[ more than lucky ]

You just finished preparing for bed, when you heard a faint knock on the door.

"Come in." you said. Youngbin, your boyfriend, enters the room and went on the opposite side of the bed, which is aside you and catching you scrolling through something on your phone.

"What are you looking at?" he said. Flustered, you immediately hid your phone and face under the pillow in embarrassment and he asks what you were looking at again.

"Why are you acting shy all of a sudden, y/n?" your boyfriend asks you again. Seeing you smiling as you scroll through your phone makes him worried and overthink the situation.

That you might be sick or what. So he asks you, "Y/n are you sick?" "No, I'm fine."  was your  reply, your face still covered by the pillow.

Youngbin went closer to you and lifted the pillow that was covering your face. You didn't even try to fight for the pillow since he was stronger than you.

"What were you looking at your phone that you were smiling so much?" he asks, looking into your face, which is probably blushing right now. You glanced at him and thought that he was cute but you didn't notice that you said it out loud which you earned a light chuckle from him.

"It's nothing important really." you said and he gives you a look, indicating that he does not believe what you just said and is getting ready to punish you for lying by attacking you with tickles if you kept telling him it was nothing when in reality, you do not want to admit that you were scrolling through photos of fan-taken photos of him and the other members.

"Are you sure it's nothing?" he asks you again before tickling you. You started laughing, he really knows where to tickle you but still, you managed to nod your head, insisting it was nothing. But then again, you were tickled all the way.

"I could've sworn I saw my face on your phone's screen and by the look on your face... it's something y/n" he said smirking. He stopped tickling you and you replied,

"Really. It's nothing," you say anxiously, hoping that he would dismiss the topic.

"Well, if it's really nothing as you've said, then can we sleep now?" We were both tired because of practice, Youngbin with the other members of his group, were busy with their comeback stage for Mnet while you were also busy with work.

"Okay, let's sleep." you said while getting ready to sleep.

"Come closer. " Youngbin pulled you in closer to him so that your head was resting on his arm and your head was facing his chest. You look up to see his face, "I'm in need of your hugs right now." he says suspiciously.

You did not protest since you missed being in his arms and this was one of those days wherein you get to spend more time with each other despite having busy schedules, you sighed in relief as you brought your arms around his waist and hugged him.

"So this is what you were so embarrassed about." You opened your eyes to see your boyfriend holding your phone on one hand. Immediately you got off the bed and started chasing him because you thought he was over the topic. "Yongbin give it back! Youngbin!"

He stopped to look through your phone and thought that you were cute searching all these photos and that. He grabbed you by the waist and you both landed on the bed with him on top. He cupped your face and started kissing your forehead, nose and finally, your lips and says "Y/n. if you wanted a picture of me, you could've just asked. I would always say yes to you." He kissed you again then you said, "Really? Then how about now?"

"Now? We're both tired. How 'bout tomorrow, okay? Let's sleep." He smiled at you. This feeling. You felt your heart beating loudly like you fell in love with him again. You nod your head as you went closer to him, "Seriously? You make me blush! How do you make it possible for me to fall for you every single day? I love you and thank you." you said.

"I guess I can say that it's one of my charms. I am more than lucky that I fell in love with you, that I am the one by your side and I love you for that." he said.

You both stared at each other, not uttering a word, enjoying each other's company as you fall asleep.
