Shikamarus POV

"SHIIIIIIKAAAAMMAAAARUUU!!" A voice all to familiar called out to me. My mother. I grabbed a bat that I've kept under my bed and ran into the living room. The only time my mom called my name like that, Was when something was wrong, Physically. Expect, when I ran into my room, My mom had bags packed in her hands and so did my dad. Also to make matters worse, I only had my superman boxers on.

"Shikamaru, What did I tell you about that bat? I said burn it and dont keep it in the house! Arent you a little too old to be wearing those undies? You know what, Im not even gonna tell you. Go get dressed right now and then say goodbye to us!" She nagged.

I looked at my dad for help. He just shrugged. Thanks for being a big help old man. I slowly walked back into my room and got dressed. A green T-shirt with a white jacket and blue jeans. When I walked out, My moms mood was totally changed.

"Oh shikyyyy, Mommas gonna miss you! Take care of the house and please be safe. I love you so mucch!" She gave me a big hug and wiped off a tear. I turned to my dad while in a bone crushing hug. He just shrugged again, and hugged both me and mom. A small family group hug.

"Be safe kid." My dad said. He picked up the bags and motioned his head for my mom to follow him out the door. My mom gave me a kiss on the cheeck and left.

I was officially home alone.

My phone started buzzing in my pocket. I looked to see everyone was on our groupchat. It was just me, Neji, Naruto, Sasuke, Lee, Choji, Kiba, Who was always sending us screenshots of his "side hoes", even though he wasnt seeing anyone,Shino, and last was Kankuro.

Naruto: Today is Saturday, right?

My phone buzzed but it wasnt the group chat. It was Temari.

I grabbed my keys and stormed out the door. I drove all the way to the library. It was an old building. I always felt uneasy around it. It just screamed 'Im gonna collapse soon'.

I walked in and found no sign of Temari anywhere. I walked around, still no Temari.

I was walking slowly down an aisle of bookshelves when I heard a familiar voice on the other side.

"Where the hell can you find books about addiction?"

"I dont know, maybe you should start looking in the right book area." I replied with. "Uh okay smart ass, maybe you should start looking for my shoe up your ass when im done with you." I felt feet storm all the way over to my side, I was right. It was Temari.

"Oh, Shikamaru, I had no Idea it was you. Im still gonna kick your ass though." She smiled and walked over to me. "So you found anything yet?" She asked. I pointed to one book. It was really thick. I pulled it out and read the cover. In bold letters it said 'Addictions'. I think thats good.

I checked it out along with Temari and we walked out.

"That was easy." She said.

"Of course it was, Its a library, not a prison." I joked.

"Hey...are you my client?" I turned to the dark alley and found a guy in a black hoodie. Client? Hm. I just got an Idea.

"Yeah, Babe, Stay here." I said to Temari. She gave me a funny look. I winked to show her I was kidding. She nodded her head and took a step back.

"Nice girl you got." The guy said and passed me a bag that looked like a regular store bag. It had the fire symbol on it.  It looked like your everyday grocery bag.

When I opened it, It was everything but a grocery bag. It had small bags of what I can assume are drugs. There was one bottle of something, I couldn't read the labelso I got a better look. Ecstasy. Who the hell was this guy?

"Uh..Thanks, it has everything I needed. Have a nice day." I turned and grabbed Temaris arm and fast walked out into the parking lot to get my car.

"Hey....hey....Hey!" She yelled and yanked her arm away. "What the fuck is in that bag?" She said.

"I lied. I didnt even know the guy, This bag has drugs in it." I told her. She raised an eyebrow "So you're going to take a bag of drugs back home that isnt even yours?" She asked. I nodded. She kept starring at me, then shrugged and got in the passenger seat.

We drove to my house in silence. When we got back, I threw the back under my bed and went to the living room to find Temari just sitting down starring off into space.

"Whats wrong?"

Temaris POV

"Whats wrong?"

Whats wrong? You just stole a bag of drugs and you're keeping it. How do I know Im not getting drugged right now??

"Nothing. Just starring off into space." I responded with. He nodded and sat next to me.

"I know what I did was...wrong, But we can turn this into the police and catch the man." He comforted me. I dropped my head on his shoulder. I was scared, But I didnt know what of.

"You're right. I don't know why Im so worried." I sulked.

"You're worried about...me?" He questioned.

"Well of course I am dumbass. I care about you. Ive know you since middle school, and You helped me achieve one of my goals. This situation is making my stomach feel all...weird."
He straightened his posture, causing my head to fall a little but I straightened my posture too.

"So you really care about me?" He said dumbfounded. I nodded my head. He turned his head and just stared into my eyes. His eyes were dark brown, almost black. It was like he was starring into your soul...licking every last drop...Licking? Jesus,...whats going on in my head?

They both walked out and I got off of Shikamaru.

"Im sorry." I said. I grabbed my panties from the floor and put them on.

"Why are you apologizing? I should be sorry. If I wasnt so Idiotic I could of-" I cut him off by putting a finger on his lips.

"We both had fun..right?" I said. He nodded furiously.

"Then lets not ruin such a thing, Alright? Ill deal with my brothers." I comforted him.

"That makes me feel...A lot better." He smiled and kissed me on the cheek.

I put on my pants and waved goodbye on my way out. When I walked outside I saw the car, the engine was already started up. Kankuro was driving and Gaara was in the back seat. Kankuro was starring into space and Gaara smiled and waved at me. At least one of my baby brothers wasnt mad at me.

I got in the passenger seat. The car didnt move.

"How could you? With a good friend of mine as well?" Kankuro broke the silence. His voice was cracky.

"Im sorry, It just happened." I apologized. I truly felt guilty.

We drove home in silence.

Shikamarus POV

I cupped my hands and plopped my face in them. I was still half naked and I couldnt stop thinking about her. I was probably sitting down for hours just thinking about Temari and my life. My phone buzzed halfway across the room. I slowly put on my boxers and walked over to get my phone

Kankuro:

I put my phone down and turned off my ringer so I wont hear the arguement. I walked down the hall and sat down on my bed. I still couldn't stop thinking about Temari.

I looked at my hand, I had an empty hand, and one hand with a small blanket used for the couch, But It also touched Temari. I laid down on my bed and held the blanket close to me.

It was like she was there.
