"Oh yeah?" Biana teased, leaning in closer.

Tam's reply was cut off by a cat running into the room. It was followed, of course, by Linh.

"Sorry," she apologized sheepishly.

"I don't remember this one," Tam remarked, referring to the cat.

"He's new."

"You adopted another cat?"

"Two more, actually," Linh admitted.

"Why am I not surprised anymore?"

When all twin sisters and cats had been removed from the room, Tam unceremoniously closed the door. Turning back to Biana, he asked, "Where were we?"

"You were going to do this," Biana said, standing up and walking toward Tam. She planted a soft kiss on his lips.

Tam opened his mouth to respond, but a cat shot out from under the bed. "How are there still cats in here?" he exclaimed.

Biana giggled as he dumped the cat into the hallway. "There you are!" came Linh's response from down the hallway.

Rolling his eyes, Tam kissed Biana one more time.
