WayV Kun (Germaphobia)

Kun's POV

"Why is it getting renovated exactly," Ten asked as we walked into a new building.

"Because Lucas and Yangyang decided to try and do who knows what and ended up somehow shattering the whole mirror with a chair. We don't even have chairs in our practice room," I said, looking sternly at the guilty duo. For some background, we can no longer use our practice room because, well our whole mirror was shattered and needs to be fixed. Now we have to use a rented out one until ours get's renovated. They both shifted uncomfortably at my gaze.

"We were just trying to have some fun," Yangyang said sheepishly.

"And that involved a chair," Hendery asked.

"We were seeing who was the best at catching things and it got a little competitive," Lucas said quickly.

"That is no where near better. What the hell Lucas, Yangyang is our Maknae. Do you know how dangerous that could've been? And a chair, seriously," I groaned.

"I'm sorry," Lucas said, looking down to the floor. Crap, I didn't mean to be too harsh on him. Ten quickly looked at me and crossed his arms, raising an eyebrow.

"It's fine Xuxi. I didn't mean to be so harsh but maybe try to think before you do next time," I said softly, reaching up to ruffle his hair. Lucas looked up slightly and gave me a small smile.

"Alright, let's actually go inside so we can get practicing. We've wasted enough time already," I said, opening the door and holding it for everyone to go inside. As soon as they walked in, I heard groans and a few chuckles. I was confused but the minute I stepped inside, I froze and completely understood. The room was not well kept, it was a mess to be honest. I mean it was still danceable but it was dirty and that is not good. I am not a big fan of dirt because in dirt is tons of germs and bacteria and they are disgusting. The door swung closed behind me but I didn't move from where I was standing. My eyes were wide as I took in all of the dirty smudges all over the room. Who would even give a room in this condition to a well-known KPOP group to dance in?

"Damn, this is worse than Winwin's room," Hendery chuckled, earning a whack from Winwin.

"Nah, nothing is worse than Winwin's room," Ten said shaking his head.

"It comes quite close though," Xiaojun added.

"Why am I the one getting bullied," Winwin asked with a pout.

"Because it's easy," Lucas pointed out. He's right, it's super easy to bully Winwin because he's too nice but right now, I'm not thinking about that.

"Gege." I blinked and looked to the side to see Yangyang with an eyebrow raised up at me.

"Sorry, I was zoned out," I said quickly, ignoring the uneasy feeling in my gut.

"Are you ok? You're acting weird," he said with a worried frown.

"Oh, I'm fine," I said with quick shrug.

"Stop teasing Winwin and let's get dancing," I said as I quickly walked into the middle of my room. I held my breath and motioned for them to hurry up. Ten plugged his phone into the speakers and started the music for 'Kick Back'. We all got into formation and danced. Everyone was doing well, hitting every move perfectly. Except for me. I couldn't concentrate, my mind was drawn to all of the bacteria probably filling the room and the once uneasy feeling in my stomach was an uneasy feeling in my whole body. I made so many mistakes that Ten paused the music, everyone turning to look at me.

"Kun, what's up with you? You're usually much better than this," he said with a frown.

"I know, sorry. I'm just gonna duck to the toilet real quick. I'll be back soon," I said with a sigh. I quickly rushed out of the room and down the halls, quickly ducking into the bathroom. I closed the door an rushed over to the sink as I could feel the uneasiness turning into panic. The entire training room was filled with tons and tons of bacteria throughout that practice room. Oh my god, I touched the doorhandle of the room. If the inside was that dirty, then the handle would've been filthy. My hands are going to be full of bacteria. I rushed over to the sink and turned the tap on, putting the water to hot and grabbing a scrubber and scrubbing at my hands. Tears of anger, fear and frustration built in my eyes as I continued to scrub hard. Bacteria is hard to get rid of, really hard so I need the water to be hot and I need to keep scrubbing as hard as I can. A sob slipped out and before long I was full on crying as I scrubbed and scrubbed. I need to clean my hands, right now!

