Your P.O.V

It had been another two months and your belly was much bigger. You found it difficult to do most chores but you insisted on helping around the manor so Ciel suggested you keep him company. But that wasn't all. Sebastian would almost never leave you alone, insisting that you should go to bed. He followed you all throughout the manor, making sure you were okay. You were playing chess with Ciel when you felt pain in your stomach. You groaned and he looked at you concerned. "Don't worry, Ciel. Its normal to feel pain" you reassured him. He sighed and you moved your knight, forcing him to lose. "Check mate" he acted surprised you won but you knew he let you, almost as though he thought you losing would cause you stress. You groaned again and Sebastian burst through the door. He ran over to you, worried. "Jesus, Sebastian I'm only about 6 months in! Calm down!" You cried, pushing him away from you. The pain soon stopped and you felt a little nauseous. You clapped a hand to your mouth and sprinted out of the room to the nearest bathroom.

Ciel's P.O.V

"Look, Sebastian. I know she's bearing your first child but I need you to calm down" he nodded and sighed, running a hand through his hair. I gestured for him to sit down and he did so, a little reluctantly.
