I quickly ran over towards the broken when but I slammed right into it. Confused, I stepped back with my eyebrows furrowing together as I watched gold shinning light expanding from a the middle all the way out to the edges. I reached out and touched the invisible wall. The golden lighten started from the middle again and expanding. I threw my fist against the invisible wall and I grabbed the chair in the room, throwing at it.

“Damn Angels.” I muttered as I turned. I started pacing, feeling my anxiety build up, “I mean, who does he think he is? I should be out there helping! I mean, it's not like I can't.”

I looked at Alma in the corner of my eyes before turning to face her, “How can you stay so calm?”

She jerked and looked up at me, “Oh, I was lost in thought. I just—I saw them. I saw his wings—he actually has wings.”

“And we're trapped in here.” I said.

Her eyes then widen, “Oh God,” she said and it was relief that I wasn't the only one to want to get out of here. “I had sex with a Angel! And we're not even married! I'm going to Hell!” she cried out as she covered her face with her hands like she was embarrassed and I scoffed.

I ran over towards Carter and tackled him to the ground because Hol was about to sting him with a toxin that can quickly and painfully kill him in moments. I was closer to Carter that's why and he looked up at me like I was crazy until I bopped my head to the left to show him. A short light brown hair girl got him from behind.

I got up and held Carter up, “Where is he?” he asked. “Where did Senka go?”

I brought my foot up and kicked Salvt away, bring the sword in my hand down, and killed him. I looked around, “I don't know—there's to many of them.”

“It's that teleaporter.” Carter said.

I heard a cry for help and we turned our heads to see one of Nick's brother being grabbed by his arm by Kaysla who twisted his arm back and forced a thin blade knife threw his shoulder blade. Nick faced over to his brother side and Carter ran over, killing a few of the Demons who I worked with not to long ago.

Something dripped on my face and I looked up where the sky was. The skylight window was broken along with everything else and it started to rain. I heard a loud sharp gasping sound behind me and I turned to see Dante holding his arm out like he threw something. I looked at the ground and saw Demon at my feet with a blade hanging from his back. I lifted my head and arched an eyebrow at him. He just gave me a hard look before going back to murdering my cousins.

I went back to it to in the pouring rain.

“You're pregnant.” Alma said to me like I was crazy.

I ran my hand threw my hair, “But I need to help. There isn't enough of them.”

“There's Angels out there! I'm sure they can handle it.” she said as she sat down as she ran a hand threw her dark curly hair. ''Maybe it isn't sinful to have relations with an Angel. I mean, if Stefan wasn't a Fallen Angel, he wouldn't stupidly have sex with a human. Right. Right?” she asked me.

I stared at her for a moment before turning around and walked over to the door. I pressed my hand against the door, closed my eyes, and placed my other hand on my belly, “Azariah, help me.” I whispered. If my son was as powerful as I know he is, he could easily open this door to break Seraphiel Angel powers. I opened my eyes and the door wasn't moved. My hands fell and my shoulders dropped as well, disappointed.

I walked over to the other side of the wall and leaned against it on my arm, bring my nails up to my mouth and chewed on them. Maybe I wasn't thinking clearly, maybe wanting to fight while pregnant was stupid. I looked down at my bump and it was pretty big, to far to be fighting Demons. I should be protecting myself and my baby, not looking for danger. I closed my eyes and sighed heavily. I brought my hands up to my eyes and rubbed them.

'Ah!'

I jumped when I heard this crying sound of pain and I gasped, my hands flying up to my chest as my blood turned cold. Where did that come from? It sounded like it was right next to me, like someone was screaming. Confused, I hesitantly closed my eyes and waited.

'Nick! No!' 'Nick? Nick!'

Tears rushed to my eyes as I opened them and I started crying. I didn't even know why I started crying—seriously, I didn't know why. It was like they were forced onto me, forcing me to cry heavily and started to have an anxiety attack. What's wrong? What's wrong with Nick? Is he here? Is he something else and he's hurt? Why am I hearing this? All I knew was hot tearing rushing down my face.

“Ah!” I heard Alma cry out and I turned around quickly. Confused as I could finally stop crying, I saw her stand up from something large rectangle secret entrance of the room. I ran over to her and helped her up. She rubbed the back of her head as we looked down the staircase, at the end was a hard floor. “What is that?”

“More importantly, how did this open?” I asked. I looked around, looking for something until I saw one of Hadrian shoes, so I picked it up and threw it at the window. It went right threw it out into the pouring rain.

