Fais- Siddharth Nigam, you asshole, stop making me run behind you. Bloody idiot.

Faisu yelled while entering his dorm room behind Sid who was trying to ignore Faisu.

Fais- do I look like any of your fangirl that I am running behind you ?

He yelled again and tried to catch Sid from back. But Sid sensed his move and dodge from it.

Fais- harami.. kutte.. ruk jaa, nahi to jab pakad mein aaega to seedhe Allah ke paas pahunch jaaega.
(asshole.. dog.. stop, otherwise when you get caught, you will directly reach to God.)

Sid turned sharply towards Faisu, he was getting irritated by his continuous blabbering and he knew that he can't escape from the questions of his bestfriend.

Sid- saale chutiya.. tujhe sach mein lagata mai teri in khokhli dhamkiyon se dar jaunga.
(you moron.. asshole..You really think that I will be scared of these empty threats of yours.)

Faisu knew that it won't gonna be easy to make Sid spill out the beans ,so he thought to play his another card.

Fais- fine, the last option is, I am calling the girls and that donkey here. You ain't ready to answer one person so be ready to deal with your stubborn ass friends.

Faisu smirked and took out his phone. Sid's eyes widened and he quickly snatched the phone from his hand.

Sid- abey saale, tera kya fatt raha hai ? Unko kyun bula raha hai ?
(aye moron, what's your problem ? Why are you calling them ?)

Sid quickly inserted Faisu's phone in his pocket whereas Faisu was trying to get his phone back.

Fais- tu pahle bata, tune un boys ko kyun mara ? And don't you dare to give me same damn excuse which you pasted on that buddha Dean.

Sid took deep breaths to calm his temper as he was well aware that if he once loose his temper then he will end up revealing everything.

Fais- and this time I won't listen to your any fucking pretext. I know you did this not just for satisfying your ego but because Avneet was involved in all this. Don't think that I can't sense your changing attitude towards her or her changing behaviour to you ?

Sid clicked his neck and forced his mind to keep it's cool.

Fais- yaa Allah!
(ohh God!)

Faisu groaned in frustration.

Fais- Ab ye mat kahna ki it's like those typical novels. I mean seriously, I think it can be possible. Allah! Are you fucking obsessed with her ?

And that was the end of Sid's control and the metres of his calm broke into pieces.

Sid- because I am fucking addicted to her.

Yelled Sid, all frustrated. Faisu fell speechless though he was happy that finally he got a confession from Sid. The whole room fell silence. Sid knew that it was too late to hide the secret behind the curtains.

Sid- I don't know dude, it even feels stronger than that. It's completely different around her. I really love when she gets irritated by my flirting even if she will blush on it. I enjoy even when she fights with me. You know, I don't mind if she mocks me.

Faisu was little startled seeing his bestfriend talking about a girl and that too so deeply. But he decided to stay silent and let him put his heart out.

Sid- I never felt this before, and specially never for any girl. She is driving my mind crazy. I try to ignore it but but my mind will always get diverted towards her. No matter how much I bicker with her but if anyone even raise a voice at her then it boils my blood.

Faisu's eyes were now sparkling with 'omg! My bestfriend is in love.' Though he understood that Sid is confused about his own feelings and now his next step would be making him realise about his feelings.

Fais- okay! I got this. But you shouldn't have beat them so badly. I am just wondering how Abhi bhai will react on it ?

Sid- dada won't say anything or infact he could have did the same. How dare those dickheads to touch my wife ?

'W I F E' This word exploded in Faisu's ears like a nuclear bom. While Sid was so freaked out that it took him snaps of time to realise that he just revealed the secret of his secret marriage out.

Fais- did you just said wife ?

Faisu exaggerated 'wife', his mind was swelled up with numerous of questions.

Sid- umm actually..

Sid trialed, he wasn't getting any idea to cover up his secret. He had spilled out it with so allocation that there was no way out for him.

Fais- does that mean all those News were true ? You really got married, that too with her, Avneet, your rival. Allah! (God!) My mind will blast so open your fucking mouth and tell me everything. I can't belie..

Before he could blabber anything else, Sid put a towel in Faisu's mouth so that he would be silent.

Fais- awhe saahe he ka nag jakq hou (aaye saale, ye kya kar raha hai ?)
(aae moron, what are you doing ?)

Sid sighed and gared at Faisu with a look 'now stay silent' on which Faisu rolled his eyes in response and nodded his head unwillingly.

Sid- you don't have to reveal it to the whole college. You were literally belching like a fucking gorilla.

