It was a sunny day, Myself and my friends planned to go for a picnic in the nearby forest. We went inside the safe zone of the forest and made tents. I kept on staring at the warning sign at the rear end of the place we camped. The sign reads 'Beware of dangerous animals lurking beyond this border. DO NOT ENTER.' I smirked and turned towards my friends and said, "Guys, I don't think there are some wild animals as mentioned on the sign board. I have been here with my parents. Tonight we are crossing the border to check out what's behind that border." My friends protested and said they won't join with me in my foolish plan. Everyone enjoyed their day playing, singing, dancing. Sun was starting to set, I have decided to go across that border without my friends accompanying me.

It was around 9 at night everyone settled in their own tent to sleep. I came out of my tent to hear voices coming from the other side of the border. I started walking towards the border, when I reached near it a hand pulled me to the other side of the border. I opened and closed my eyes, rubbed them, pinched myself. I wasn't able to believe that a handsome guy is standing in front of me and smiling at me. I saw his face was lit with happiness just like a Christmas tree.

Before either of us could speak a spear came towards our direction at the least expected moment. It hit me and wrenched through my heart.

I never thought this would be my last day alive. I can hear him speak, He is telling me that he dint know something like this would happen and was apologizing. I don't know what happened to him, He apologized again and said, "I am sorry I have to do this." He kissed me on my lips. I felt like rose petals were moving on my lips, A Guy's lips being so soft? Oh my Goodness! And too bad I won't be alive to experience it anymore. I feel myself slipping into darkness, Everything became dark, I no more heard him speak nor anything else.

I opened my eyes to find myself lying on the grass surrounded by trees. My eyes were searching for him tirelessly. Where did he go? By the way, what's the time now? I checked my watch and found out it was just half past 10. Ok, now I have to find my way back to our camp. I turned my head to find that I was indeed outside the border where we camped. When did my friends leave? I need to get home before my mom starts to call me.

He turned towards my mom and said, " Sorry mom, I kept you in the dark with no information about your daughter for a whole day. I know you guys won't believe me, but I am Sahir. I tried to move, but as usual because of my new superpower I reached my room within a second. I heard my mom shout, "Luna? Where are you? What happened?" I called out from my room, "I am fine mom!" I think he followed me and said, "I am sorry this happened because of me." He hung his head low in shame. I couldn't take it anymore, I said, "I like you, but all this information was too much for me right now. You, being a 'Sahir' I thought those were just some old folklore." He said, "They are true Luna. It has been passed on for generations for a reason and that was you. You are destined to be our Queen." I asked him, " What is your name? I moved towards my bed again with an inhuman speed he smiled at me and moved with normal pace just like a human being. Before I opened my mouth, he said, "I will train you how to harness your powers. Now take baby steps to reach me walk as slowly as possible." I tried what I was told and it surprisingly worked I was awed and was smiling like an idiot.

Mom reached my room and asked, "Can anyone tell me what is going on here?" I asked, "Mom, it took so long for you to come upstairs?" she looked at me then to Bryan and said, " It's just been 2 minutes Luna. Sahir, can you tell me what happened to her?"

Sahir I am sorry Bryan said, "Mom, now she is one of us, I had to do this because..." He stopped his sentence in the midway because I held his hands and thought, 'Don't tell her that I was almost dead.' I hope he heard it because he nodded his head and turned towards my mom and explained me being the queen has been decided eons ago so he had to do this. Mom managed to smile, but I know she is still worried about me. So I took baby steps walked towards her and said, "Mom, you never need to worry. See Bryan is with me, he will take care of me." She left the room leaving both of us.

Bryan turned towards me and asked, "Now, tell me how do you feel?" I asked, " What do you mean? How do I feel in the sense?" He replied, "My dear Luna, just tell me how much difference you feel. Like from being normal to a converted one?" I said, "Oh! All I know is I can do things pretty fast when compared to. I don't know anything else." He turned around and found 'Piko' on my bed, He just waved his hands it flew towards him. He caught it and asked me, "Hey, How old are you?" I replied with a grin, "I am 20 years old." He sat on my bed and laughed his heart out and said, "You still sleep with your teddy bear by your side? Don't you feel too old for that?" I smirked and said, "I am still a kid for my mother. Now tell me about you, like what all powers you possess? I heard that every Sahir possesses different powers. How about you?"