I looked down at the staircase again and curiosity grew.

“Oh no, please tell me you don't wanna go down there.” Alma said.

“What if it's somewhere safe?” I asked. “Clearly it isn't safe in here anymore, the window is wide open.”

“And if it's not safe down there?” she asked, giving me a 'huh?' look. “Do you just like danger, Nevaeh? Is that why you date that damn Demon? You like danger, it excites you?”

“Would it be a crazy answer if I said yes?” I sarcastically asked. “I'm going.”

I turned and stepped down the ladder.

I looked around, trying to look for Rien but I couldn't find him. I wasn't sure if I was looking for him to kill him or to figure out where he went. It's like he just disappeared along with Senka. I have no idea where both went.

Reaching down towards a dead Demon and taking the silver stake out of his chest, I watched closely at the teleporter every moment, every area he went. It was like a pattern. He would go to the right, left, his other left, then his first right. After his second left, I threw my arm back and with a grunt, I tossed the tossed the stake at his first right. I grinned when it hit him and even though I missed his chest, Aracelia was near him and she finished him off.

“Nick! No!” I heard behind me and I turned my head to see Nick Morrow being stabbed in his abdomen. The girl Thea rushed over and killed the Demon that had stabbed him from behind. Nick fell and Thea lowered next to him, lifting him up. She shook him, “Nick? Nick!” she cried out, tears rushing down her face. She grabbed his face, “You listen to me Nick Morrow, don't you die on me. You hear me, please. I love you. Okay? There, I said it. I'll follow you anywhere, I promise. Please, Nick! I love you! I love you! I love you.”

Turning around, I walked over to them. I bent down and I grabbed Thea by her arm. I lifted her up and I grabbed her arm she flung up with the knife in her hand. I gave her a hard look, “I'm on your side, girl.” I said as I pushed her aside. I bent down and lifted Nick up from his shirt. He coughed up blood and he looked up at me confused. I reached down and grabbed his chin, “I do not know how many time I've wished for you to die. Such irony.” I said as I lowered myself, forcing his mouth open.

“Get away from him!” I heard Thea behind me. “I said—hey!”

I didn't look up to see what happened for her to be cut off. I felt the pressure in my throat as a soul came out from my body. My bones felt like someone was grasping them so tightly, dangerously close to breaking them. Nick gasped as the soul went into his mouth and his body shook.

I lifted myself up, breaking the soul from leaving anymore. He only needed a little to be able to heal. I don't know how strong he will be, but the wound would heal and he wouldn't die. He propped himself up on his elbow, coughing, “That was disgusting!”

“Believe me, I didn't enjoy it either.” I said as I got up and held out my arm. He took my hand and I lifted him up, “Don't mention it—literally, don't ever.”

“Don't want people to know you're going soft?” he asked, amused.

I gave him a cold look, “Don't ever mention it.”

“Nick!” Thea cried out and she attacked him with a hug, cling onto his waist, pressing her face against his chest.

I saw a knife fly across my face and my eyes widen. I turned my head to see Rien and I arched my eyebrow at him. Did he just kill a cousin?

I flipped off the table and brought the knife down into the Demon chest. Wipping the blood off from around my mouth that was mix with sweat, I ran over to Aracelia side and knicked the Demon away from her, “Where are they?”

“They'll be here.” she said, taking the gun out from her holster and shot the Demon in the chest, killing him.

“We can't wait any longer!” I yelled, fighting another Demon. Another came and it was hard fighting to Demon when you becoming exhausted but I did it. “Aracelia!”

She looked at me, “I can't control how long Malachi and Kiyoshi takes—behind you!” she screamed but it was two late. Something pierced my back and I could feel it drive through my back. All the air escaped from my mouth and I couldn't breath in. A burning feeling from my chest fired up, something I never felt before. I looked down to see it was some Demon weapon that had barbs on it. It was covered in my own blood and it slid out of me. My back arched as it slid out and I fell forward, but Aracelia caught me.

“Dante!” she yelled before aiming the gun at the Demon until it wouldn't fire, just making clicking sound.

I could feel my heart starting to race, working hard to keep my alive but more blood rushing out of the wound. I felt blood come up my throat like how vomit does and I coughed, blood being spit out.

“I know were you can take him.” I heard above me. I didn't recognize the voice at all, but it was some old Northern European accent.

