Evelyn

My inner talk was interrupted by his voice, I came out of my trance and  saw his face filled with hope.

"If you don't go now, you'll miss the fun" he said coming and standing in front of me. I stared at him frowning still not convincing.

"Harry, he'll bring her. Let's go!" I heard Flora's voice from somewhere, she told others to follow her.

"I'll be there with you Evelyn, I promise!" he said bringing out his hand for me to take it.

"Come on" he said pointing at his hand. I smiled and placed my palm on his... We ran towards the ride and then I saw an empty car which is the first one and remaining were all occupied.

If you fall down from there, you’ll definitely die Evelyn! But then Blake's with me nothing will happen to me, I thought and then we got into the first car hand in hand. We buckled up and soon it started. My heart pounded fastly against my chest and my breathing came out heavily. I felt something on my hand and glanced down to see Blake squeezing it,I then lift my eyes to see him staring at me with a smile.

I nodded and watched ahead to see we're going with more speed and taking tight turns, till now we took a few turns and now there's a steep slope ahead. I started screaming like I'd die in next few minutes, Blake started  laughing seeing my face but I can't help because I'm the only daughter to my mother. I closed my eyes and gripped Blake's palm tightly still screaming out of my lungs.

"Evelyn, its over. You can open your eyes" I heard Blake's voice near my ear. But I still feel like I'm floating in air, trusting his words I opened my eyes to see we're near to another slope. I started screaming again and he started laughing like previously. If not in this situation I'd be happy to see him laughing because of me.

"Its finally over, come on get up"

"No. You're lying, I won't come!" I said still not opening my eyes.

"Evelyn, remaining members already left. Do you want to take another ride?" he spoke with perks of amusement in his voice, making me to open my eyes. I glanced around and saw we're alone here still sitting inside the car. He helped me to get out and we walked out with hand in hand.

"How's it?" Harry asked wiggling his eyebrows at us. His gaze went down to our intertwined hands making us to pull apart.Blake ran his fingers through his hair and glanced around while I joined Flora who's planning on taking some funny pictures to escape from Harry's annoying questions.

Nextly they walked to somewhere I don't know and then I glanced ahead and saw the horror house.

Did these guys planned on killing me today or what? Just now I came escaping from that death trap of roller coaster.

"Ah... Harry I'm not feeling well, I'll just go sit somewhere. You guys can call me after this" I said and was about to leave but he blocked my way.

"Where are you going little Eve? This is the best part in this whole amusement park plan " he said giving me a mischievous smile.

I pleaded him with my eyes but he shook his head and literally dragged me into that cave. Its pitch dark inside  and I can't see anything at all, I roamed my hands around to get hold of him but no, he left me alone in this dark house.

"Harry?"

"Flora?"

"Nate?"

"Where they went?"

I hugged myself because its quite chilly inside here. I spotted a few red lights at corners and following them I took slow steps and walked inside while praying god to not leave my side.

"Guys, please come out! Its not fun anymore!"

I felt a presence behind me, I turned around and saw nothing and I continued to move watching the skeletons lying here and there and screams which will be played inside this cave coming from somewhere. I heard sounds of water streams and saw a small waterfall and streams flowing under the bridge where I'm standing.Its the only place where I saw a incandescent bulb illuminating with high intensity. I started breathing heavily and thought to run and find the out door but its too dark and I can't find the damn door.

I felt like I'm trapped inside, my vision went blur and I saw a dark figure passing in front of me.

"Who's there?"

No answer!

I heard shuffling sounds from behind and turned again to see nothing, I turned ahead and saw a dark figure approaching me, I started screaming and ran the way from which I came. At some point I stumbled and fell to ground, I heard the footsteps coming towards me so I stood up hastily and continued to run and scream out of my lungs.

I soon reached the same spot, the waterfalls and saw someone standing there facing back to me. I screamed and then the figure turned, now I got to see his face.

It's Blake! 

"Blake!" he went still and stood there alarmed. I ran and hugged him tightly as he's my only savior in this dark cave. I shook violently in his arms, after sometime I relaxed inhaling his delicious scent.

"What happened?"  he asked rubbing my back.

"H- he's.. chasing me" I stuttered and pointed a finger behind us without breaking the hug.

After a few minutes I heard his booming voice  which is enough to drive away anyone "Leave!" 

"Come! Let's get you outta here" he pulled away and took my hand intertwining our fingers. I let out a sigh in relief and we made our way out.

Once outside, we saw the others were eating fries and doughnuts without worrying about me. Harry was laughing at  Derek who's telling something to him,as soon as he caught us he stopped laughing and wiping his hands with tissues he came to us and stood in front of me. Without wasting a second I slapped him hard which is enough to grab the attention from others. Their eyes went wide and I heard flora gasped watching us.... My face was stained with tears and I don't have energy to explain what happened inside that dark cave.

"I'm leaving!" I stated in monotone.

I glanced at Blake and mouthed a thank you. I then started walking towards the exit, calling my mom I told her that I'd be home in an hour. I thought to take a cab to home.

Just before I can go out, a hand gripped my wrist I turned and saw Flora giving a sad smile.

"What?" I asked avoiding her stare.

"I'm sorry. It's my plan actually... Its not Harry's fault. He just followed my orders" she explained squeezing my hands.

"Why did you guys do that?" I asked while dropping my gaze to floor.

"We wanted to get you guys closer, you know... Blake and you!" she winked at me.

"Flora, can't you see I'm avoiding him the whole day. And he doesn't even look my way or even talk to me once then what will make the difference by planning a plot like this?"

She smiled brightly at me "Evelyn, you're right. But you know Blake is too stubborn to accept his feelings, what will happen if you throw a stone. He's single and you're single......... "  she rattled on.

"You guys make a good couple. Let's wait and see if he's having the same feelings towards you or not? Hmm!"

No I can't do this again and get hurt because of him! I'm still recovering from my last heartbreak and I just can't bear the same pain again and again, Flora couldn't understand my problem that's why she's talking like this. I'll not do anything which concerns him anymore let's see if the fate will bring us together or not!

I shrugged and we gave a hug to each other, she took me back and I'm still angry on Harry because what he did before. So I kept ignoring him the rest of the night.

After that as planned Flora took us to the photo section, where we posed by putting masks and other stuff. I got a few pics of my own and with flora, Nate and Noah. We went on some rides and then finally I bid goodbyes to others, as I'm not talking with Harry, Flora told Noah to send me home. So I left with him.
