Soon all reached Nigam Mansion and everyone welcomed the new couple with all rituals.

Avu was very nervous as she don't know anything about the Nigams and the one whom she knows...Sid, her rival.

First Sudha did their aarti and then applied tilak on their forhead.

Then Vaish brought the kalash (urn) filled with rice and kept it near the entrance. Avu then kicked it softly from her right leg according to the ritual and took her first step inside the house.

Then Vaish brought a plate filled with red liquid and Avu stands on it and then took out her legs, and walked inside the house leaving her footprints over the floor.

Then they took sidneet to the grand living hall of Nigam Mansion which is very bigger than Avu's step parents.

It was a game in which the couple have to find a penny from inside a milk tub and it is believed that who ever found the penny have the leading power in the relationship.

Vaish dropped the penny in the milk tub and mixed it and gestured sidneet to start the game. All were sitting around sidneet and were very much focused on the game.

Before starting Sid and Avu looked towards each other, Avu glared at Sid while Sid gave her a smirk which means 'I'll win'.

When Avu was finding the penny,Sid suddenly grabbed her hand from inside the tub and as it was milk, no one didn't saw Sid holding Avu's hand.

Avu looked towards him and attacked at him through her eyes while Sid like a brave soldier didn't back stepped.

Avu started trying to free her hand from him but it was too late as Sid had already found the penny. He took out his hand from the tub and showed the sign of his victory to everyone and Avu secretly glared at him.

All started clapping and hooting while Sid was making a proud face and Avu was faking a smile as she knows that Sid had did cheating.

Vaish- ohh my brother won that means he will lead more in this marriage

Sud- don't be sad beta... as this was just a game. There should always be equality in every relationship.

Avu smiled at Sudha as she was very much impressed after knowing Sudha's modern thaught.

Vib- aur waise bhi no one can stay ahead of girls
(and moreover no one can stay ahead of girls)

Vaish- you are right maa

And they all started laughing and Sid made a grumpy face.

Sid- yaar... (whining) instead of congratulating me, you all are showing your girls power. That's not fair

Abhi- acchha hai bacchu... ab tujhe samajh aaega that how it feels when suddenly everyone changes their side
(nice bro... now you will understand that how it feels when suddenly everyone changes their side)

He said with a fake sad face and Vaish hits him on his arms by her elbow lightly and everyone laughed at them.

Then they all went for having dinner as they didn't got time to have it on the marriage place. They had their dinner together.

Sid was behaving like Avu didn't exist for him and nothing is new or changed there. While Avu was feeling very happy to see all of them eating together which was giving her a true family feeling.

They all were treating Avu very nicely and were making sure that she can be comfortable with them.

It was already late in the night so after having the dinner, Vaish took Avu to Sid's room....means her and Sid's room and left from there after giving her a teasing face.

That time Avu was alone in the room and was feeling very nervous. She knows that she can handle boys but Sid always try to get into her nerves.

For few seconds she stands near the door only but then she took a deep breath and went more inside and started checking the room.

The room was very beautiful and elegant. It was beautifully designed according to Sid's taste and well furnished in Italian style.

Her eyes were roaming in all parts of the room when her eyes stucked on a wall where so many Sid's pictures were hanging. It was his picture with his family and his friends. The happy faces were making Avu feel happy and sad at the same time.

She found herself very unlucky as from her childhood she never get the love of a family and support of a friend. Her step parents snatched her every friends from her and never gave her a daughter's love.

She was busy in her own thoughts and was only staring at the pictures with her little teary eyes that she don't even noticed Sid coming inside the room.

Sid saw her standing near the wall staring at the pictures but he didn't found anything suspicious as he wasn't able to see her facial expressions clearly.

His room was fully decorated with rose petals and candles with dim evening light...not for their first night but for Avu as it was her first day in this room.

The Nigams can't decorate their house for her welcome as anyone can suspect it...So they decorated the room to make her feel good.

A mishchivious idea striked in Sid's mind to irritate Avu and he went behind her slowly without making any noice.

He stopped a few inches away from her brought his face near her ears.

Sid- bhoooo

Avu- ahhhh

Avu got scared as she thought she was alone in the room and she was still in her thoughts. Because of getting scared, she jumped on her place but her lehanga stucked in her legs and she lost her balance.

She was about to fall when Sid suddenly catched her through her bare waist and chilled shivers ran through her whole body. Both felt currents in their bodies.

Avu opened her eyes which she was closing due to the fear of falling and found herself in Sid's arms. This sudden eye contact glued their eyes on each other's eyes. They were sharing a cute eyelock forgetting about everything...... specially they forgotten their rivalry.
