+Aracelia.+

I walked into Sierra home and kicked the door closed with my foot since my hands were busy. I heard the TV on and everyone watching some boxing game with the men cheering. I walked passed it and they were indeed going crazy who which was one was winning.

I walked into the kitchen and set the box down. Sierra and Nellie gave me a confused look as they walked over and I opened the lid. It was a square shaped caked with white icing and blue decorations with Azariah name in the middle with a blue fondant ribbon on the bottom.

“Oh,” Sierra said, clearly surprised. “It's pretty, Aracelia. Nevaeh will love it.”

“I hope.” I said. “Where is she?”

“Her and Dante went somewhere but she said she'll be back by nine or ten.” she said. She sighed, “That girl talks to me so much less now, but as long as she isn't trapping herself in her room I can't complain. But she'll be so excited when she gets home and sees it.”

“That's good.” I said, nodding my head. That is good, Dante is with her. Guilt filled my body, worse thing I could ever feel in the world since I did something I shouldn't have. How stupid could I have been? I was just so vulnerable which never happens and just needed someone comfort. It was a horrible selfish thing of me to do though and it'll never happen again. I just don't know if I could look at Dante again, things about him reminded me of Eric and I guess that's why I kissed him.

I saw a little blonde hair girl run over and jumping, trying to look at the cake. Damini wasn't wearing her scarf over her hair because Sierra had put it in two pigtails. It didn't seem to mind Damini, I guess because she thought it made things less hot for her. “Is that cake?” she excitedly asked me since I was the only one that spoke Hindi. Her blue eyes were wide and excited. “Can I have some? Aunt Navika never let me have any.”

“Just have to wait till Nevaeh gets home, it is her surprise cake.” I said and she pouted.

Sierra walked over to the cabinet and opened it, taking out a box of cookies, “Damini cookie?” she suggested as she took three out and Damini eyes widen again, running over and took them.

She turned to leave but paused and turned back around, “Oh, uh thank you!” she said to Sierra in English and Sierra smiled down at her. Leo had to remind her every time they gone somewhere to say 'thank you' in English. She went back into the living room and I arched my eyebrows at Sierra.

“I know that sad look anywhere.” she said, chuckling. “She wanted cake, but since it's Nevaeh you had to tell her no until Nevaeh gets home.”

“Made me seem like such the bad guy.” I mumbled and Sierra frowned. “No, don't worry. Anyways,” I said, taking the cake out of the box and set it down, “I realized I judged the thi—the baby to hard and the last thing I ever want to do is judge.”

Sierra smiled brightly, “She'll love to hear that.” she said as she wrapped her arms around me tightly. “We're going to be grandmas!”

I forced a smile and nodded, “Yeah. New baby, it'll be a fine thing.”

A knock at the door made us go quiet. Nellie, Sierra, and I all looked at each other confused since we weren't expecting anyone. I grabbed a knife off the counter and walked out into the hallway. The others didn't pay attention to the noise since boxing was more important. I wrapped my hand around the knob and opened the door quickly.

I looked at someone who I haven't seen in over eight hundred years. It wasn't a good reason, when you avoid someone for that long time it's always for a bad reason and Kiyoshi did something bad. He told the truth. His fall was always a secret, we all didn't know why he fell since he was the Eighth Archangel up in Heaven. When Lucifer Rebellion was happening, Kiyoshi took his side because he was angry with Him like all the others. Kiyoshi was pure but he knew if he did something that wasn't, it would be his will against God but after awhile he started to feel guilty and begged for God forgiveness when the fall happened. God forgave him and didn't send him with Lucifer, but to Earth to live here for entirety. He kept it for a second for thousands and thousands of years until he finally told us. I guess most of us didn't feel very forgiving for his betrayal.

But I knew why he was here. He was Saya father.

He still looked the same. His long black hair tied back in a ponytail, always dressed in white, his dark eyes still gloomy in them, and stood high with great posture.

“Just perfect.” I said.

“Do you always open the door with knives in your hand sister?” he asked, amused as he looked down at my hand where the kitchen knife was.

“Only when I sense something bad is around.” I said to him. “Why are you here Kiyoshi?”

“My daughter is staying here.” he said. “This is nothing between you and I, Aracelia. Let me in so I can see her.”