Yangyang's POV

It was odd to see Kun make so many mistakes during our dance, he's usually perfect so it was no surprise when Ten stopped the music.

"Kun, what's up with you? You're usually much better than this," he said, frowning as he looked at Kun.

"I know, sorry. I'm just gonna duck to the toilet real quick. I'll be back soon," he said before leaving room hurriedly.

"That was weird," Winwin said.

"Really weird. Is Gege ok," Lucas asked.

"Yeah, I'm sure he's fine. Just give him some space, he'll be back soon," Ten said.

"Let's just continue on alright," he added as he started the music again. I frowned and worriedly looked to the door that Kun-Ge ran out of but I couldn't do anything about it so I got into my place and got ready to dance. By the time we had finished going through the song, Kun still wasn't back and I was even more worried. I don't know why but he just seemed off, like really spaced out and it was weird.

"Ten-Ge, can I go to the toilet please," I asked quickly. He turned to me and raised an eyebrow, clearly knowing what I wanted to do, I mean it was obvious but he didn't say anything about it.

"Hurry up," he said with a sigh. I nodded and left the room, quickly running down the halls, only stopping when I got to the bathroom. I quickly opened the door and stepped inside, freezing at what I saw. Kun was over by the sink as he sobbed, his hands under the water and his hands bright red as he scrubbed them.

"Gege," I said slowly, my eyes wide. He didn't even react to me at all which surprised me because he always reacts to me, he dotes on me cos I'm the Maknae. I walked forwards and went to grab his hands gently but flinched back with a gasp as I felt the boiling hot water on my hands. Holy shit that's hot, that is burning hot. He's hurting himself.

"Gege what the hell," I exclaimed, pulling him away from the water quickly. I was in no way prepared for him to yell at me and shove me to the ground. I whimpered as my butt hit the floor but I wasn't really hurt, nor annoyed. Something was wrong, seriously wrong. He went straight back to scrubbing his hands under the boiling water and I immediately knew that I wouldn't be able to help him because I had no idea what was wrong. I jumped up and rushed out the room, sprinting down the hall and into the practice room.

"Gege's, something's wrong with Kun-Ge," I rushed out, catching the attention of everyone.

"What do you mean," Lucas asked quickly.

"I found him in the bathroom and he was crying. H-He had his hands under water and was scrubbing them really hard, his hands were literally red. I went to grab them but the water was boiling, literally boiling. I tried to pull him away from the sink but he pushed me over and I don't know what to do," I rushed out, worry and panic overwhelming me slightly.

"Everyone stay here alright, I'll go check on him," Ten said as he ran out the room. I stood there frozen in slight shock as I went over the events that just happened.

"Yang, Yangyang breathe." I blinked in surprise as I felt a hand rubbing my chest and a bunch of other's massaging me gently.

"Didi, I need you to look at Gege, can you hear me." I slowly looked over to see Winwin in front of me. When did he get there?

"That's good. You're having a slight panic attack right now-." I'm having a panic attack? Since when?

"But you're going to be ok, we just need you to breathe," Winwin finished. Huh, breathe?

"Just take a small breath for us. Please Yangie, just a breath," Xiaojun said. Huh funny, it almost sounds like he was begging me. Begging is a very funny thing. I should've begged Kun to tell me what was wrong earlier, maybe then he wouldn't be burning his hands.

"YANGYANG." I jolted and there was a sudden rush of air, my chest hurting slightly before I quickly took another breath. Wait, was I not breathing? My eyes blinked back into focus after not realising that they had unfocused. I was surprised to see that I was in someone's lap and Lucas had now joined Winwin and both of them seemed to have tears in their eyes.

"Oh thank god. That's so good Yangie, keep breathing. Please," Lucas's voice sounded so small and worried that it surprised even me.

"Gege," I whispered.

"Yeah, we're all here. Well Ten an-."

"How're you feeling baby," Hendery interrupted, elbowing Lucas in the ribs.

