It's been a mouth since itachi told obito he had Hanahaki, everything been normal they checked in with each other on a daily basis.

Itachi was getting worse, the amount of petals he was coughing was increasing. It hurt him, he wanted the pain to go away, but he knew it wouldn't go away.

Itachi was told he only had a week left to live, they said he either gets the surgery or he dies. Itachi was scared to get the surgery, death didn't scare him. But the thought of forgetting shisui did, they shared so many memories, and he didn't want to loose them.

Currently the four were hanging out, but this time in itachi's apartment. Obito and itachi both put on there fake mask, and pretend to be happy.

But suddenly obito started coughing, and he forgot the hand cloth he coughs in. So he coughed in his hand, he closed them.

" Obito you okay? "

" Yeah "

" Then why is there blood, in your hand "

" Oh, there is jeez I didn't know "

" Uh huh "

" Itachi where's your trash can? "

" I shall bring it "

" Obito "

" Yes bakashi? "

" Open your hands "

" What?, Why? "

Itachi said entering the room with the said trash can. As obito was distracted, kakashi went up to him and forever his hands open, and his eyes widen a bit.

There in his palm were grey rose petals with some blood, itachi and obito were scared to see what kakashi was going to do.

" The fuck?, Did you eat a rose obito? "

" Uh yeah!, I was so hungry at work that I ate a rose "

" Lier! "

" It's true!, You know I eat weird things sometimes "

" Lier!, You have hanahaki!! "

" Shisui Bebe, hanahaki is a disease caused by a one-sided love, in which rose petals start to grow in the person lungs. You cough the petals up. The only ways to get rid of this disease is, the person you love return your feelings. Or you get it surgically removed, but if you do the feelings you had for the person goes. But in most cases you forget that person in general, if it is not removed or you get your feelings return, you could die "

" Huh?!, Obito going to die!! "

" I don't have hanahaki!!, Okay end of story "

Everyone was quiet and obito calms down, him and itachi glad kakashi decided to drop it.

" When did you start coughing up flowers? "

" Around mid April, damnit! "

" Not everyone coughs up red and pink roses petals, I mean itachi coughs up Black rose petals "

Itachi goes to his room shisui trailing behind him, leaving obito and kakashi alone. Kakashi goes to sit on the couch, and sits obito so he's across from him.

" Okay, pretend I'm Rin "

" Okay, well here goes nothing. Rin I love you, I know we may have our differences, but I love you. A little after I met you, I started to like you, your just so amazing and I was found of you. So I love you, and I always have "

" Aww obito that was so cute, Rin going to love it "

Obito takes off his mask, and leans close to kakashi. Kakashi was confused, but obito then kisses him and he was shocked. Obito pulls away and sees kakashi's shocked/confused expression.

" I love you kakashi Hatake "

" Itachi~ "

" No, i'm not telling you who I li- love "

" Does your mom know? "

" No!, Don't you dare tell her. My family doesn't know "

" Well too late, I just sent them a text "

" I didn't know "

The door bust open, you see Mikoto, fugaku, and sasuke.

" Where's my baby? "

" Oh, him and shisui are in his room "

They nod, and head to his room.

" No I'm not saying, end of story "

His door is then burst open, and there stood his family.

" Nii-chan!~, how could you not of not of told me!!!! "

He said grabbing him by his shoulders, shaking his body. His thumbs were pressed against his throat, causing him to choke a bit.

" S-sasuke your thumbs "

" Huh?, Oh my bad "

He pulls away from him, and takes deep breaths.

" Itachi Uchiha, how could you of not told your mother about this "

" Well it's not easy, having to go up to your mom and basically say you might die "

" Who is it? "

" I'm not saying "

" Itachi Uchiha "

" Nope, I'm not saying who they are "

" Son, listen to your mother "

" No, I'm sorry I can't "

" Have you considered getting the surgery? "

Obito stops himself before spilling who he likes.

" He likes who?, Finish that sentence!! "

" Nope!, I promise wouldn't say who he liked "

" Finish it, I only know one person who has shi in there name, and it's my boyfriend!! "

" He likes shizune!! "

" Obito, itachi's gay "

" Maybe he's bisexual, I mean you bearly talk to the boy. And she has black hair, it all makes sense "

" Itachi never met shizune in his whole, damn life "

After a couple of minutes, of his family pressuring him to tell him who he loves.

" Fine I'll tell you it's fghg "

Itachi kept mumbling shisui's name, so they couldn't hear.

" Speak up itachi!! "

" Okay!, Calm down mom "

As he was about to say shisui, he hears obito yell shizune's name.

" I like shizune "

" Shizune, the girl who helps Dr. Senju "

" Yeah "

" Perfect, let's set you up on a date! "

" No!, I can't just go up to her. She doesn't even know who I am, I just saw her and I found myself in love with her. Besides when I get the surgery, it won't matter she doesn't even know who I am "

" You're getting the surgery? "

" Yeah, I don't want to deal with this much longer and decided to get it "

" Oh, well then that's great "

" Yeah "

Soon everyone leaves till it's only itachi and obito.

" Why are you really getting the surgery? "

" Doctor told me I only had a week left, I don't want to cause anyone pain, that I could of prevented "

" I thought you didn't want it? "

" I don't, but I can't let them suffer. I'm just going to get rid of this burden, the only thing I'm going to regret is never Remembering who shisui is "

" I know "

" Obito "

" Yeah? "

" Do me a favor, and if I die or anything ever happens to me and shisui still alive. Tell him I loved him "

" Of course little cousin "

" Thank you "

So the next morning itachi went and got the surgery, his family and friends went to wait. The surgery was successful and were allowed to see him.

They walk into the room, they see itachi in the hospital bed hair down. Shisui was the first to greet him.

" I'm so glad you did it itachi, now you won't be suffering!! "

Itachi looked at him confused, and this confused shisui.

" I'm sorry, but who are you? "
