Ashi and Avu were still talking to each other when Sid decided to go to Aman and talk to him.

He went inside without letting Avu and Ashi notice it and stand a meter away from Aman.

Sid- sir

He called and Aman slowly opened his eyes.

Sid- can I have your two minutes ?

Aman- why are you standing there son, come and sit over here

Aman said gesturing to the stool beside him and Sid nodded and sat on it.

Aman- uhh! I aslo forgot to ask your name but I think I've seen you somewhere coughs probably in news coughs or Television I guess

Sid- I am Siddharth Nigam

Aman- ohh so you are related coughs to the Nigams, that's why I coughs was feeling like I've seen you before

Sid- so I want to talk you about Nak.. I mean Avneet

Sid was still busy in his thoughts when the next question of Aman left him dumbstruck

He scratched the back of his neck looking here and there and replied

Sid glanced at Aman secretly who wasn't looking much suprised.

He glanced at Aman who was listening to him with full concentration.

Sid- how much I've got to know about her, from that much I can tell you that she has suffered a lot but still she is strong.

Sid- but there's a limit of everything and now that strong daughter of yours is blaming her existence. Calling herself a fuc.. stupid mistake that her parents did, that ruined her mother's life, the reason of every destruction happened in your life

Aman- god bless you son.

He said with a warm smile keeping his hand on Sid's head and Sid smiled politely.

I can see in their eyes. Their is a different feeling hidden inside it.

Then Sid kept on sitting there as Aman was coughing a lot so he decided to be there till the girls get over with their discussion.

Talking for long finally they stopped. Though they were step sisters but they have started creating a good bond.

Ashi- let's go and meet him then, he will be so happy knowing this

She smiled and wiped off Avu's tears and Avu smiled and wiped off Ashi's tears and nodded.

That time Sid also came out from the room and stand behind Avu and non of the sisters noticed it.

Then Sid , Avu and Ashi went back in the patient's room. Avu looked at Ashi and she blinked her lashes in assurance. Avu took a deep breath and sat beside Aman and kept her hand over his.

Avu- papa

She said softly and Aman smiled weakly forcing his eyelids to open.

Ama- Muskan I coughs need to tell you a lot of things

Avu- shh papa I got all my answers. And don't worry I don't hate you and never did.

Ama- God finally removed coughs a weight coughs from my heart but there is still one

His voice started cracking at end.

And Sid getting bored and feeling lonely over there between two girls so he started scrolling on his phone randomly sitting on the single couch.

Soon Ashi fell asleep in Avu's lap and now only SidNeet were awakened.

Avu- how did you come here ?

Removing his gaze from the phone screen, he looked at her. He stared at her for few couple of seconds and she was impatiently waiting him to answer.

Ahh! He is really an annoying bandar (monkey), when will he learn to reply like normal human ?

She forced a sugar coated smile over her lips.

Sid pov
What should I say ? It's easy tell her you were concerned and sorry that you got worried knowing that she has gone somewhere

Sid- one of the servants informed me

He replied moving his gaze back to the mobile screen pretending he isn't interested in this interrogation but the reality was he don't wants her to catch his lie.

Avu scoffed at his behaviour and rested her back on the couch closing her eyes.

Time passed and came the evening, the trio were sleeping. Ashi's head still resting on Avu's lap. Sid's head over his arms upon the couch's arm and same to Avu.

Ashi was first to come out from her deep sleep. She yawned lazily and rubbed her eyes.

Then she looked around and found Aman still sleeping. Then eyes fell over SidNeet whose head was touching each other as the couches were placed at adjacent sides.

Ashi- aww they looks cute.

She said adoring SidNeet who were sleeping peacefully careless about anything else.

Ashi- now let's check to dad, he needs to have some meal.

Then she got up from her seat and went to Aman.

Ashi- dad

She whispered shaking his shoulders.

