I had to go to the doctors to get physical  and I also had to get a shot. And it was one of the shots where they have to hold it in for a few seconds... I got it around 2 and now it's 7:30 and my arm is still dead. But I did learn I'm pretty tough. I didn't cry and the nurse giving me the shot said she had a 26 year old man faint on her because of it. Seriously though, shots SUCK!
