Can some one tell me why my musical.ly is doing this?:

I tryed doing one on my Samsung galaxy 4 tablet. I don't have the latest software update.
Besides doing that with the words it was also plating the footage wrong. And it's not wi fi, cuz I got full bars...

Why?
