IRIS'S POV

"He killed him" Matt said after the shock of what just happened.

"He's not dead, Klaus's blood will turn him into a vampire." Elena says trying to reassure everyone but I could tell it was more to her.

"yeah but for how long? supernatural beings cant be two things. It's impossible." I say

"What are you saying? Klaus is one what makes you think Tyler can't be one?" Elena yells at me.

"He's an exception... I don't know how he came to be but the reason he's here is because what ever he did it didn't work" I say back.

"and if Bonnie's successful, he'll live through his transition. Go on then. Go and fetch your grimoires and what not. I'll hold onto Elena... for safe keeping" Klaus says. Bonnie, Matt and me look at Elena in sympathy and we start to leave.

"and where do you think your going?" Klaus grabs me before I could leave.

"what I'm going to help them, I'm not going to let her die or whatever" I say and try to get out of his grip.

"no you stay here" he says

"why? what use could I be here?" I ask.

"aw come on didn't we seem to get along before" he says

"Yes but that was before I found out that you are over a decade old hybrid killer who kills anyone if they look at you weirdly and not only that but you killed Elena... my friend" I say

"well she alive right now isn't she" he says back.

"Yeah but for how long? she's still the doppelgänger, until she fulfils your wish you could just kill her" I finish saying.

"yes that's very true, but if bonnie does find away I might be lenient and keep you all alive but that all depends on all of you, if you don't piss me off in anyway then everything is fine but if you do something then you all will regret it" Klaus says looking down at me.

"you don't have to worry my friends will do anything to protect me so they wont do anything" Elena finally speaks.

"you better hope so for your sake at least" was all Klaus says and he finally lets go of my arm, I walk over to Elena, I know I'm not leaving any time soon.

Rebekah looks over to Elena "so this is the latest doppelgänger. The original one was much prettier" I couldn't help but laugh at that.

"What?" Rebekah says looking at me.

"Well aren't doppelgänger's supposed to look identical?" I ask I know I was probably digging my own grave.

"and just who are you?" she asks

"oh you know just someone that is being held against her will" I say. Rebekah looked ready to kill me, I took a step back but yeas I was right I was digging my own grave.

"Enough Rebekah. Take the wolf boy elsewhere would you?" Rebekah dragged Tyler out of the room. Klaus looked over at me and Elena. "just ignore her. Petty little thing" was all he said

Me and Elena sat in silence waiting for Bonnie and Matt to return. I couldn't help but think about everything that's happened, some things just don't make much sense. Witches like order... nothing that would make the nature unbalance. so why would a witch help him disrupt the nature of things and allow hybrids into this world?

"What's got you so deep in thought?" a voice said snapping me out of thought

"Nothing" I say

"Tell me... your looking to serious, your not planning anything are you?" he asks

"no I'm not... it's just... arrg fine" I say and begin explaining my theory to him, he didn't interrupt me at all and listened. After I finished he just stared at me. I could tell he was thinking the same as me. He snapped out of it when the door opened and we all turn to see Stefan enter the room.

"Stefan" Elena whispered as he entered the room. Stefan ignored Elena and I and turned to Klaus.

"Klaus" Stefan said.

"Come to save your damsel, mate?" Klaus asks

"I came to ask for your forgiveness and pledge my loyalty." Stefan says.

"You've got to be kidding me" I say out loud, everyone turns to me. "did I say that out loud" I ask which Elena just nods at me.

"Well you already broke that pledge once already" Klaus continues.

"Elena means nothing to me anymore. And whatever you ask of me I will do" Stefan says. Elena turned to Stefan with tears in her eyes.

"fair enough, lets drink on it" Klaus points to Dana and Chad, "kill them. What are you waiting for? kill them"

"No! Stefan don't. He's not going to hurt me. he already said...." Klaus then slapped Elena so hard she falls to the floor, I rush over to check if she's okay, as Stefan speeds over to Klaus showing his fangs.

"she means nothing to you? your lies just keep piling up" Klaus was furious, anyone could see that.

"Let her go you have my word ill do whatever you ask" Stefan says.

"your word doesn't mean much. I lived by your word all summer, during which time I have never had to resort to this..." Klaus compels Stefan "Stop fighting"

"Don't do this, don't do this." Elena says. I felt so bad for her and Stefan all they want is to be together but Klaus wont allow it.

"I didn't want to. all I wanted was your allegiance now I'm going to have to take it" Stefan wanted to resist but Klaus was an original. Klaus compels Stefan.

"Don't... don't..." Stefan begged but it was no use "You will do exactly as I say when I say it. You will not run, you will not hide, you will just simply obey." Stefan was under Klaus's compulsion and had no control over what will happen next. "Now kill them ripper" Stefan sped over to Dana and killed her by draining her blood. As Stefan was draining Chad, Klaus looked proud.

"It's always nice to see a vampire in its true element. The species has become such a broody lot." Klaus says

"No you did this to him." Elena says.

"I invited him to the party, love. He's the one dancing on the table." Klaus says looking at Stefan. Suddenly the door slammed open and Rebekah stormed over to Elena.

"Where is it?! where's my necklace?"

Elena looked confused, as did I.

"She has my necklace. Look." Rebekah showed Klaus the photo on the phone with a photo of Elena wearing her necklace.

"Well, well. More lies" Elena looked frightened.

"Where is it?" Rebekah threatened her.

"I don't have it anymore"

"You're lying" Rebekah went to bite Elena but before she could reach Elena I jumped in the way but before she could bite me Klaus pulled her back and said "Knock it off!"

"Make her tell me where it is, Nik"

"Where's the necklace sweetheart? be honest."

"I'm telling the truth. Katherine stole it" Elena said truthfully.

"Katerina. Of course. Well, that's unfortunate. If we had the necklace it would make things a whole lot easier for your witch, but since we're doing this the hard way lets put a clock on it shall we." Klaus says with amusement. Klaus walks over to the clock and puts the timer on and then compels Stefan.

"Twenty minutes. If Bonnie hasn't found a solution by then, I want you to feed on Elena. You know you want to" Klaus says with a smirk.

"No Klaus don't do this to him" Elena yells at Klaus but it was no use.

"No one leaves. If she and.... sorry never got your name love" Klaus says to me

"And your not about too" I say back glaring at him. He just gives me an amused smirk. why does he keep doing that?

"well if any of these two leave, fracture their spine." was all Klaus says and leaves the room.