Faisu again glared at Sid but also he was having a sheepish expression on his face. Sid took a deep breath and start speaking

Sid- yaa, so all those news were right. I got married to my dear Nakchadi rival and it soon gonna complete half year. Sounds funny, right ?

He laughed to make the surrounding little cool but Faisu just gave him a sharp look 'tell me further'.

Sid- nor she or nor me was ready for it. I agreed for dadi(grandmother). And her so called step parents made her agree. We weren't aware about whom we gonna marry until our families met for fixing the alliance.

He took a sharp breath as whatever he was going to say further gives him unknown pangs on his heart whenever he thinks about it.

Sid- I was never someone whom she would have imagined as her life partner and that's why she even tried to escape from the marriage. It was me who caught her and made her marry me.

His voice laced with different emotions like sadness, guilt and pain. Sid always tried to take this subject as a joke but the closer he got to her, the more it started pricking him from inside.

Avu was walking back towards her room and that exact moment Devil Queens came out from Liza's room. They were last night, hanging out there.

Megh- omg! Kriti, see that jacket.

Meghana whispered yelled to drag Kritika's attention. Kritika was that time wearing her heels, her hairs were messed up and she was still half sleeping.

Krit- what happened ? Have you seen any ghost in the morning ?

Kritika gruffed and Meghna forcefully made Kritika look at Avu.

Krit- what the fu..

Her words remained stuck in her neck when she looked at the jacket worn by Avu.

Krit- this jacket is of Siddharth. I remember this one clearly. Vibha Aunty got this design printed on the back, she specially ordered it for him. I was there with them too.

Avu's figure now started disappearing from the corridor but Kritika's eyes remained glued on that jacket.

Shan- does he gave it to her ?

Liz- maybe.

Megh- but why will he give his special jacket to his rival ?

All were busy in making their own prediction but Kritika's inner self was filled with envy. She gritted her teeth and her palms curled into fists.

Krit- how did that bitch get it ?

Avu opened the door of her dormitory and entered inside. She was confused to find the door unlocked which means Ashi and Reem were already awake.

Avu- are you guys awake ?

She questioned, Ashi and Reem were sitting on middle bed. As soon they heard Avu's voice, they lifted their heads and smirked, which made Avu more confuse.

Avu- what are you two up to ?

But instead of answering, both Ashi and Reem marched towards Avu and started singing.

Reem- Chura liya hai tumne jo dil ko
Nazar nahin churaana sanam
(Now that you have stolen my heart
Don't avoid/spurn me, my darling)

They sang dramatically and Avu was watching them like as if she is seeing some aliens who don't belong from Earth.

Ashi- Badalke meri tum zindagaani

Don't you ever undergo a change yourself, my darling)

Both Reem and Ashi started dancing around Avu and Avu was having a look 'have they gone mad ?'

Reem- Oh, le liya dil, oh haai mera dil

And now that you have taken my heart don't try to pacify me)

Ashi- Chura liya hai tumne j...
(Now that you have stolen m...)

Avu- SHUT UP

She yelled and Reem and Ashi quickly stopped singing.

Avu- are you two planning to call the whole floor in our room ? You know what they will ask, they will ask on whose death are you both lamenting ?

She mocked and Ashi and Reem groaned grumpily.

Rim- yaar Muskan, hum itna bhi bura nahi gaate hain.
(come on Muskan, we don't sing that bad.)

Avu- yes, you said right. Because you both sings the worst.

She said with a sugar coated smile and Ashi and Reem's expressions were like 'we are feeling offended'

Ashi- leave it n Reem di. Aur waise bhi, sabse acchha to di ke wo gaate hai n.
(leave it Reem di. And anyway, Di's him sings the best.)

She exaggerated that particular 'wo (him)'. Avu's eyes widened and her head snapped towards them in amusement.

Rim- that night someone was ranting no public romance is allowed.

Reem mocked Avu's tone. Avu smiled weirdly and only one thought was roaming in her mind 'did they got to know ?'

Avu- what.. wha..ht are you gu..yys talk.king about ? (what are you guys talking about ?)

She tried to act clueless and recived a look from them 'don't act in front of us'

Ashi- wait, let me show you.

And then she bring her phone and started a video. Avu's eyes literally began to hang out of it's sockets and she gulped, her cheeks turned crimson red. Reem and Ashi exchanged a quick glance and smirked wider.

Flashback
Ashi was still feeling sleepy and Reem was draging her. It has been long since Avu left the room so Reem decided to check on her.

Rim- Ashi, look there

Reem whisper squeaked and jerked Ashi from her shoulder. Ashi frowned and forced her eyelids to open. Their eyes were stucked at a couple who were romancing and mainly on Sim Card who was recording it from contrary side.

