This ensures that you will be locking yourself up in a silver lined cage which can only be opened once you regain human form in sunlight. This way you can stop your wolf from spreading the virus.

If No;

As soon as you are infected, find a way to kill yourself before spreading the virus…going by the werewolfs in movies;

Decapitation

Deliver enough damage to my human form that your body can no longer heal the inflicted damage.
