A/n Hi y'all. I hope you guys are all staying safe and healthy! This story takes place after the Neverseen. The gang are 20-22 years old and Dex created a new and successful tech business. I'm so sorry if I make any spelling or grammar mistakes. It's been a very tiring day for me, I've worked out twice already(: anyways I hope you all enjoy! 6/17/20

Dee: Hey cuz wassup

Sophie: Ummmmm...Dex why are you talking like that???

Dex: I'm trying to act cool yo

Sophie: 🤦🏼‍♀️

Dex: wats zat for?

Sophie: have you been hanging out with Keefe lately?

Dex: na I'm too cool to hang out with him

Sophie: DON'T TALK ABOUT MY BOFRIEND LIKE THAT!!!!!😡😡😡

Dex: YOUR DATING KEEFE?!?! I'M TEXTING BIANA!!!!!!

Sophie: oooooooooooo you and Biana!!!

Dex: noooooo I like Marella
Dex: 😣 what did I just say?!?!?

Sophie: I'm texting the gang!!!!!!!

*Dex's POV*
Dex you are so stupid why did you tell Sophie you like Marella? I thought to myself running a hand through my hair. I got out my imparted to text Marella.

*in case you don't

Dex: hey dude! Is it okay if I bring over the invention for your mom right now?

Marella: ya sure! Ps you sound like Jensi.

Dex: 😅hehehe

I went to our Leap master stepping into the portal with the invention I had made for Caprese in my hand. Putting in my destination it whisked me away to Marella's house.

Marella's house was a beautiful 3 story mansion. It was painted coral and had huge crystal windows on all sides. I walked up to it's massive doors taking a deep breath I knocked.

Marella answered the door and let Dex in. She was wearing a cyan summer dress with a bright red ribbon arround the middle. Her hair curled with a braid wrappings around the side of her head.

Marella led me to her mother who was sitting on a lavender chair. I took out the headband from my bag.

"What will the headband do again?" Marella asked me with a questioning look on her face.

"It will help your mother from getting headaches and will keep her outbursts to a minimum." I replied with confidence in my voice.

I placed the headband on Caprese's head. Suddenly her eyes cleared and a warm smile spread from ear to ear.

In her happiness Marella shot a burst of flame around the room lighting the couch on fire. Marella and I stood there in shock as Caprese grabbed a bucket of water and put out the flames.

"Marella, please be more careful with your ability." Her mother scolded.

"Sorry mother." Marcella said, not seeming the least bit upset.

"Alright dear, I'm going to start on dinner. You can stay for dinner Dex, if you would like." Caprese said before walking out of the room

Marella grabbed my hand and lead me to the couch looking worried.

"What is it?" I asked Marella concerned.

She asked me about making an invention to help her control her ability.

I told her I would try and then Lady Caprese called us down for dinner.

Dinner was great and all to soon it was over. I thanked the Redeks before heading back to Rimeshire.

*time skip to after the invention is complete*

I knocked on Marella's door and when she answered my jaw dropped. She was wearing an orange and yellow flowy dress reminding me of the fire she controled and her hair was braided in a circle around her head.

"Hi Dex, thanks for the invention!" She said slipping the bracelets on.

"Y-your welcome?" I said laughing as I watched Marella rushing around making last minute additions to the party.

Ten minutes later the party started it was a blast.....literally Marella used her ability to create fireworks lighting up the night sky.

I watched Marella walk over to get a drink. I went over to congratulate her and as I was about to confess my feelings for her she kissed me. After a minute she pulled away breathing heavy and smiling. The guests were all whooping and clapping but I didn't hear them I was so stunned and as I thought more about what had happened a big grin spread across my lips, Marella had kissed me!!!!

*5 years later*

"And do you Marella Redek take Dex Dizznee to be your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I do" she said with a beautiful smile on our face.

"Then you may now kiss the bride"

And kiss we did!!!!