A mischievous idea popped in Ashi's mind and she gave a wink to Reem and then silently walked towards Sim Card.

She stopped just behind him and poked her finger on his shoulder. He gasped, and literally jumped on his place. Ashi and Reem stifle a chuckle, Sim Card's reaction was legit funny.

Ashi- what were you doing ?

She questioned in a strict tone, her both hands crossed.

Sim- No..otthi..ng (Nothing)

He stammered being all scurried.

Ashi- should I tell them that you were capturing their moment without their permission ?

She asked curtly and he quickly shook his head.

Ashi- okay fine, but I've one condition. Tell me, do you have any video of ji.. I mean Siddharth and my di ?

Sim- yes

The word escaped from his mouth without his permission.

Sim- I mean No, please don't tell them. I promise I will never record anyone's moments from now.

He pleaded.

Ashi- I won't if you give those videos to me.

Reem who was witnessing all this understood Ashi's plan and quickly gave her a thumbs up.

Ashi- now give me.

She demanded.

Sim- I can't, sir will kill me.

He tried to explain.

Ashi- before that, that guy will beat you for doing all this.

She warned and pointed towards the guy who really had a good physique. Sim Card sighs in defeat and he knew he would have to give them all the videos.

Flashback Ends

Ashi- you were in bad mood that night, right ? Is this how Jiju lifts up your mood ?

Ashi teased with a fake innocent smile and Avu tried to shear the phone from Ashi.

Avu- where did you get this from ?

She asked without looking directly at them.

Rim- ahm ahm some one is blushing. You never used to blush on his topics, before. So, what have changed now ?

Reem teased and hit Avu's shoulder with her shoulder.

Avu- many things

She whispered slowly, Ashi and Reem noticed her saying something but it was so slow that they couldn't hear what she said.

Ashi- what did you said ?

Ashi quickly snapped and Avu shook her head.

Rim- at least stop hiding your feelings from us.

Reem literally requested.

Avu- which feelings ? There are no feelings.

She quoted the line like she was trying to assure her own self, trying to avoid their gazes, which were fixed upon her.

Rim- stop your nonsense now.

Reem narrowed her eyes while Ashi too was having a look.

Avu- please Reemi, we don't need to talk about this.

As always she was trying to escape from this topic.

Ashi- why, di ? That video clearly shows the reality which you two don't wants to accept. Why are you neglecting it ?

Ashi argued and Avu curled her lips tightly.

Ashi- stop running away from your feelings, please.

She pleaded.

Avu- please stop it, please. I myself don't know what's it. His care, whenever he stands for me, the way he makes my mind go blank and all I could feel is his presence, all this is something which makes my heart flutter. But at end, you know how we fight with each other. He says that he just do that because.. because for the sake of dadi and maa.

She exhaled a deep breath, every time she tries to understand her own feelings, what she ends up with is only confusion and many more questions.

Rim- hey Muskan, it's fine. There's no relationship where bickering doesn't exist. And maybe he says all that to avoid your questions.

Reem's words sank her mind into the lake of deep thoughts. She knew she had feelings for him but she wasn't able to figure them out or should say she was scared of it.

Sid- if she would have ever made any list of how her life partner should be, someone like me wouldn't have existed in that, not even in last.

Faisu wanted to scream in Sid's ears and tell him that what these feelings exactly meant. But he even wanted Sid to let his heart out.

Sid- it was nothing but a joke for me in the starting and for her, for her it was her bad fortune.

Faisu side hugged Sid, he was listening to Sid's every word very carefully.

Fais- is it still a joke for you ?

He questioned, discreetly. Sid slightly turned his face to look at Faisu and gently shook his head.

Sid- obviously not. Things have changed in these six months.

Fais- see like the things changed for you, maybe it's for her too.

Faisu's words started ringing in Sid's head continuously. It gave him a slight hope. Sid didn't uttered a word after that and went to take a shower.

He stripped his clothes and stood under the shower. The cold waters traveled from his head to his shoulders then to his perfect toned abs.

Whatever Faisu said him, forced his mind to think about that topic again and again. He was trying to hide his growing feelings from her and in that process he started hiding his feelings from his own self.

Both were aware that the things aren't same in between them. Now everything feels different and it contains an emotion. But both were scared of Whether the other will feel in the same way ?

So yaa, as the book will be on HOLD, and I have given you idea about how they feel about each other and their relationship ? So yaa, the journey of them to realise their feelings and confess it will start from further.