I coldly stared at him for a moment but stepped back since I knew I couldn't refuse him to wanting to see his child. He stuffed his hands in his white dress pants and walked in. Saya walked out of the living room and leaned against the entrance, smiling at him, “Hello father.”

Kiyoshi smiled and walked over to her, hugging her tightly, “Saya.” he said as he ran his hand up and down her hair. “You're safe, thank God.” Kiyoshi pulled from the hug, “My, look at you. I haven't seen you this—well, you look happy Saya.”

“Leaving was a good idea.” Saya said. “I'm not getting any younger, I shouldn't spend these years trapped there.”

“I only thought it was the best idea to keep you safe.” Kiyoshi said. “You are my first daughter, I'm extra protective of you.”

“Today was a total waste of a day.” I heard Nevaeh frustratedly say and I turned to see her walking up the staircase with an angry look and Dante was behind her. He lowered his head when our made eyes made contact and the guilt returned. “I know someone knows where he is.”

I turned to face Nevaeh with a smile, “Nevaeh, you're back.” She paused and looked at me, then looked down at my hand and arched her eyebrow at me. Realizing I still had the knife in my hand, my eyes widen, “Oh this? I was cleaning and forgot it was in my hand.”

“Uh-huh.” she said then turned her head to look Kiyoshi confused.

“Kiyoshi, this is my daughter. Nevaeh, this is Kiyoshi my brother.” I said.

“Oh.” she said with a much more nicer tone. “Hello, nice to meet you. If you excuse me, I'm going up to my room and—“

“No!” I said, stepping in front of her and her eyebrows furrowed together. “I have something for you, I want to show you. Maybe it'll cheer you up.”

“What is it?” she asked.

“I have come to realize I have been a—“ I cleared my throat, forcing the word out since I was much of a fan of dirty words. “A bitch about the new member of the family. Azariah is my grandchild, he is my blood. I judged to hard before even knowing what he is.”

“What's going on?” Kiyoshi asked and I held my hand up, a sign saying to be quiet and he scoffed, rolling his eyes.

“I can see myself in you, Nevaeh.” I said. “I was protective of you when I learned I was pregnant and wanted nothing but greatness for you. I guess I was pushing a little to hard for you, I do have to remember you are just a girl and how I have been acting so selfish. I shouldn't try to make you into something your not and let you decide your own fate. A mother only wants her best for her child, so I hope you forgive me Nevaeh.”

She lifted her chin up, “And you won't be calling him an 'it' anymore?” she asked and I nodded. “You promise to love him and spoil him?” she asked and again, I nodded. “And not to ever call him evil no matter what? He is just a baby.”

Stiffening my smile, I nodded, “Promise.”

She arched her eyebrow, “What made you change your mind?”, she asked and I saw Dante move behind her awkwardly.

“I—I realized no matter what, I don't ever want to lose you again. You're my daughter and I love you, so even something like ever comes up again I will support your decisions.” I said.

She stared at me for a moment before a smile appeared on her face, “I can never hold a grudge for to long. I forgive you, Aracelia.”

I smiled at her, “Great. Now I want to show you something.” I said as I took her hand. “Close your eyes.”

She chuckled and closed them. I lid her into the kitchen and pulled her in front of the cake, “Okay, open them.”

She did as I said—which is the first I must say—and gasped. A big smile appeared on her face and I saw her eyes water up, but she blinked them back, “It's so cute. You didn't have to, Aracelia.”

“I wanted to.” I told her.

Dante was holding me on the ground with his arm around my neck. Keeping myself up while I shift my right foot on the ground, I lifted us up and I jabbed my elbow back against his stomach. He took in a sharp breath as his hold loosen and I reached my hands back around his neck, knocking him down with my foot, and tossed him over my shoulder. He slammed on the ground, his eyes widen as he stared up at the sky.

He chuckled, “Okay, I'm done.” he said as he turned and stood up. “You're only good because of that Angel blood. If you didn't have that, you're ass would be dead.”

“She should be inside resting.” Aracelia said as she came out on the backyard porch and put her hands on her waist. “You might be at less risk of harming him, but it's still dangerous.”

“I'm fine.” I said, annoyed. “I feel so much energy, I'm not tired anymore and I don't want to spend my time being a couch potato.”

“I wanna try something.” Courtney said as she came out. “Teach me.”