"I'm, um. I don't really know what happened," I admitted, shuffling back into Xiaojun's arms as he held me gently.

"That's ok. After Ten left about 5 minutes ago, you didn't move. You were frozen in place and your eyes were wide and then you stopped breathing. We were totally good Hyungs and handled it perfectly and didn't panic as we helped you," Lucas said.

"Were you crying," I asked with a raised eyebrows.

"Can you blame me? My baby Maknae wasn't breathing," he said with a small frown.

"Sorry," I sighed.

"Don't worry about it but let's just stay like this until the other two get back," Xiaojun said as he pulled me fully onto his lap. I snuggled down in his hold and continued to take a few deep breaths.

Ten's POV

After telling the other's I'd go help Kun, I didn't hesitate to run down the hall to the bathrooms. I swung the door open to see Kun exactly how Yangyang found me. It definitely wasn't a sight I'd want the Maknae seeing and I'll probably have to check on him tonight to make sure it didn't freak him out so much. Given what Yangyang said, touching him probably isn't on the table so I need to talk to him.

"Hey Kun, it's Ten. You doing ok," I asked gently as I closed the door and took a step closer. I looked down at his hands and gulped, they were completely red and there was blood on them from scratching too hard, not to mention that there were a few blisters on them, I really need to hurry.

"Kunnie, baby can you hear me," I asked gently, slight worry in my voice. I felt hope when I noticed his head twitched slightly in my direction.

"It's Ten. I wanna talk to you a bit but I need you to look at me. Please, Kun," I said, a slightly plea in my voice. To my relied he finally turned to look at me. He let out another sob and my heart broke at his red, tear filled eyes and tear-stained cheeks.

"That's so good Kun, you're doing so well," I said softly. He sniffled and shook his head.

"It's ok Kunnie. Can I please touch you," I asked him. He looked down at his hands and shook his head quickly.

"I-I gotta get rid of the bacteria. It was everywhere. T-Ten everything was dirty. I need to get rid of the bacteria," he sobbed. Oh my god, I know this. There's a name for it, Germaphobia or something and it's a fear of germs. I know what it is, which means I can know what to say to help calm him down.

"Oh Kunnie. I know, it was really dirty wasn't it," I said shaking my head. He nodded but continued to scrub.

"But you've cleaned your hands right up now," I told him. I could see his apprehensive look so I changed my direction.

"I haven't had a chance to wash my hands yet and there's only one sink. Do you think you could wash the bacteria of his hands," I asked him. He stopped suddenly before looking over at my hands. I was caught off guard when he suddenly grabbed my hands and shoved them under the tap which was indeed, pouring boiling water.

"Fuck, shit, what the hell. Ow, ow," I yelled out. How the hell did he keep his hands under the water for that long. He let go of my hands and I flinched back, tears welling in my eyes as I shook my hands, trying to get some cool air on it.

"Ten," Kun asked in a small voice.

"I'm ok, I'm fine," I rushed out.

"Ten," he said again. I looked up to see that he had stopped crying and was looking at me with wide eyes.

"D-Did I just hurt you," he asked quickly.

"No, I'm fine," I said but a whimper escaped my lips as I felt a hot stinging pain in my hands. Kun lunged forwards and grabbed my wrist, yanking my hands under the tap once again. I flinched instinctively but let out a sigh of relief when I felt cool water flow over the top of my hand.

"I'm so sorry Ten, I didn't mean to hurt you," he said as he held my hands under the water. I was thankful to see that as he was doing that, his hands were also under the water and were no longer and an ugly, raw red.

"It's fine Kun. It worked out well actually," I said with a relieved sigh.

"I-I didn't mean to panic, I promise. I just, it was too much," he said shaking his head as he begun to cry once again. These cries weren't panicked but they were still cries and I hate it when he cries. I quickly turned off the tap, my hands feeling a lot better.

"Can I give you a hug now," I asked softly. I didn't reply, instead I got an armful of the slightly older. I wrapped my arms tightly around him and gave him a gentle squeeze.

