Naruto needs to learn the clone jutsu and fast to pass and become a shinobi. He was told that there was a scroll where he could perfect it. Naruto was able to successfully sneak into the Hokage tower and a room that was filled with many forbidden scrolls. He found the scroll that he was looking for but could sense the energy of another. 

"Woah what is this," Naruto said looking at the scroll that had a fox symbol with a moon. 

"Hm, I'll just open you later, believe it." Naruto grinned as he placed the scroll into his pocket. 

~ Some Time Later

Naruto was sweating from the training of trying shadow clone justu. 

"It's all over" Iruka Naruto's teacher at the academy stated looking down on him seriously. 

Naruto laughed nervously as he scratched the back of his neck looking at his sensei. 

"Got me already. Not bad. You're quick sensei I was only able to get down one technique." Naruto said. 

He's been practicing this whole time. Iruka thought as he looked at the blonde boy. 

"Hey, Iruka sensei! If I show you this technique I can pass right. I was told that you can pass the test if you learn for this scroll." Naruto stated with a grin. 

"No. Where did you get that idea?" Iruka said confused. 

"Mitsuki-sensei told me about it, believe it.  He told me where to find the scroll and this place." Naruto stated. 

Iruka's eyes widened as he listened to what he had been told. Naruto is being set up by Mitsuki was his thought. 

Iruka heard the sound of kunai flying towards them. 

"Look out!" Iruka yelled pushing Naruto out of the way as he got pinned to the wall by the many kunai, one puncturing his left thigh. Iruka winced in pain. 

"I see that you found our little hideout," Mitsuki smirked at his comrade. 

Iruka looked at the man and clicked his tongue. 

"So that's the way it is, huh? I should've known." Iruka said.

"Naruto! Give me the scroll now!" Mitsuki said looking at the boy as Iruka started to take out each kunai.

"Wait a minute. What's going on here?" Naruto asked confused looking between Iruka and Mitsuki. 

"Naruto, don't let Mitzuki get the scroll! It contains forbidden jutsu that could put the village in grave danger. Mitsuki used you to get the scroll for himself, for his own power." Iruka said taking out the last kunai that pinned him. 

Naruto was in protective mode now. 

"Naruto, Iruka's just trying to scare you because he doesn't want you to have the scroll," Mitsuki said smirking. 

Naruto looked at the two senseis not knowing what to believe at this point. 

"Stop lying, Mitsuki. Don't let him trick you, Naruto!" Iruka said looking over at Naruto as Mitsuki laughed. 

"Oh, I'll tell you who's really lying," Mitsuki said bitterly. 

"No, Mitsuki!" Iruka yelled. 

"They've been lying to you your whole life, Naruto, since the decree twelve years ago," Mitsuki stated. 

"What decree?" Naruto asked curious. 

"Everyone knows except you. Iruka's trying to hide it from you even now. He'd do anything to shut me up." Mitsuki continued. 

"What is this decree? Why does everyone else know about it?" Naruto asked again now more curious than before, his heart pounding with anticipation. 

"Don't tell him. It's forbidden!" Iruka yelled not wanting the truth to come out. 

"The decree is no one can tell you that the nine-tailed fox is sealed inside you," Mitsuki said and Naruto's eyes widened while the scroll in his pocket started to shake at the mention of the tailed beast. 

It felt like Naruto's world came crashing down. He held one of the most powerful beings that destroyed the village years ago and killed so many people. 

"The fox spirit that killed Iruka's parents and destroyed our village has taken over your body. You are the nine-tailed fox." Mitsuki taunted. 

"Stop it!" Iruka screamed. 

Naruto was in utter shock. He has been lied to his whole life. 

"They've all been sneaking around hiding things from you your whole life. Didn't you think it was strange how they treated you? Like dirt, like they hated you for just being alive!" Mitsuki taunted more as tears started to fall from Naruto's eyes. 

"No! No, no, no, no!" Naruto cried as a flow of chakra circled around his body. 

"Naruto." Iruka cried looking at the boy groaning in pain.

"That's why you will never be accepted in this village. Even your beloved sensei hates your guts! Die Naruto!"Mitsuki continued to taunt him and threw his large shuriken that was on his back. 

Naruto was frozen shocked at what he just heard not knowing what to do in the moment. Without a thought, Iruka dived forward and took the blow for his student. The weapon impaled his back as Iruka coughed up a little bit of blood. Naruto looked at him with wide eyes as some of Iruka's blood fell on his cheek.

"Why?' Naruto looked at his sensei still in shock at what was happening right now. 

"Because we're the same. When I lost my parents, no one seemed to care. They didn't have time for me. They just forgot I was there. My grades dropped. I became the class clown. I just wanted them to see me and to know my name. My schoolwork wasn't good enough to get their attention, so I did crazy things. And then I had to pay for it. It was hard. I know that's how you feel, Naruto. You feel lonely and it hurts inside, and could have been there for you more. I let you down. I'm sorry. No one should have to suffer that much. No one should be alone like that." Iruka explained tears falling from his eyes as the scroll started to rumble more like it was listening to what was going on. 

