Here are a way to really fool someone! Make mash potato cookies.

Make your favorite mash potato recipe and add stir in a can of drained and rinsed black beans.

Place spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown. About 20minutes. serve to friend.