"I'm so sorry Ten," he whimpered.

"You've got nothing to be sorry about Kun, I'm fine. I'm just worried about you. Do you wanna tell me what happened," I asked him.

"I have a fear of bacteria. I never told anyone because I was embarrassed and I've usually had a good grip on it. I was caught of guard today because the room was so dirty," he said, crying into my neck.

"I know, it was disgusting. We're never coming back here ever again though, I promise," I said, making him chuckle.

"Someone else came in didn't they. I remember the door opening. Please don't tell me someone else had to see me in that state," he said quickly.

"Yeah someone did," I replied honestly.

"Great, who," he asked with a groan. I hesitated in answering. I really should tell him but he loves Yangyang to death.

"Ten," he said sternly.

"It was Yangyang," I said, making him go silent.

"Oh my god, I pushed him. I pushed the Maknae," he gasped.

"It's ok Kun, he'll be alright," I assured him.

"Are you sure," he asked.

"It's Yangyang, he's not going to care," I pointed out. He relaxed in my arms and his head dropped down onto my shoulder, his soft breath brushing against my neck.

"You seemed tired," I whispered.

"I am but we have to practice," he replied.

"Nuh uh, no way. You aren't going in that room again. We need to get you home and look over those hands of yours," I said.

"Right. When I get too anxious, I clean my hands but I guess I made it a little too hot this time," he said with a sigh.

"That's ok, let's get going," I told him. He went to move but I quickly scooped him up in my arms bridle style, making him wrap his arms around my neck tightly.

"Rest your head on my chest and close your eyes, I'm gonna go back to the room and get the other's," I told him. He clutched to my neck tighter but did as I said. I left the bathroom and went over to practice room, opening the floor to find all of the boys cuddled up together on the floor. Not at all weird but I quickly realised that they were comforting Yangyang as they were surrounding him.

"We're heading home guys, let's go."

Kun's POV

The car trip was very quiet but not awkward, I just stayed cuddled up to Ten the entire ride. When we got back to the dorm, Ten carried me yet again despite not needing to but I just let him. When we got to my room, he gently placed me down on my bed.

"Can you help me change? I can't be bothered," I whined.

"Are you seriously older than me," he asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yup, deal with it and help me change," I said holding up my arms. He chuckled but went over to my draws and pulled out some fresh pyjamas.

"Come on, let's go Kunnie. Time to get changed," he said. It took him about 5 minutes to finally get me changed because I decided not to help him. After that he left before coming back with some gel patches. He gently wrapped them over my hands before covering them with a bandage to keep the gel patches in place.

"This should help your hands heal better," he told me.

"Thanks Ten, really," I said with a small sigh.

"No problem, if you ever get worried or upset again, come to me. I'll look after you ok," he told me.

"I can't promise I'll remember but I promise I'll try," I said.

"That's alright," he said, placing a kiss on my forehead.

"Now get some rest. It'd be nice for you to finally get a good night of rest," he said. I nodded and lay down in bed as he walked off and turned my light off. I was laying down for all of two minutes when my door opened and someone slipped inside.

"Gege? You still awake?"

"Come here Yangyang," I said, scooting back and holding the covers open. I held my breath hoping he wouldn't be scared of me after pushing him but to my surprise he came straight open.

"How're you feeling Kun-Ge," he asked quietly.

"I'm good. I'm so sorry-."

"It's fine Ge, I'm not mad. It was clear you were having a panic attack and it probably wasn't the best move touching you," he said as he cuddled up to me.

"Are you sure," I asked worriedly.

"Positive. It was kind of scary seeing you hurting yourself with the hot water but I'm ok," he said.

"I'm sorry for scaring you," I whispered.

"It's fine Gege," he replied.

"I love you baby, you're my favourtie Didi, never forget that," I said softly.

"You're my favourite Gege and I love you too," he replied. I pulled him closer to me, making him rest his head on my shoulder. I kissed his temple gently before closing my eyes. This is a good way to end the day, with my Maknae in my arms...