Mitsuki laughed evilly. 

"Don't make me laugh. Iruka always hated you. He was orphaned because the nine-tailed fox killed his parents, and now that beast is now inside you! He'd say anything to get the scroll from you." Mitsuki stated. 

Naruto then ran as far as he could. 

~Minutes later 

"If you ever lay a hand on my sensei, I'll kill you." Naruto seethed as he heard the heartfelt mention that Iruka gave to Mitsuki for not being a selfish beast and that he does believe in Naruto. 

"Big talk. I can destroy you with one single move." Mitsuki smirked. 

"Take your best shot fool and I'll give it back to you a thousandfold!" Naruto said as he placed his hands for shadow clone jutsu. 

"I'd like to see you try. Show me what you can do, nine-tailed fox!" Mitsuki yelled. 

"Shadow clone justu!" Naruto yelled and hundreds of clones surrounded the older chunin. 

Iruka was shocked that Naruto was able to do it over the many times he failed to do so during the final ninja test. 

"Huh. Wha-- what is this?" Mitsuki stuttered taken aback by the Narutos that surrounded him. 

"If you're not coming." One Naruto clone said. 

"Then we're going to come after you." Another clone said readying their fist. 

Mitsuki screams as Naruto and his clones beat him to a bloody pulp. 

"Sorry, I think I got a bit carried away. Are you okay Iruka-sensei?" Naruto grinned scratching the back of his neck while Mitsuki was knocked out. 

"You did great and I'll be fine. Naruto, come over here, I want to give you something." Iruka said. 

"What is it? Believe it." Naruto said excitedly jogging over to his sensei. 

"Close your eyes," Iruka said. 

"Okay, it better not be anything weird," Naruto said closing his eyes and Iruka took Naruto's goggles off replacing them with his leaf village headband. 

Naruto felt something cool on his forehead and he was wondering what the hell his sensei put on him. 

"Open," Iruka said. 

Naruto opened his eyes to see that Iruka no longer is wearing a headband. He touches his forehead to reveal that he is wearing Iruka's leaf village headband. 

"You passed." Iruka smiled. 

"Really!" Naruto teared up.

"Yep," Iruka said.

"I'm one step closer to becoming the greatest Hokage. Believe it!" Naruto jumped up and the small scroll fell out of his pocket. 

"Naruto did you steal another scroll." Iruka sighed looking at the scroll. 

"Oh yeah sorry, this scroll was different from the other one. It was like my body gravitated towards it, ya know." Naruto said as he picked up the scroll and it started to shake. Irukas eyes widened. 

"Only those of the power of the nine tails can open this scroll. So this scroll was made for me right?" Naruto said reading the seal.

"Naruto it might have something dangerous-" Iruka stated but Naruto cut him off. 

"What if it has something to do with my power or about the tailed beast inside of me? Or maybe something that happened to my parents." Naruto said as he opened the scroll without a second thought. 

"Naruto no!" Iruka yelled and a wave of immense chakra came out of the scroll pushing the two back. 

A girl was then on the ground. It felt like she woke up from a long coma or something like that. Her eyes opened and she looked around at the forest and saw the boy and man who were slowly getting up. 

"Where the hell am I." She muttered getting up but her legs wobbled causing her to fall back to the ground her tails wagging profusely. 

Naruto and Iruka look at the girl in shock. 

"I did not expect that to happen, believe it," Naruto stated. 

"Yeah me either. I've never heard of anyone sealing a person into a scroll, I'm surprised that she's still alive. I wonder how long she's been sealed in there." Iruka said as the girl's fox ears peeked up. 

"You, the man with the scar. Are you a shinobi from Konohagakure, the leaf village?" She stated. 

"Yes. What's it to you and why were you sealed away? Are you a past enemy of the village?" Iruka said ready to get his kunai. 

With a swift movement, she was next to Iruka her finger now a claw shaper than any weapon to his neck. 

"Do not test me human. My patience runs very thin. Tell me where Hashirama is. He'll know where my father is and no I didn't even know I was sealed away till about 12 years ago." The girl stated. 

"Oi get off of him fox girl," Naruto yelled.

She rolled her eyes and stepped away from the man. Iruka then really looked at the girl. She was about five feet. Long silver-white hair with fox ears, nine tails, and blood-red eyes that could only remind him of the fox spirit that terrorized the village twelve years ago when Naruto was born. She wore a white ninja dress with a fishnet top underneath, sandals, and a pendent that laid across her neck. 

"What the hell are you." Iruka gulped. 

"I'm Miya Kyūbi, a kistune hybrid, and who are you little human," Miya stated.
