Iris POV

It has been hectic these last few days, first we had the funerals for Jenna and John Gilbert, which was a bit awkward for me considering I never knew them well but Elena and everyone invited me so I couldn't turn it down, especially when she is grieving. I hate funerals it just reminds me of me at my parents funeral. Which brought up unwanted crap I wanted to forget but I will be a good friend and suck it up. And then I just had to figure out that something was wrong with Damon. It wasn't hard to figure out Damon had been bitten by Tyler considering I was there when Tyler tackled Damon which I can only guess was when he got bitten and then there was a fact that Damon was looking a bit sickly, as well as Stefan looking worried, which was weird cause he's girlfriend it alive and well... Well sort of. So what can he be worried about so I put two and two together.

Soon after Stefan seems to disappear, I only find out later when Bonnie tells me she might have found a cure in which Stefan had to go to klaus. Which I can only guess is not a good idea. Soon after we all are on a goose chase trying to find Damon who is slowly losing his mind. We finally get him to the grill only for Jeremy to get shot by Liz Forbes, I help Bonnie and Caroline take him to the witches house, Bonnie was able to bring him back only there was 'consequences' which can't be good but at least he is fine for now. After everything that happened I went home, it was not until morning that I found out that Stefan had gone with klaus for the cure for Damon.
Which didn't leave anyone happy. So like I said it has been a very hectic these few days.

~~FEW WEEKS LATER~~

It has been a few weeks since Stefan has disappeared and Elena hasn't given up on finding him, to be honest it's driving us all crazy. That's why Caroline decided to do a birthday party for Elena which I was not complaining. Over the few weeks I have gotten close to everyone, I now feel like where all good friends now not like before cause I hardly New them. I don't feel awkward around them anymore.

"Hey Caroline, great party" I yelled over the music

"Thanks I'm glad you like it, have you seen Elena, she seems to be the only one not enjoying it" Caroline yells back at me.

"No sorry" I said taking a sip from my drink.

"Thanks anyway" was all Caroline said and left

I went back to dancing. After my drink was finished I went to get another one only to find Jeremy and Matt sharing a joint on the couch. I even saw Elena looking so mad but she went out of the room, which surprised me considering how she is.

I don't know how long it's been and I can tell I'm pretty much drunk now that I can't walk straight with my heals on so I take them off and decide to go upstairs cause I no that's where the others would be. The time I went upstairs I bumped into Caroline but we both kept walk, the time I got to Damon's room I heard yelling, me being my drunken self stumbled in, both Elena and Damon staring at me.

"Sorry" was all I could manage to say before I stumbled to the floor, well almost just as I was about to hit the floor Damon catches me.

"Thanks and ...ah Sorry about before I didn't mean to eavesdrop..." I trailed off

"Your drunk" was all Elena said, it wasn't really a question either I could still tell.

"I'm not gonna lie, I am very drunk but not drunk enough where I can't hold myself up" I say and take my arm out of Damon's hold.

"Yeah I see that, I'll go get you a drink of water" was all Damon said before leaving the room.

"Here why don't you take a seat" Elena said putting me on Damon's bed.

"I don't need baby sitting you no" I say to Elena.

"I think you do, how much did you drink anyway" she asked

"I have no idea but you can leave, I can handle myself" I say

"I'm not leaving you alone when your like this" she said

"I'll be fine I only had a couple of drinks and besides Damon will be here" I say

"Yeah cause Damon's trust worthy" Elena said a hint playfully

"I'll be fine and besides it looks like you want to leave so go" I said

"Fine but don't do anything stupid" Elena said before leaving. I just laughed 'a drunk person not doing something stupid' that's just hilarious I thought to myself just before the door opened and Damon walked in with a bottle of water.

"Thanks" I said taking the water from his hands

"Wheres Elena" Damon asked

"She left" was all I said and took a big gulp of water.

"She just left you here alone in your drunk state, that doesn't sound like her" Damon said taking a seat next to me on his bed.

"What can I say I'm very persuasive" I said knocking my shoulder playfully against his, we both laugh a little.

"So you going to tell me why your silently brooding and don't tell me it's because you and Elena had a fight" I say seriously.

"I am not brooding" was all Damon said.

