"..." Was the three's reaction when the Hokage showed them a file that asked for an escort.

Ranpo already know who is the Tazuna guy making him sigh in helplessness, never in his life have he known someone as dumb as Dazai.

"Are you sure we have to go with the Team 7? This is hardly a S rank mission." Dazai voiced out, while Y/n furrow her brows, she doesn't want to be rude but she agreed to Dazai's statement.

"Well... If you three didn't want to, you can just left that file and help me with the paperwork again." Hiruzen puffed out smoke from his pipe.

"Ehh? No thank you! We'll take it!" Ranpo exclaimed, Dazai nodded in agreement while Y/n? She just shook her head and giggled.

The first thing she knows about this two is that they hated paperwork.

And before they have known it, they found themselves walking towards the gate seeing Team 7 waiting for them.

"Y/n-chan!" Naruto brightened up when he saw Y/n, Sasuke nodded in greetings while Sakura... She judged Y/n's team.

A mummified boy and another one with an ever closed eye, having a baby face that Sakura was jealous of what product did Ranpo applied on his face.

"We will be in your care for now Kakashi-san," the girl bowed in respect, while the two remained neutral. Dazai a shit eating grin and Ranpo who is sucking a lollipop.

"Glad to have you with us then, Y/n, Dazai, and Edogawa."

"Another brats that seems to be carefree." Tazuna sneered, Dazai and Ranpo glared at him while Y/n smiled. "Please, don't underestimate us," she said.

The four ghost chuckled, they kinda wanna struggle the man but, they know what Y/n is capable of, although, they doesn't know about the two boys.

"So, Y/n, I heard you were friends with Ino-pig. Does she still have plans to get Sasuke?" Sakura started up a conversation to the girl, thinking that she can relate to the feelings that she had with the duck butt Uchiha.

"Ino-pig? I'm sorry, but I don't know who you are talking about Haruno-san. I only know about Yamanaka Ino, not Ino-pig, I haven't encountered anyone with that name." Y/n smiled as an apology, she was genuine about what she have told, but it seems like it came off differently for the bubblegum haired girl.

Shisui whistles "damn, that gotta hurt."

Sakura fumed and left the girl, she decided to just flirt with Sasuke while Y/n seemed to be dumbfounded about what happened.

Dazai and Ranpo who heard the whole thing hid a smile, knowing what the girl did unknowingly.

"A puddle?"

Y/n blinked and looked at the sky, "it haven't rained if that's what you want to know." Ranpo said, Dazai decided to touch the puddles causing a bright light to spark, as it dead down, two ninjas where revealed.

"EVERYONE! STAY BACK!"

Kakashi exclaimed but he were then 'wrapped' into pieces, causing a horrifying scream to be let out at Sakura's mouth, Naruto was frozen in place, while Sasuke's eyes widened.

Dazai and Y/n took it upon themselves to shield the others, Ranpo was in the middle as he was the supposed Tactician of their team.
