I close my eyes,

I might still be dreaming,

But when I open them,

I'm still in the same place,

Walking the path of love.

I feel like I've taken a few steps higher,

I can no longer feel the ground touching my feet,

I'm probably going crazy,

The road I used to walk on is endless,

But as long as you're with me,

Then I'll wish for it to never end.

I begin to notice the little things that I've never noticed,

Your eyes, your smile, your laugh, your voice,

And every little expression you make,

I stop for a moment to realize that,

Life is beautiful just like that,

Even if it is wrapped around in darkness.

I feel like I'm still sleeping for a long, long time,

Feeling the breeze passing through my hair, my skin,

Stirring every fiber of my being,

That's the magic your touch does to me,

You're like a fresh breath of air,

Just like raindrops,

Dripping every now and then,

I want to draw an outline around us,

An outline so strong,

So that no one and nothing will ever come between us.

I only feel our world growing bigger and bigger,

The aura that only the two of us create,

That will melt all the darkness,

Until only bright light remains,

And shine giving life to our lives.

That's the kind of world I see through your eyes,

I'm wide awake looking at you, you looking back at me,

Can you see it too?

And I get my answer,

When you reciprocate my feelings.

Let our smile wipe all our tears away,

Let our heart beats collide creating a music on its own,

Let our laughter fill the room so loud,

Let our touch drown all the agony away,

Let us return to that path of love,

Our secret hideout,

And stop this never ending time once again.
