Evelyn

With a great difficulty I opened my eyes and stretched my hands to get the water bottle as I'm feeling thirsty, but I found its empty. Heaving a sigh I stepped down from bed and saw Blake's sleeping form facing his back to me.

I quietly made my way downstairs to kitchen and grabbed a water bottle from refrigerator, taking a few gulps I sighed and leaned on kitchen counter. After a few minutes I heard the same rattling sounds from last night... I took steps towards the same store room and opened the door....

A scream escaped from my mouth  taking the horrific scene in front of me. The white board was covered with red blood and the words 'Watch your back, we're coming for you!'  were written on it... The furniture was moved in different angles and the room was a mess....

I scanned the room and found no one there  "Eve, what happened?"  I heard Blake's voice from behind and turning around I hugged him as my body is shaking in horror and fear.

We heard footsteps approaching and our friends are already wide awake "What happened guys?" Duke asked watching me...

Flora yanked me away from my boyfriend and the boys followed Blake into the room while me and girls stood outside "We should go inside" Julia insisted..

Flora shook her head "Have you seen her state? We should be with her..."  she swung her arm around me in comfort.

"I'll be okay. You guys can go" I assured them and they exchanged looks with Flora but however they left me at the door. I didn't go inside and stood still at my spot....

I can see boys inspecting the room while Blake stood there intensely staring at the words on the board. Harry and Nate were on either side of him and doing the same reading the words.....

"Is that blood?" Noah spoke breaking the silence in the room.

"I guess it is blood from the bad stench coming from it"  Duke said sniffing his fingers which is covered in red liquid.

"Guys! Come here..."  Tony and Derek yelled at same time.

Girls and boys went to the sliding door and I can't see a thing because my view was blocked by their figures "Is that a cat?" Catherine shrieked.

"Yes baby it is" Noah answered her...

"So its the cats blood guys" James stated.

Is it the same guy from last night who did this?

Why are they chasing after us?

What do they want?

"We've to clean this mess only after capturing it in our mobiles. Derek can you do that for me?" Blake's voice brought me back from my thoughts..

"Sure" I heard Derek's reply.

"Come on girls you can leave now. We can manage everything from here" Tom said nodded at his girlfriend who looked unsure.

"Flora, take your friends to living room. We'll join you guys soon!" Nate stated and she's about to protest but he glared at her. She blinked and lead the girls outside the room, Harry closed the door on our faces.

We sat on the big couch "Who can it be?" Flora muttered.

"I'm scared girls, what if they kill us too..." Lina spoke looking at us.

"They're just scaring us. Okay, nothing will happen. Don't worry" I assured them even though I'm freaking out inside.

"What does they want from us? We're just teenagers" Clara reasoned biting her finger nails.

We heard the door swung open and our heads snapped in that direction. Duke gave us a fake smile and walked away from us probably checking for any damages in the entire house....

After an hour the boys came out and we sat in silence at living room... I noticed Blake's not here...

Where did this guy left? 

I hugged my body as the cool air entered inside because Duke opened all the windows in the room, a blanket was wrapped around my figure instantly warming up my body. I looked up and saw Blake caressing my face, he let out a sigh and left my side.

"So anyone have an idea on who could be these freaks?" James spoke.

"We don't know" Tom answered him

"Come on they entered inside the house means they're watching our every step...Think who might they be?" Duke pressed further looking already pissed.

"You checked the whole house right?" Blake asked leaning against the wall folding his arms across chest.

"Yeah.. All the doors and windows were tight and closed"  Duke answered him.

"Then how the hell they entered inside!?" Nate yelled frustrated

"Guys I remembered my dad saying he provided a underground entry to this house" Noah said casually shoving his hands in pockets.

"Idiot you're saying this now!" Tom said slapping his shoulder.

"Ow! That hurts you bulky man..." 

"Then last night isn't your hallucination Evelyn.. He's here inside the house!" Harry spoke getting our attention...

My eyes went wide hearing his words,he promised me that he won't tell anyone about this....

"What are you talking about Harry?" Blake asked leaning away from wall and made his way towards the couch.

I'm dead! He'll lent out his anger on me... Be ready Eve!

I shook my head at Harry but nonetheless giving me an apologetic look he turned to Blake "Last night I woke up in the middle and found Evelyn standing in front of that room looking horrified.. She said she saw a man pointing a gun towards her and when I approached her he already fled" he stopped when he saw the look on Blake's face..

"What he's saying is true?" Blake asked me kneeling down beside me.

I nodded weakly ready to feel his wrath "Why didn't you guys tell me this before?" he yelled glaring at me and Harry.

"I wanted to tell you but she protested saying it could be her hallucination..." Harry explained.

Blake let out a sigh closing his eyes for a minute and opened them again "Do you have any idea what could have happened to you if Harry didn't come there at right time!!"  he gritted out glaring at me.