"Ah huh I'm sure, now stop being so defensive and tell me what's wrong I know you've been in a crap mood ever since Stefan left, we all have and I no that that is not the reason cause as soon as you came back from wherever it was, you've been like this, so suck it up and tell me" I said to him, he looked a bit shocked at what I just said, I know he doesn't have to tell me anything but I'm a bit drunk  and I'm curious he has the eyes of someone who just lost someone, I know that feeling all to well.

"You no just a few minutes ago you couldn't even finish a sentence now look at you speak, it's like you were never drunk to begin with" Damon said.

'Crap I forgot my about my supernatural healing' I thought to myself. But I'm not going to let Damon change the subject.

"Fast metabolism" was all I said but I could tell Damon didn't believe me "now don't change the subject"

"Stefan came to visit" Damon said

"Well isn't that a good thing" I ask

"He killed Andie" was all he said.

"Oh" was all I said but I knew that someone close to Damon got hurt.

"Yeah so if you don't mind I would like to be alone" Damon said and stood up. I stood up as well and grabbed his hands in mine and said

"You know when something like this happens it's best to not be alone and knowing you, you will do something stupid if I left you alone" I said looking him straight in the eyes, they were such a lovely blue/grey.... wait what am I thinking I must be still drunk.

SEX SCENE AHEAD. DONT LIKE DONT READ.

I went to pull my hands out of his as I was doing so he pulled me back and the next thing I know my lips are on his. I froze. Completely surprised but even more surprised to find out I was kissing him back. Yup I am still drunk must be if I am kissing him back and this is differently something stupid that Damon would do but right now I don't care I was enjoying it.

He ran his hands down my waist and I ran my hands down his chest. I could now feel his breath on my neck and closed my eyes when he started kissing my neck. My hands found themselves on his button down shirt and started unbuttoning it. Damon lifted me up on his bed and gave me a heated kiss, he then took the rest of his shirt off after I had finished with the buttons. I then did the same and took off my black dress and attached my lips to Damon's again. Damon pulled down my underwear and took off my bra I did the same to him and now we are both completely naked. We are now laying on his bed as he kisses up and down on my stomach, chest and my neck. I ran my hands up his back, moaning as Damon sucked on my neck. I ran my hands through Damon's hair and Damon puts a hand on my back as he pushes me towards him. A few minutes later our tongues battled for dominance. I have no idea who wins but we continue.

END SEX SCENE
Morning

Argh it's so bright I thought to myself as I open my eyes. I soon come to realise I'm not in my room and that I'm naked and then I remember what happened last night.

"Oh crap" I said out loud not really caring if Damon heard or not. Speaking of Damon I turn to his side and see no one there just then I hear the bedroom door open I look up and see Damon with what I'm assuming was a cup of coffee and a smile on his face. He was loving this.

"Good morning sleeping beauty" Damon says and hands be the cup of coffee. I see he used that nickname again.

"Yeah morning" I say and take a sip of my hot coffee.

"Well that was some comforting last night, do you do that to anyone who has had someone die on them? Cause if so I need more people to die on me" Damon says playfully leaning against the door frame.

"That was a one time thing" I say to him lifting up the bed covers to cover my naked body.

"They all say that but they always come back" says Damon.

"Are you sure you don't just compel them to come back wanting more?" I shot back.

"Haha very funny but I am surprised all the other times I try to get you in bed this works" says Damon

"I was drunk and we were both emotionally unstable" I say only to regret the last part I said.

"Both? Meaning you were too?" Damon questions

"Nothing forget I said anything.... where are my clothes" I asked holding my dress but I couldn't find my underwear. I hear a whistle and look up seeing damon holding my underwear. I quickly grab them from him.

"Your a real mystery you know that" he says

"So I've been told" I say and start getting dressed

"Your not very modest are you, giving me a show right here" Damon says looking at me getting changed.

"I am very modest but what's the point of covering myself when you've seen my whole body last night" I say and start putting my shoes on.

"I guess your right" he says.

"So how are you feeling now... You know with andie's death and all, actually now that I think about it you never told me how she died, I know Stefan was there but that's it" I say

"Yes well we were to busy having sex for any other questions" he says with a smirk.

"Whatever im leaving thanks for the coffee" I say and walk past him and back to my house.
