Shisui stood there confused, how could he not know who he is.

" It's me shisui, shisui uchiha, you know best friend "

Itachi looks at his features a bit more, trying to study then to see if he could remember him.

" Sorry, but I don't know a shisui uchiha "

' what?, No it can't be '

He knew itachi may not remember certain people, but he can't forget him. This caused everyone to be surprised but obito, he knew he was going to forget about him.

" He forgot shisui? "

" Yes, it appears so "

" Do you remember me nii-chan? "

" Who are you? "

" It's me sasuke, your little brother "

" I don't have a little brother "

Sasuke eyes widen and he couldn't believe it, his brother dosen't know who he is.

" He is your brother sweetie "

Itachi looked at this woman, she looked familiar. He then Remembers, she was his mother.

" You're my mother, correct? "

" Yes, and he's your little brother "

Itachi looks at the boy, he studies his features, he did somewhat look like his mother. But he still can't remember him, nothing in his memories could recall him.

" Sorry, but I still can't remember you "

He looks around and look at Everyone one in the room, next to his mother stood a man. He looked at him a bit, he was his father, it was quite easy to remember him.

He looks and see a man who wore a mask and had spiked up silver hair, he remembers him his name was kakashi if he's correct. Next to him stood another man, he had black short hair and scares the the right side of his body, his name was obito his cousin.

But his eyes linger on the other two males, no matter how much he tried to remember them, he can't.

Kakashi and obito were in the hospital, walking around in the halls. It was quiet and kakashi looked at him.

" Why did itachi really get the surgery, last I checked it'll take itachi a lot to give into something like this "

" He went to the doctors last week, he said he only had a week left. Yesterday would of been his last day, he decided to get it. He said he didn't want his family to suffer, for something he could of prevented "

" But he can't remember who shisui is, are you sure he didn't like shisui? "

" He can't remember who sasuke is either, to be frank "

" What about you?, Are you going to get the surgery? "

" I don't know, I mean I don't have a reason to live "

" Obito don't say that, you have itachi and them "

" Itachi's memories are fussy, besides you have shisui a- "

" I broke up with shisui "

" Huh? "

" I broke up with shisui, we talked things out and he was okay with it. Besides after talking to Rin yesterday, I found out I do kinda like you "

" Is that why I'm not coughing up as much rose petals "

" Yeah, I just need time to let my feelings develop "

" Don't worry kakashi, I'll give you all the time you need "

He pulls him close for a hug, which he returns.

In the end, it looks like obito finally going to get his happy ending....

Obito had asked everyone but shisui to step outside, to talk with them a bit.

" What is it obito? "

" Okay I haven't been exactly honest with you guys "

" What do you mean obito? "

" Itachi didn't like shizune "

" Huh? "

" She was just a cover-up, itachi never met the girl in his life. Itachi actually liked shisui "

" Shisui? "

" Yes "

" I see it now "

" Are you going to tell him? "

" No, itachi told me to only tell him. If he were to die or anything to ever happen to him, and he was still alive to tell him "

" I see, then he shall all keep this a secret "

" Agreed "

But unknown to them, shisui had followed them and was behind a wall. He heard the whole thing, his heart broke.

' itachi loved me? '

He walks back into the room, itachi looks at him. He showed him a couple of pictures and videos of them, so he was comfortable around him.

Shisui sat next to him, and he thought if what they said. Itachi loved him, he thought back on everything they did, and how at a certain point he started to feel around him. But in that magical moment he realized, he loved itachi he was just too blind to see it.

" Hey itachi "

" Yes? "

" Do you remember a girl named shizune? "

" No, never heard of the name in my life "

" What about shisui, shisui uchiha "

" No sorry "

" I'm shisui uchiha, the man you loved "

It was quiet and shisui then felt the urge to cough, he placed a hand over his mouth and did. But as he pulled his hand away, his eyes widen.

There in his palm were about five black rose petals, and a bit of blood.
Now he had Hanahaki, and would suffer just like itachi did.

In the end, itachi never got his happy ending. Instead he doesn't remember shisui, and now it was shisui who had Hanahaki.
