By now it was starting to get late and Kuroo was getting hungry.

He attempted to get out from under Kenma so he could go and fix them dinner but failed when Kenma wake up to him moving his hand off of his back.

"Sorry love, I didn't mean to wake you. I was going to go down and get some dinner. Do you want to come with me?" Kuroo asked as Kenma slowly started to wake up fully.

Instead of replying verbally Kenma just nodded and wrapped his arms around Kuroo's shoulders while his legs wrapped around his torso.

Kuroo smiled softly at the action as he wrapped his arms around Kenma's thys to keep him up before walking back down the stairs and into the kitchen.

Once in the kitchen he set Kenma down onto the island and moved his hands so they were around Kenma's back.

"What do you want for dinner?" He asked as Kenma rested his head on his shoulder.

"I don't know, you?" Kenma replied confusing and making Kuroo flustered until he realized that Kenma was asking him what he wanted for dinner and not saying that he wanted him.

"How about we just have some BLT's? They are quick and easy." Kuroo suggested knowing that he had some lettuce, tomatoes, and microwave bacon all I his fridge.

"Sounds good." Kenma mumbled already falling back asleep against Kuroo's shoulder.

That was until Kuroo pulled out of their embrace and started to walk to the fridge to get the ingredients.

Kenma whined out of reflex when he no longer felt Kuroo's warmth around him.

"Sorry." He said instantly when Kuroo looked at him concerned.

"No its okay, do you want to be on my back as I make the sandwiches so we can still kind of be cuddling?" Kuroo reasured before he asked as he walked back over to Kenma.

"Do you mind? I don't want to be more of a bother." Kenma replied as Kuroo hugged him again not wanting Kenma's inner neko to feel neglected or anything.

"I don't mind at all, you don't weigh much and if you like the cuddles then I will give you cuddles." Kuroo answered as Kenma nuzzled into his shoulder.

"Thank you." Kenma said as he kissed the shoulder lightly making them both blush.

They hadn't kissed each other even just on the cheek or head yet so it made them both pretty flustered.

"Anything for you Kitten." Kuroo hummed back as he turned around so Kenma could get into his back.

Kenma did so and wrapped his arms and legs around him, his head nuzzling into the crook of his neck as if a reflex.

Now with Kenma securely on his back, Kuroo started to make them each a sandwich before taking the plates and walking back upstairs with them in his hands and Kenma half asleep on his back.

He set Kenma down onto the bed before handing him a plate once they were upstairs and in his room once again.

"Thank you." Kenma thanked as Kuroo sat down, instantly having Kenma cluddle into his side.

"No problem." Kuroo replied as he wrapped one of his arms around Kenma, the other holding his blt.

The two ate in a comfortable silence until Kuroo turned on Spotify to his tv and played his "Chill" Playlist.

Once they were done eating Kuroo put their plates down onto the nightstand before laying down, Kenma laying down on top of his chest.

The two were enjoying the calm songs and cuddles when it all was interrupted by a loud clap of thunder followed by a crack of lightning.

Kenma flinched hard at the sudden sound as his grip on Kuroo tightened by a lot.

"Are you okay Kitten?" Kuroo asked as he too tightened his grip on Kenma.

"Y-yeah, I just don't like thunderstorms." Kenma answered as he covered his cat ears, the thunder being two to three times louder because of them.

"I have a kind of panic room in the house that's sound proof if you want us to move in there. It has a bed, couch, radio, and survival equipment but we can just ignore it all but the radio and bed if you want." Kuroo suggested rembering that his father had told him to get one done just incase.

"I'll be fin-" Kenma was cut off by another loud clap of thunder, this time so loud that it shook the house.

He let out an involuntary whimper as he attempted to keep the loud sound from his ears.

"Alright let's go, I don't like seeing you in pain." Kuroo said as he stood up, picking Kenma up and putting him up onto his hip.

Kenma clung to him in fear of being dropped on accident as Kuroo started to walk down the stairs and then down a short hallway.

They then came to a locked door and Kuroo unlocked it before going inside of it and shutting the door back behind himself, it locking back on its own.

"Welcome to the Panic Room, please state your emergency." A robotic lady's voice said through a speaker.

"Just needed sound proof walls, no emergency." Kuroo said back as he started to walk to the bed.

"Okay, would you like me to dim the lights to help set the mood?" The lady asked, her voice sounding like an off brand Google Alexa.

"No, not that type of reason for soundproof walls. We dont need anything. Thank you." Kuroo said while blushing in embarrassment.

"Okay." The lady said before there was a short beep.

"Do you want to listen to some music off of the radio or do you want to just try and sleep?" Kuroo asked Kenma as they both sat down onto the bed, Kenma is Kuroo's lap.

"Both?" Kenma replied, he liked going to sleep to soft music in the background. It didn't really matter what type of music it was, as long as it was on a low volume.

"Alright." Kuroo nodded before reaching over and turning on the radio.

He changed the dial to a random station that was playing popular music at the time before turning the volume down and laying down.

"Thank you." Kenma said as he laid down on top of Kuroo's chest.

He leaned his head up and kissed Kuroo's cheek.

Well he attempted to, at that very moment Kuroo turned his head to reply to Kenma.

Because of that their lips connected instead of Kenma's lips to Kuroo's cheek...

I've been working on a Smutt & Fluff oneshot book with my OC's and also another book book with 2 of my other OC's as well.

Oh and I started school again so there is that as well. BUT I will try and update more frequently!!!
