I walked to my locker after school. I was going to put some stuff up. While putting my notebook up, I noticed a bright blue envelope. It was an invitation to Mat wise's party.

I put it in my bag and walked out. Eli was waiting for me.

"Hey what took so long?" She asked.

"Oh, you know Mats party? I'm invited." I said pulling out the invitation. He smiled.

"Oh cool! So am I! I can't wait." She squealed.

"I don't know. It's supposed to be like a ball. He's such a rich kid that I don't doubt that. But I would need a dress, which I don't have." I said and she smiled.

"I know." She said and I frowned.

"You know that I hate to shop!" I said and she grabbed my arm.

"Lets go!" She said ignoring my comment.

2 hours later, we were in her aunts shop and I had tried on 23 different dresses. Literally! Finally I saw a beautiful dress. I was pink and went down in an ombré. It was beautiful. I hate to wear dresses but I had to admit that it was cute.

We bought the dress and left the store. She bought me some silver heals. We went home to my house. The party was tomorrow so I put the dress up. She was staying the night but we aren't staying up late. I called Masson and asked if he was going to the party. He said yes and I smiled. I didn't tell him what I would be dressed in cause I wanted it to be a surprise.
