The scent of freshly made blueberry pancakes filled the air, and seeped into my room causing me to stir awake.

The second I woke up, I bolted downstairs for breakfast so I could eat before the boys got back.

My brother's girlfriend Taeyeon was making blueberry pancakes which just happened to be my favorite food in the whole world.

"Good morning Sweetie." she said.

"Good morning." I took a seat at the kitchen counter so I could watch her finish making the rest of the pancakes.

"You're up a bit early aren't you Marlee?"

"Yeah well I wanted to make sure I had breakfast before the boys got home and ate everything. Besides blueberry pancakes are my favorite."

She looked at me and smiled.

"Well that was definitely smart thinking because everything would have been gone within five minutes after they got home."

"Exactly." I said as she set a plate full of pancakes in front of me.

The only thing that could be heard for the next ten minutes or so was the sound of the rest of the food sizzling on the stove.

After I finished scarfing down my breakfast I put my plate in the sink and washed my hands before plopping myself onto the couch to watch some Cartoons.

Though of course less five minutes later all of the boys rushed in from their morning run for breakfast.

Without acknowledging Me or Taeyeon the dug right into the piles of food and ate like a pack of starving wolves.

Did I forget to mention that's what they are...? Well just fyi all the boys

happened  to be werewolves, including my older brother Baekhyun, who is the second in command.

"Hey short stack!" Luhan said to me as he stuffed his mouth full of food.

Shortly after all of the boys greeted me with some random, dumb nickname.

When they were done stuffing their faces all of them went to their rooms to take a nap while Taeyeon went to the store and I continued watching cartoons.

I was in the middle of an episode of Spongebob when somebody sat down next to me on the couch.

"Hey Marlee."

"Hi Chanyeol." I said with a smile.

Okay here's the jist of it. Chanyeol and I have a thing, but my brother absolutely HATES the idea of us being together because he is very overprotective. But Chanyeol has his mind set on eventually marrying me because he thinks I'm his soul mate.

Well anyway,  yeah, back to before.

I snuggled into Chanyeol's chest, as he stroked my hair. Little did I realize, I was slowly falling asleep.

I felt my body rise and fall with his breathing as I let sleep over take me.

A few hours later I woke up, cold and alone,  to the sound of fighting outside.

I ran out to the porch where I could see Chanyeol and Baekhyun fighting in the yard. Things were getting bad, even to the point where they were getting close to changing.

Baekhyun was the first to change.

Chanyeol followed shortly after.

This fight, which I soon realized was about me would ruin the pack because the second Baekhyun and Chanyeol transformed during an argument the pitted brother against brother, breaking ancient laws.

One of them would be forced to leave the pack forever. And that meant who ever the loser was would be banished forever. Because of me...
