"What?", Inho asks absentmindedly while he walks through the school with some friends.
"I wanted to know what's up with you", his hyung answers. "You seem so lost in thought lately."
"Uh, it's nothing, really!", Inho tells Yeontae and ends their conversation with a poor excuse: "I need to go now... I... well... forgot something? Yeah, I forgot something in my classroom. Bye, Hyung."
Quickly he runs off. In fact Inho is constantly wondering about a very certain "nothing".
What did Hyunuk think of kissing him? What has gotten into him to do that?? Actually, he would like to ask that boy because it leaves him no peace of mind.
After a few days and a weekend that seem like eternity to him, he meets Hyunuk in the hallway. They are alone. Inho just wants to walk past him without any interaction but Hyunuk smiles kindly as if they were good friends. Right in front of him Inho stops.
He summons up his courage, looks up at him, and asks the question that has occupied his mind since that day in the nurse office.
"May I kiss you?"
For a moment Hyunuk just looks at him. Then he bends forward slightly and gets closer to his face. Only now does Inho realize that he actually wanted to ask something else but he can't remember the question. It's also no longer important as soon as Hyunuks lips touch his own. Now only the moment counts.
Inhos eyes have closed when Hyunuk came closer but now he tears them open in panic. What is he doing here? Hectically he shoves Hyunuk away and runs down the hallway. Now Hyunuk has not only got Inhos first kiss but also the second.
But is that really so bad? Inho just got scared. He can't explain why they kissed again. Should he talk to Hyunuk one more time just to be sure? And probably kiss him again?
Quickly he shakes his head. That definitely is not possible. Boys can't fall in love with each other, that doesn't work at all. It only works between man and woman, quite clearly. His parents have always taught him this as a matter of fact.
At home he only stares at the food dreamily instead of eating his dinner. He thinks of Hyunuk, as usual.
"Inho, my dear, is everything alright?", his mother asks. "You're so quiet today."
Normally Inho is very active and cheering. Uncertain, he shrugs. "I'm just busy with something."
"What's up, honey?"
Somewhat nervous he looks at her. Can he trust his mom with it or should he keep it to himself?
