Biography:

Long ago, before the destruction of the Ancients, one named Proxima was captured by the Demon Clan and experimented on.

This Ancient was converted into a Blade and given to one of the Demon King's head guard Mallus.

Over the years of using Proxima, Mallus or Dark Knight as he preferred to be called became one of the most feared Demons and went out on the front lines more often.

Proxima's consciousness was destroyed during the weaponizing process and thus, unlike you, Mallus has access to more abilities than you.

Though Proxima was transformed recently since the weaponizing took several years.

Because of that, while he has access to Proxima's full abilities he doesn't know all it's abilities and is just learning as he goes along.

When he found out you had a sword similar to his, he became obsessed with trying to fight you and prove his superiority.

He is by far your deadliest opponent due to how similar he is.

Personality:
Mallus is a cruel, cold and calculating foe.

He's almost your complete opposite.

He is a smart and cunning strategist much like you, though his tactics tend to be more malicious and brutal.

However, while at first you 2 don't seem to be that similar he still shares one thing with you.

A sense of honor.

He absolutely refuses to attack unarmed or defenseless opponents claiming battling someone who cannot fight back is not worth the effort.

He only kills people he considers worh killing.

While he won't offer them a sword like you, so long as they can fight that's good enough for him.

He absolutely adores battling strong foes, including you and the Seven Deadly Sins, he wanted to face all of you so bad he forced his way into joining the Ten Commandments just to have a better chance at fighting the sins.

He has a very dark sense of humor and will sometimes attempt to make jokes, but these jokes usually have a dark punch-line.

"Cats have nine lives, that makes them good for target practice."

Powers and Abilities:
While he has a Blade also formed from an Ancient, since the Ancient used for forging his blade was different he has access to different abilities.

A favorite of his is Summoning giant blades from various surfaces to impale foes.

It doesn't even need to be from a surface, it can come from thin air too.

He has an affinity for mirrors and most of his powers reference either mirrors or reflection.

He is able to summon reflective crystals for various purposes, such as shields or even recon.

These crystals can reflect any form magic attack, and are solid enough to take the strongest of physical attacks but they still can be broken.

He is also able to create dark copies of himself for brief moments, these copies are so hard and dense that even though they appear for only a few seconds, if used correctly can be very problematic.

Even Proxima itself is reflective as it can reflect weak magic attacks.

Unlike you who uses magic to conjure bat wings, Mallus' bat wings are completely natural.

He matches you in speed and sword skills and much like you, still has much to learn about his blade.
