Backstory
Cleo had a pretty good childhood growing up in Guadalajara( Mexico) with her parents and younger sister. She and Willow got along with each other very well and they rarely fought or argued with each other. Her parents loved each other and always had time to spend with their daughters even though they were busy working. Until at the age of 15 her mother got really sick and sadly she didn't make it. That took a lot for Cleo since her mother was a role model. Her father was really upset and heartbroken but he wasn't going to fall apart so he took care of his daughters and they moved to London a few years after that. Present day Cleo is a CEO of her own clothing and makeup company and she also runs her own tattoo shop as well and is very happy with her life right now
