"where are we going?'' Taehyung asked as he sat in the car next to Jungkook in the back of the car. The driver peeked through his glasses at the back for a moment. It's been the tenth, or more, time the hybrid had asked something.

"you said shopping right? Are we going to a store?"

Jungkook just stared ahead of him, not paying attention to the boy next to him.

"can the window open?'' Taehyung asked, his finger already moving to the buttons on the door. But Jungkook was quick and grabbed Taehyung's wrist.

"don't touch those buttons kid" jungkook was cautious when moving around. He could be being watched anytime and anywhere. He was a mafia afterall, many people were after him.

"but....Fine," Taehyung sighed. "Then tell me where we are going? Is it food? Is it fun?"

"Shut up and wait, it's something for me and you're just tagging along."

Taehyung glared at Jungkook's side when the man wasn't looking at him. He crossed his arms and stared at the seat in front of him in annoyance.

"Sir, we are right around the corner, '' the driver said. Jungkook gave a nod and glanced at his aide at the hybrid. Seeing a pout on his lips. The frown made the boy only look cute. The raven shook his head a bit and looked outside seeing the view stopped.

"I will wait here for your return," The driver said.

"follow me" Jungkook said to taehyung. The hybrid got out and quickly hurried to the other side of the car following Jungkook inside the building. Inside it looked like a store but they didn't sell products Taehyung knew.

"Ah Jeon, i wasn't expecting you here today" a man said walking up to them. His face looked a bit scared but he wasn't showing it.

"I won't stay long, '' Jungkook said, noticing the man's change in behaviour. "so, can you do me a favor?"

"of course, anytime"

"find out about the boats that are leaving and entering the docks at night." Jungkook took a step closer.

"You came here personally to ask me this?" the man chuckled.

"yes i did, i want to make sure you do as you're told" Jungkook glared at the man who took a step back. "you're lucky I don't have more time. So don't disappoint me on this one and i might reconsider my decision" jungkook turned around heading for the door. "Hey, stop touching everything. Follow me" the raven said and the hybrid removed his hands from the shelves walking to him.

The man's eyes moved from Jungkook to the hybrid as he watched them leave.

And like before they drove to the next destination with taehyung asking more questions and refusing to shut up. Jungkook stopped asking him to shut up knowing the boy won't listen anyway.

"What is here?" Taehyung asked as they entered a building with a big neon sign at the side.

"Just follow silently." Jungkook sighed and began to regret even taking the boy with him.

"I can't be silent. I have things I need to know!"

"yes yes, i will answer later." Jungkook said as he entered a room which was Namjoon's office. "Now, I want you to wait here. I will return"

"where are you going?"

"i have something to do, i can't have you with me there"

"but i want to come too"

"no, you're staying here."

"Can I go out and come back?"

"no"

"but i saw something there, i want to look"

"no, taehyung. Sit here and wait. It won't be long, '' Jungkook said and left the room. He sighed walking through the halls towards the room Namjoon was waiting for him.

"ah you're here" it was Seokjin he held a empty glass with a bloody lip print on it. "ah this, yes it was for our guest. He was thirsty" Seokjin chuckled and nudged to the tied man on the chair.

"I see" Jungkook walked past the man who exited the room after his arrival. Namjoon leaned against the wall looking at the man as he waited for Jungkook to come closer.

"so, anything yet?" Jungkook asked, glancing at Namjoon and the three men behind the prisoner.

"Well he said he was indeed sent to spy. Specifically for you"

"It's like I'm famous, how amusing," Jungkook grinned with no further emotion. His dark colored eyes looked at the man that stared at him.

Jungkook approached the man and bent down to his eye level. "Well, you found me. What's that you need?"

The prisoner chuckled at the question.

"your head"

"hm too bad i can't give you that. I still need it."

The prisoner laughed and shook his head. "boss asked me to keep an eye out for you"

"who is your boss?"

"ahh, that some information i can't tell"

"you will, or i will force it out of your throat"

"do your worst"

Jungkook took a sharp breath and stepped back giving a look at the three men behind the prisoner. It was about to get messy.

"Jungkook?" Taehyung called out as he peeked his head out of the door. He had waited for almost an hour now and he was very bored. And a bit worried. What if the raven just left him here? Maybe something happened?

"hm... I can go find him, but he didn't tell me not to find him." Taehyung said. "Wait but he did tell me to wait here....But I want to go to him...No Tae, he said wait '' Taehyung spoke to himself, after a debate he closed the door again and sat back down on the chair.

He was surprised when the door opened. Expecting to see Jungkook, but it wasn't. It was a new face.

"oh, isn't Kim Namjoon here?" the man said, looking at Taehyung. The hybrid shrugged.

"i don't know a kim namjoon"

"Really, then why are you here?"

"Jungkook told me to wait here" taehyung replied.

"Jeon...So you're connected to Jeon?" the man asked closing the door and walked to the boy interested.

"not really"

"What do you mean? Did you come here with him?"

"mhm, i did"

"so, where is he now?" the man asked. Taehyung shrugged.

"I don't know, he didn't tell me. He just told me to sit and wait! That stupid man"

"You got nerves, calling him that. It can cost your life" the man chuckled.

"He isn't that bad actually. He gives me food and a warm house to stay"

"you're living with him. So Jeon is your owner?"

"no, i dont have one. I'm not a pet '' Taehyung frowned and crossed his arms. He didn't like to be called a pet. Even though he kind of was interested in the idea of having an owner.

"I see, so how close are you to...Jeon?"

"i dont know"

"You don't know a lot, do you?" the man sighed and stood up. "tell me where he is''

"i said, i don't know"

"you came here with him, you must know something!" thean raised his voice. Taehyung frowned.

"Don't shout at me! You're noisy!"

"I am looking for Jeon, is he alone?"

"I said I don't know! Stop asking me those questions." taehyung said annoyed. "can't you hear what i say??"

"You really have a big mouth for a hybrid..." the man didn't appreciate the tone the boy was giving him.

The thing with the boy was, he isn't a rude person. He just liked testing the waters of how far he can go. You need to earn his trust before he gets all soft with you. He likes to be cuddled a lot, it's been so long since he last had a proper hug.

The man walked to Taehyung who's ears went flat back, intimidated. Suddenly the door was opened and the two looked at the doorway.

"ah...Jeon," the man said, turning around. But Jungkook's eyes went to the hybrid behind the man on the chair and he motioned his hand for the boy to come to him.

"Taehyung, come here" he said and the boy did as he said hurrying past the unknown man to Jungkook who grabbed his shoulder and put him behind his broad figure. "stay behind me"

The man looked at the interaction and chuckled. "what do you want?" the raven asked. Namjoon next to him went to his desk and sat down.

"Nothing, I should be leaving," the man said, bowing a bit as he walked to the exit. Jungkook took a step aside letting the man pass without any violence.

"I expect you not to cause any trouble" Jungkookkm said after the man who halted in his steps.

"i won't, at least for now." the man grinned and walked out of sight. Taehyung thought it was strange the man was just now asking for Jungkook and now he was face to face with him he just walked away like nothing happened.

"strange man" taehyung said.

"he's dangerous, don't just chat with all people. Especially if they ask about me. Most are not peaceful, they won't hesitate to hurt you" Jungkook said and checked the boy if he was okay with his eyes.
