krishna and Rukmini and their son was named Vrishasen.

Knowing she had to talk to him she was to start but was suggested to rest and that Krishna and Rukmini who both had come for the birth took their leave, karn who was tending to their son saw him sleep and placed him beside Aahana, she held him and brought him closer to her saying that if it was her guru dakshina she know he would have followed her as well so the thought of her suffering because of him should not cross his mind in the coming year of their vanvas. Karn understood they both were together in this and he chose to listen and thanked the gods for how lucky he got.

On the other side, most kingdoms were normally running and so was Indraspath, Duryodhan and the pandavas along with ashwathama and drishtadyumma all missed karn and also aahana as they had bonded well, duryodhan spent quite some time in indraspatha and shakuni had lost all hope of manipulating him. What was changing was also the elders view on duryodhan, bhishma was happy that pandavas were getting along with duryodhan though felt cautious for karns sudden disappearance as he didn't know what the Dakshina was.

The sudden departure did hurt all the princes of Hastinapur and all the other royal families connected but hearing that it is a guru Dakshina they all learnt to live without karn and Aahana, shakuni lost all hope of ruining the kuru family using the duryodhan but duhassan his next pawn was equally a good shot and that did not stop him there and pleased all the Rakshas and asurs luring them with chance to rule over entire Aryavat.

The king of asur had heard of the death of his asur friend and wanted revenge so he did agree and with his boon of only being killed by the daughter of the tridev and tridevis while everyone knew there was no such daughter that existed and he considered himself immortal. All his sons too had various boons that gave them temporary immunity to death and the considered them selves immortal.

The process of destruction had began, duryodhan was in full support of the pandavas and had learnt that the peace from unity is way better that chaos from the family feud. Soon two years of the departer passed, karn and aahana were more that satisfied with their 1 and 9 month kid and both were continually taking turns at meditation never neglecting their child. Karn took up most of the day meditation while aahana did the night meditation. They had got used to the routine and had disguised themselves so well that none could tell a difference.

Aahana, karn and Vrishasen all live happily and were fully devoted and fulfilling the guru Dakshina and soon were to complete their 5 years just a day too go. While in Hastinapur duryodhan and invited the pandavas for a dyut game. This was a friendly game and all five came with their respective wives while they played shakuni decided to play on duhassans behalf and he decided duryodhan and yudhister can be on one side knowing well that duryodhan will not allow for them to carry out the humillliation he planned.

As the game progress Yudhishter slowly lost everything and was giving up but bhishma and the the other elders forced him to play on, duryodhan confused why his mamashree was making this a big deal supported yudhisher and started playing on his behalf soon enough he to lost all and shakuni and duhassans taunted duryodhan and the pandavas, starting with a bet on people the pandavas force Yudhishter to bet on them as they could not bare the disrespect on him, duryodhan too joined cause he had understood who was truly his.

With this soon all the brothers and duryodhan had become slaves, and all their wives were forcefully brought to the sabha where the game was played. Within the next few minutes all pandavas were ready to fight and had been captured. The rakshas and asur who were with shakuni ended up in the sabha and announced they are taking over and having captured Yudhishter who is a Samrat and has control over majority of Aryavat except avanti they too have that control and are ordering all their asur soldiers to take over.
