You found it strange that Ciel and Sebastian were treating you like a nobleman everyday. You sat on your bed reading the satanic book you found in the library, having forgotten about it for so long. You flipped through the pages, trying to find a section about demon children but you found nothing. Obviously, who ever wrote this piece of shit has never met demons or Shinigami, you thought, rolling your eyes at image of a person running around claiming to have met Lord Death himself for money. You let out a frustrated sigh and slammed the book shut, a shower of dust landing on your face. "Great! Just great!" You cried sarcastically as you threw the book at the wall. Just then, Sebastian walked in. You froze, thinking about how much he hates seeing you upset, especially with mini pain-in-your-ass on the way. He shut the door behind him and approached the bed. He picked you up and shifted you, so he could sit down with you. He crawled onto the bed, his legs outstretched and one crossing over the other. "No shoes on the bed!" You said slapping his leg. He kicked off his shoes, picked you up and sat you in his lap, his head on your shoulder and his arms securely wrapped around your waist. You sighed and leaned back on him as he turned his head and placed his soft, cold lips on your cheek. "What's wrong, Kitten?" He asked, his voice slightly muffled because he refused to remove his lips from your face. You felt a slight tingling sensation that made you giggle. You put your hand on your cheek and found it wet. "Ewww! You licked meeee!!" You whined, tapping his nose. He smirked, raised his eyebrow and repeated his question. You sighed and said, "I don't know anything about demon kids and that stupid book is not, I repeat, is NOT helping!" You said angrily, turning your head away from his and closing your eyes. "You should have asked" he replied, his head on your shoulder again. You looked at him with puppy dog eyes before he pecked you on the lips and said, "Fine" You silently cheered and you turned around on his lap, your baby bump now pressed up against his rock hard abs. You leaned forward slightly and place your hands on his shoulders and relaxing your elbows on his chest, so your entire forearms were leaning on him. He opened his mouth and closed it again, as though he didn't know what to start with. "Well, I suppose it starts with the pregnancy" he said, placing his palms on your belly. You nodded and looked into his eyes, waiting for him to continue. "Well obviously, the way of conceiving a demon child is the same as humans, but demon boys are common, while the girls are... less so. On the very rare occasion, you get twins or triplets. Quadruplets and quintuplets are impossible. It is also very rare, on the occasion one of the parents isn't a full demon, that the child will be perfectly balanced. Most of the time, the child is either more demon or more of the other race, reaper, for example. If this happens, the side that is more, either reaper or demon, will eventually take over the other side, destroying it completely and leaving them either full demon or full reaper" you nodded intently, slowly taking in everything he was saying. "Since I'm only half reaper that means they'll only be a quarter reaper, right?" You asked, taking your hands off his shoulders and placing them on top of his, which were still on your stomach. He nodded and said, "Yes, the reaper part of them will be destroyed" You thought this was fine, not caring if they were reaper or not, especially not after what William last said to you. You never told Sebastian what happened between the two of you, and he managed to pick up on the fact that you didn't want to relive the moment, as he never asked. "Tell me what happens after" He was confused for a moment but soon understood and continued his lesson. "Demon children grow quickly. Not as quickly as people think, but they still grow faster than humans" you nodded, fearful that your child will grow too fast and leave you. "Eventually, they will stop aging. This usually happens from around eighteen to their early twenties. When they are properly trained, they leave the parents and go to form contracts. It is their choice if they wish to stay in contact with family or not" You nodded and thought of your child leaving you again, which made you feel sad. "Girl demons will not experience periods, by the way" he added awkwardly, looking down as he was 'suddenly' interested in your belly. You giggled and lifted his head up by his chin. You leaned in and kissed him softly. He started to kiss you back when you felt a kick. You groaned and looked down as you climbed off Sebastian and headed to the bathroom, ready to throw up. "You gotta go and ruin my moment, huh?" You said as you hurled into the sink.
