Your P.O.V

Days went by as you sat in the greenhouse, observing the love of your life. You could tell he was depressed. His work was sloppy, he showed no emotion, and Ciel almost died countless times, only to be saved by you. Ciel knew you were lurking in the greenhouse, waiting for the perfect time to show yourself. He screamed his ass off when he saw you sneaking in the kitchen to get food. You remember him asking why you were there. You explained your story as he pulled up a floorboard and revealed a secret stash of chocolate and other sweets. Ever since then Ciel and been visiting you everyday to give you food. One day, Ciel approached you alone and said, "Today, alright?" As you were still his faithful maid he ordered you to get inside a giant box that was wrapped up by Mey-Rin. She had no idea you were in there. You felt yourself being lifted into the air and carried away, probably to the front door. You were carefully placed on the ground before you heard whoever was carrying you run away. Using your impressive hearing skills you heard Ciel say, "Today is her birthday is it not?" You gasped and mentally slapped yourself, forgetting it was your birthday. "Yes, my Lord" You could hear the depression in his voice. Obviously he was especially affected today. "Go get the mail, Sebastian" "Yes, my Lord" You heard his slow footsteps approach the door. It creaked open and he picked up the box. Up the stairs, to the right, down the hall, turn left, open the doors, you have arrived at your destination, you thought, as Sebastian made his way to the young master's study. You waited for Ciel to give you the signal. He didn't specify what it was but he said you would know when you heard it. "Sebastian, I have a surprise for you. Turn around" you soon heard tapping on the roof of the box. You pushed it open and stop up in the box. He mouthed 'ready?' to you and you nodded eagerly. "Sebastian, there has been someone, a spy, lurking our greenhouse. They have been there for a while. They are also in this room, so turn around now" He did as he was told and when he saw you he froze, his eyes wide. "Hello, Sebastian" you said happily, holding your hands together in front of you and rocking back and forth on your feet. Ciel smirked as Sebastian said nothing and approached you, his eyes the size of dinner plates. You felt scared of what he was going to do to you when you saw a tear roll down his cheek. You jolted when he leaned forward and hugged you. "I'm so sorry" he whispered in the crook of your neck. You wrapped your arms around him and hugged him back, whispering "Its okay, I forgive you, my love" you wished the moment would last forever, as you spent at least four weeks in that greenhouse, desperately holding yourself back from jumping out and flinging yourself into Sebastian's arms. "I've missed you. Your touch, your kiss, everything" he said in your ear. You pulled back from the hug and kissed him gently. "How long was I in your greenhouse, young master?" You said when you pulled back. "A few months" Ciel replied and you gasped. Sebastian smiled and lifted you out of the box. "Uhh, (Y/N)?" "Yes, Sebby?" "How much have you been eating?" "Huh?" He pointed to your stomach awkwardly and you looked down to see a small, perfectly round bump. You rubbed your stomach and it hit you. You looked up at Sebastian, your mouth open and your eyes wider than his were. Soon, an extremely wide grin crept onto your face as he ran up and hugged you again, crying tears of joy. Ciel soon caught on and simply said, "Congratulations" You flashed him a thumbs up as Sebastian got on one knee and pretended he was talking to a person. "Hello there, mini me!" He said excitedly, rubbing your baby bump. You laughed and got down on your knees as well. You stared into his eyes as you pulled his ring off your thumb and slipped it on his finger. You both looked down as you said "I think we both know where this belongs" He only nodded, too excited to speak.