Ashi- dad get up, you need to eat. That stupid nurse don't even came to remind us

She huffed but suddenly tears brimmed in her eyes and her hands started trembling.

Ashi- di.. di come here.. jiju come over here please

She screamed turning towards SidNeet who strired in their sleep due to her screams. Their eyes opened wide listening to her panicked voice.

Avu- hey Ashi what happened ? Why are you crying ?

She asked in a worried tone coming over to her.

Ashi- di.. di

She shuttered while trembling.

Sid- do you have fever ? Why are you shivering ? Shoul I call the doctor ?

Ashi- doctor

She whispered to herself when it hits her mind.

Ashi- yes call the doctor fast

She said panicking and rushed out of the room jerking SidNeet away who were trying to hold her. She was acting like mad person.

She screamed as soon she came out of the room.

Ashi- doctor.. doctor.. nurse

She screamed but her throat was getting heavier. Soon the doctor and a nurse came coming over there.

Doc- what happened Ms. Nandra ?

Ashi- doctor please come inside fast

She said in hurry and without waiting for the doctor to reply, she ran back inside.

She stopped when she found Avu standing there with a blank face. Avu slowly turned her head towards Ashi and Ashi couldn't control but sob. A tear leaked from Avu's eyes which didn't stopped there and were followed by more.

Ashi pov
What a worst joke God ? Why.. why did you do this ? Look at di, she just have met dad today after so many years and you snatched her happiness from her. How could you ? How ?

She ran to Avu and hugged her tightly and Avu hugged her back and both the sisters cried in each other's embrace.

Sid pov
Don't be weak Nakchadi. You will have to be the strong daughter of your parents of whom they wished to.

He thought to himself with a blank face and he felt his eyes getting moisture

Avu pov
Papa, why you also left me ?

Avu sobbed clutching into Ashi tightly. While the doctors checked Aman and hanged their head low.

Doc- we are sorry to say but.. he is no more

Ashi pov
When I was waking up dad that time my eyes fell on the holter monitor, seeing that plane line on it's screen my heart break into million pieces

Both the sisters cried hugging their father's body which has no soul left inside it.

Then somehow the nurse and Sid separated them from him and then the doctor took the body for further procedure.

Sid- don't cry guys, he will be now resting in peice apart from all the guilts and pain.

Avu nodded understanding his words and soothed Ashi's back.

Sid- Nakchadi, inform Jai about it

Avu looked at him and he batted his lashes. She wasn't looking in the state of doing that so he said

Sid- wait I'll inform Reem and then she can inform others.

Then Sid informed Reem about it and she was beyond shock and was hurt for Avu. Then he unwillingly informed it to Mr. and Mrs. Singh and after that to his family.

Abhi- Aashu me and Vaishu are coming there.

Sid- but bhai, what will we tell her friends ?

Abhi- we will make any excuse that we came there to check for one of our relatives

Vaish- and we will come infront of them after sometime of their arrival.

Vib- Aashu, take care of Avu.

Sid- don't worry mom

And then they hanged up the call. Sid have told Reem to inform him before reaching there.

So before the arrival of Avu's friends Sid went and hide somewhere else.

Jai- Avni

Called Jai and Avu stood up from her place as she was sitting on that same metal bench.

Avu- Jaiju

She broke down as soon he engulfed her in soothing hug.

Avu- Jai, I also lost him too

Jai- shh bhootni.. everything will be fine

Reem consoled Ashi then Crazy dudes stay there soothing Avu.

Riy- Avu I've also told Anu as when I got this message we were talking on phone, do you have any problem with it ?

She shooked her head and he sighed. She sat back on her place, digging her head in Jai's chest. Only her father's words were revolving around her mind.

Ahh! Why my birthday is on festival day when I'll be out of town. I really wished to celebrate my last birthday with my friends as I am in tenth and we all will seperate next year🤧

Sorry guys I won't be updating till this whole festive days and after that I've exams. But will try if I get time by chance...
