Elizabeth was born to a single mother. Her father is unknown. Elizabeth manifested as a Mesmer at the age of 14. The council didn't trust her because she was the most powerful Mesmer ever known. The Council wanted to send her to Exillium because she accidentally Mesmered a teacher. Then the Neverseen found out about it and convinced her to join them. So she left her mom, who she thinks doesn't care about her, and joined the Neverseen. 

Long blonde hair with hot pink tips, about 5'3 and tanned skin