"You could have been killed Evelyn!"

"You guys did a mistake without telling us, this is not a child's play!" he yelled standing up beside me.

"I'm sorry.. I don't want you guys to be worried and also...." he cut me off...

"Because of you we all could have been killed. You put us in danger, do you know that!!" he yelled at me.

Tears started welling up in my eyes and dropped down my face...

"Stop it Blake! You're saying as if she brought us here and put us all in danger... Its not her fault. Don't you dare yell at her!" Duke defended me glaring at my boyfriend..

"Yes, Duke's right! Why are you getting angry on her if its not her fault" Nate spoke shaking his head at his friend.

"Guys go and check on that underground tunnel. We may find something..." Flora said trying to loosen up the tension inside the room.

The boys left except for Harry "I'm so sorry Evelyn. Its not a good idea to keep it from Blake.. We've got enemies from our childhood. He's just worried about our safety, that's it. Don't feel bad, okay!" I just nodded at him wiping my face.

In the morning at 5 we went to our rooms and slept in as we woke up in the middle of the night. Blake didn't come to our room, so I slipped off into darkness waiting for him....

I woke up when my mobile started ringing, sitting up I checked on it and found a few messages. I opened it and saw a few clicks from day before last night where Harry and me hugging, harry cupping my face and my other pics with Harry....

'Guess what hotty! I've send these pics to your boyfriend. He must have seen them already.... Get ready to break up with him!'

What the hell? Oh god...!

I ran downstairs and saw my friends were having breakfast "Good morning Eve" Flora greeted me.

Blake looked up at me and went back eating his food "Evelyn, come join us" Harry spoke motioning me to take a seat beside him.

"Hmm... Blake where's your mobile? I want to talk with mom, my mobile crashed last night"  I asked hesitantly hoping he'd answer me.

"Its upstairs in our room" I nodded and climbed stairs in hurry.

I saw it was lying on the bed side table, grabbing it I unlocked with password and checked his texts. I found nothing but an empty inbox.... I set it back on table and went to take a shower.

Its empty! Did he deleted the pics?

No no. He would have yell at me if he saw those pics, but nothing happened that means that guy didn't send them to Blake....

Letting out a sigh in relief I turned on the shower and after my business I pulled on my jeans and t-shirt and made my way outside to the room.

I saw Blake playing on his mobile sitting on the bed, I dried my hair and pulled it into a ponytail. I was tying the bracelet which he gave me on my left wrist when he spoke "Why did you ask my mobile?" 

I turned around and saw him looking at me waiting for my answer "Uh... I just asked to talk with my mom" I lied

"You're lying. Tell me the truth Eve!"  He stood up and made his way towards me.

"No no... Why w-would I lie to you!" 

He unlocked his mobile and showed it to me... There my pictures with harry were playing in a slideshow. My eyes went wide "This the reason you asked me for my mobile right?"  he stated and I looked at him in horror....

My mouth went dry and he started taking steps towards me reducing the distance between us. I kept walking back until my back hit the wall  "The text said you were cheating on me. Is that true Cupcake?"  he asked while breathing out.

"No no. I'll never cheat on you Blake... This guy framed me using those pictures so that you'll break up with me... I would never do that to you!" I answered sobbing hard...

"You're keeping secrets from me Evelyn. You're lying to me... I didn't expect this from you! You hurt me..."  he said. His voice breaking at the last sentence and I did the one thing I wanted to do from last night... I hugged him "I'm sorry for lying on your face Blake. I'll tell you everything now... Please don't leave me. I can't live without you!" 

After a minute he pulled away from me and made me sit on the couch. He wiped my tears and hugged me again so that my head is leaning on his chest "I'm not leaving you cupcake. Tell me now" he whispered.

I explained him everything about the texts and calls from unknown number and also about the creepy guy who stared at me through the window that night and at last about the Mysterious guy who intruded into the house....

He looks pissed off but he didn't yell at me and for that I'm relieved "Why didn't you tell me this before?" 

"I thought those were empty threats and..." he cut me off...

"Empty threats! See where did you brought us. Are you happy now?"  he shouted but I didn't say anything and kept my head down.

"Do you think this unknown guy did that all mess?"  I asked him.

"I'm sure he's the one! It was all planned to scare you and to take pictures of you both so that I'd break up with you after seeing them...."  he spoke staring into distance...

"But he's wrong if he thought I'd leave you after seeing some silly pictures" he added glancing at me . A small smile crawled up on my face, I jumped on his lap and kissed him.

"What will we do next?" I asked pulling away.

"We should leave this place"  he stated making me to stand up from couch along with him.

"But why? Aren't we leaving tomorrow?"  I asked disappointed.

"This place isn't safe anymore Evelyn! We've to get out of here..."  he said dragging me downstairs, towards our friends.