“Courtney,” I started as I put my hands on my waist, sweating trailing down my forehead. “How about you go hang out with your friends? You haven't seen them in awhile.”

She walked down the steps towards me, “No, I don't want to. I want to learn how to fight.” she said as she came over to me.

“You're fourteen.” I said. “Wait until your seventeen to start training. Believe me, you'll be glad you waited.”

“I don't want to wait!” she stubbornly said. “I want to learn now. I was taken because I couldn't defend myself and now look at me. Nevaeh, just like you I'm not a normal girl anymore. I bet I can kick both your butts now because I'm a Lycan.”

“No, you're a normal girl.” I said to her. “You aren't one of them.”

“Nevaeh, I can say it to myself now.” she said. “I can say it without it hurting. I've accepted it, there's no going back so why should I be depressed about it? I'm not going to hate myself about who I am.”

“No, I'm not teaching you.” I said. “Go to the mall, get your nails done. Anything you can do so you can spend your teenager years doing greats things to remember.” I said as I turned to walk over to the kicking pad but I felt a pair of hand touch my back, pushing me.

I scoffed, turning around to face my sister, “Did you just push me?”

She shrugged, “So what if I did?”

“Don't be a child about this.” I said and she pushed me again. Glaring at my bratty sister, I stepped towards her, “Stop that.”

“Or what?” she asked, tilting her head.

“Or I'm going to give you an ass beating.” I said.

“Or your just going to get one.” she said cockily and I knew it was because she was tempting me. She wanted me to fight with her, all because she wanted to train early. “Worried I might be a better fighter?”

I scoffed, chuckling, “I'm already trained, I know what I’m doing. I'll know every trick you try and block them.”

“You can't be the special one forever, Nevaeh.” she said and my face soften until she pushed me again, making my look go hard again as my hands balled into a tight fist.

Not really wanting to embarrass my sister, I tried one more time, “Courtney, no.” I said as I turned around and she didn't push me.

“Ah!” I heard Dante voice and I quickly turned around to see him holding his nose. “Holy shit. What is with you Brownstone girls and punching me in the nose!” he said coldly. He lowered his hands and widen his eyes, moving his nose, “God, I don't have time to get plastic surgery on my nose if it gets ruin.”

“Courtney!” I said, surprised at her.

“I've killed someone already, why not?” she asked. She punched Dante again, this time under his eyes, and when she went to punch him, he grabbed her fist and knocked her under her feet with his right foot. She got back up quickly and kicked him pretty quickly no human would have ever done. She was short like me compared to Dante but she still was able to lift herself up on her tip toes and put her hands on his shoulder, bending him down and bring her knee up to his stomach.

“Okay!” I said as I walked over to her. “I'll teach you some stuff. Talk to Uncle Carter about training you early, it'll give him something to do.” I said and she smiled, pleased.

I looked at my baby bump in the mirror as I ran my hand down my belly. It was finally a bump, I was wondering if I was going to show but now I'm seventeen weeks and if you just look at me you can tell. My bump was bigger than usual, but I wasn't a tall girl. My belly was actually hard all around. I've only been around a few pregnant women before and one of them was a teacher. I always felt to awkward to ask to touch their stomach. I didn't think our belly actually got hard.

My mom walked into the room, “Look at that bump.”

I turned my head to look at her and smiled, “Were you this big while you were pregnant?”

“I'm five-seven, so no. I didn't even start showing until really my fifth month.” she said. “Your father was obsessed with my bump, always rubbing it and speaking to Courtney in the womb.”

“I can picture him doing that.” I said. I looked at myself in the mirror and frowned, “I wish Hadrian could be here, so we can do that. I really don't want him to miss anything.”

“You doing great, Nevaeh.” she said. “What is this talk though that you went out last night with Dante and attacking Demons to find some Demon name Armando?”

“He knows people in Senka court.” I said. “I need to find him. I find Armando, I find Senka new location, and then I find Hadrian and bring him back.”

“Are you postive he's alive?” she asked and I frowned. “Honey, I don't mean to say that or want to but—if he can go inside your dream why hasn't he?”

“I don't know, but Azariah says he is.” I said. “Azariah is close with his dad apparently and he's been inside Hadrian dreams. I'm going to find Hadrian and bring him back here. We're going get married and be a family, that isn't going to change.”

Short and a little boring but the next chapter will be good! Stay tone.
