Yes it's a tutorial.

So uhhh

1. Kinda obvious but you have to pick your base color first. Now, lemme tell you sum tips. THE COLORS SHOULDN'T BE SO VIBRANT OR TOO DULL. YOUR PALLETE SHOULD CONSIST OF COLORS THAT COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER.  Idk why I was in capslock lol.

2. Next, I set another layer at the top and put it in clipping mask.

3. I then choose a color which is darker. I also moved the little circles so that it won't look like I used only one variety of color. Be diverse. Experiment the colors. After applying the shadow, add a darker yet more pigmented shadow in places that get more shading.

4. Next, adds some blushies on another layer. Use a color that isn't too bright nor too pale.

5. Next, add some airbrush to it then waZAAA.

She's a mother figure type of girl. She's caring, wise, worrisome and everything a mother has. Her dress also is inspired by the old times.