“Aracelia, listen to him.” I heard Hadrian.

I could feel Aracelia hand tighten on my arm and she cried out frusterally, “Fine.”

In the corner of my eyes, I saw Hadrian reached down and take my arm, lifting me up with Aracelia taking my other arm. They put both of my arms around their shoulders and forced me to moved over to a door. I didn't know the face of the Demon in front of me, all I saw was black hair.

He lid us into the room and I saw his face. We went forward as he locked the doors. Aracelia leaded me over to a table and they forced me on top of it. Aracelia ripped my shirt until it was off and I cried in pain. Shakingly, I reached up and touched the wound, “God damnit, I wasn't paying attention.” I said.

I let my head fell against the table and stared up at the ceiling. I almost wanted to cry and I haven't cried since I was child. Maybe a week after my parents died. I was living with Uncle Miguel and he was telling me stories of him and my father life. That was the last time I cried and I never cried again, probably until this moment because I felt some tears rushing out of my eyes.

I didn't want to die.

I could hear the familiar laughter in my ears and I wasn't even gone. I wasn't strong enough, I was dying and he will come into this world. I hated myself for letting this happen. Maybe I wasn't as strong as I thought I was. I reached up on Hadrian side and grabbed his shirt, turning my head to look at him, “Kill him, you do it. I don't want her to have to do it all over again.”

Hadrian opened his mouth but I felt a pair of hands grab my face, forcing my head to turn to look at Aracelia. Tears rush down her face, shaking her head, “No, you won't leave like Eric did. You're life haven't even started yet, Dante. I-I'll save you, Dante. I couldn't save Eric, I won't let someone else I care about die.”

I saw lighted in the corner of my eyes and we all looked up at the skylight to see a helicopter. I closed my eyes, feeling relief now that this will hopefully get finished now that Malachi and Kiyoshi was here with more Hunter. They were famous Hunters, so all of this will hopefully be finished soon.

I opened my eyes when I heard Aracelia panting. She was wiping blood off a dagger but then she paused. She stared down at the smear blood for a moment before looking at Hadrian. Confused, I looked at Hadrian and he looked confused as well. The sweat and blood on my face felt cold on my face and I coughed roughly, spitting blood out. I squeezed my eyes closed and I saw a familiar pair of blazing green eyes. My blood turned cold and I tried to open my eyes, but I couldn't.

“Give me your arm.” I heard Aracelia.

“Huh?”

Dante, he said and I shook my head. He stepped fully out of the darkness he has been hiding behind for the last twenty-one years and my heart almost stopped. Just like I have always heard, the Demon who will possess my body once I leave this Earth did exactly look just like me. Like a child, I was scared and didn't know what to do.

He walked towards me and grinned, his top and body canines were sharp, 'My name Vaclav. I'm a Letun Demon.'

Hearing my own heart beat in my heart, I swallowed the hard lump in my throat, “You're—you're a Serpent?”

He shrugged his right shoulder, “You were blessed with good looks.” His grin grew, “We were blessed. You were always a ladies man, right? You're a dangerous Mortal, Dante. You had that power to draw women in for a reason. I feed on grieving women. That Nephilim, still broken hearted over that Incubus Hadrian because they couldn't be together. The Angel Aracelia, grieving over her first ever true love that she had to give up and couldn't save.”

Bring my hands up over my ear, I pressed them roughly against them as I shook my head, “No, no! Shut up, now! I'm not ready.”

You all never are, but you were only placed on this planet for one reason Dante.” he said. “To help bring me here. You're mother did a good thing, until she had left the Coven. She was to weak, to scared. It's why she was killed, because she was a deserter!”

Shut up!” I said, crying.

She thought changing her name would hide who she was, but she was wrong!” he said.

I continued to shake my head, “Our father, who art in in Heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespasses against us—“

Blah! Blah! Blah!” Vaclov said. “That will not work my friend, He can not save you now.”

I opened my eyes and I cried when I turned my head to see Vaclov walking towards me. Tears rushed down my face as he stood next to Hadrian. Hadrian shoulders jerked and his body stiffen. I saw a hand come across my face and I didn't feel it press against my cheek as Aracelia turned my face look up at her Angelic face.

She put her hand under my head and propped it up, forcing a wooden cup between my lips. She forced my head back and the dark thick liquid in the vase went into my mouth and down my throat, “He can't have you.” she said to me. “Not now—not ever.”
