Back in the sophomore year, I went to a party where my friends played this weird game. So yeah, When the lights turned off, we have to shuffle our places and have to kiss the person next to us. I bump into someone and I hold that person hesitantly I make a move and grab the face of the person next to me whilst his hand's place on my hips. I crash my lips on him and I kinda feel curves on his body and I was shocked that the person I had been kissing was a girl. But I don't want to stop as I felt something at that time with her maybe a little spark. She gives me more access by opening her mouth and she is enjoying too and why on earth I resist that opportunity. I make the fullest, enter my tongue into her mouth and our tongues move in sync where counting started to turn on the lights.

okay, it's time unclasp our lips but my body resisted. she loosens the grip on me. I let out my hands away from her. And it's time to shuffle again but my fingers stuck in her hairs and somehow I got her earing.

1..And the times up. The shimmering lights make my vision blur a little. I adjust my eyes blinking it many times and a guy was standing beside me.
Honestly, that kiss is kinda special And I need to find out who was that girl. I get to know that I'm bisexual on that day cause I try things with ex-boyfriend and it was quite a good time with him but he had to leave town for some family issues so things didn't work out much in long-distance relationships.

Davina and I were classmates back in school. but we never reach each other. but in senior year we became lab partners and when things started growing between us. I meant not that growing of course a friendship bond build between us and I saw the same earring in her bag that I have of that girl. I ask her where is the other earring and she said it's her favorite earring and she lost it at sophomore year's party. My mind stuck, maybe Davina is the girl that I kissed but am not sure.

After that, I feel that I have a crush on her. But I didn't get any courage to tell her. And I don't even know that she is into girls or not and I don't maybe my confession ruin our friendship and if that happens then how am gonna do my lab homework. she is good at studies where am good at nothing particularly but reading novels.

I organize a Halloween party at my house as my parents are out for business. I requested her to help me with decor and drinks stuff. So here she is helping me with a Halloween decorative item and suddenly the light went out. But less than 1 minute it immediately comes back. and There are still 2 hours left for the party to get started. I don't think my friends are that particular at the time that they reach on time or before in any case. I'm gonna be "Caroline-The barbie vampire from The Vampire Diaries" and she prefers to be "Freya-The Mikaelsons witch"

Davina asks me to pass scissor and her voice gets me back to reality.
"Davina Scott"- she is looking resplendent wearing a black dress up to her knees and hair blonde hair resting on her shoulders. I bite my lips in anxiety .what if she didn't like it to be kissed by me. Though I know I'm not a bad kisser.

I'm going to tell her today that I like her. Suddenly we hear the noise of footsteps from the first floor.
"Hey, do you listen to that"? I asked

"yeah..but you said, there's no one at your house"... she ignored my concern.

okay, now I heard too that screeching sound. "Tell me, this isn't your plan to scare me". she asked me.

"No .. why would I even do that ..when I l..." my subconscious slapped hard when I almost spill the beans.

"When you what?" she asked me instantly.

This time a screeching sound comes into my ears. Only our stairs give that sound. And we are in the room near to the stairs.

"Maybe someone at your house. A thief maybe. we should call someone." She whispered this time...
"wait here". I ordered her.

I got some courage and I check the hall where spooky masks and skeletons hanging all around and this eerie atmosphere which gives me more chills. I saw a shadow on the stairs, a big shadow probably the person wearing a black hoodie. He turns his face to my side. Oh crap... I place a hand on my mouth.

My heart pacing fast.what if he saw me. I locked the door and I grip her wrist instantly. "We need to find a safe place"?.

"Under-bed".
"No. That's lame. He will find us in seconds..".she replied.

"Then in an almirah".
"No Becks..."
I like the way she says to me Becks by the way I'm "Rebecca Smith".

"Then let's go to the bathroom. There's a window too. we can jump if things went nasty".
"Okay cool". we rush to the bathroom immediately and locked the door.

phew, Thankgod, I asked the maid to wash the bathrooms first.

"So do you see his face.."?she asked me leaning on the door. Lights went out again and the commotion in the streets, they are on. There's no chance if we scream for help then anyone can listen to our voice.
I'm afraid of the dark and Davina is standing quite at a distance. I switch on the flashlight of my phone.

"Don't be a kid Becks. If you turn on the light maybe he is gonna find us.". I can't see her face but I manage to stand next to her.

"Girls. Where are you"?? someone said outside with a deep voice.
"so he knows that we are alone". I whispered.
"Of course, he knows, that's why he is here". she put a finger on my forehead. "Use this Becks".
We heard a thud on the room's door. oh god!!. Are we gonna die?

"what the hell" ?? she cried out.
I place my hand on her mouth to shut her little mouth. She licks my hand.

"what the hell Davina". I narrowed my eyes.
"you are ruining my makeup"...she makes a pout. okay, that's a good excuse. I never know that she is possessive about her makeup.

"For how long, we are gonna locked in this room "??.she asks seating on the floor leaning on the door. "Maybe until when he can find something precious in my house".

"hey, now we are locked in this room. can I ask you something"? Maybe this is the hint of god. Now or Never.
yaa shoot. she pulled her knees toward her rested her head and turned her face towards me.

" Do you remember last year's sophomore party"?
she seems amazed when I ask her an unexpected question.

"yeah ..but why. she replied instantly.
Ummm. do you have any idea whom did you kiss.."??

"Yeah. I think I kissed a girl".she said without any hesitation.

"so how was it"??. I ask in excitement but then my subconscious slapped me to be normal.
"umm... It was amazing".
my face flush with her unexpected answer and suddenly the door open and someone grabbed Davina from her hair and locked the room again.
"Stop..".!!!

"Leave her alone .."!! I cried
she screamed leave me and cursing him over and over again.
I need to call someone. police ..yeah police.
but there's no signal. shit. what should I do? I try to open the door by pushing and kicking it.
I saw he is hurting her from a little hole in the lock.
"Stop, please.".!!!
Tears brimming from my eyes. My heart clenched with pain.
And he stabbed her many times in her stomach. In the blink of an eye, she fell on the ground and the door unlocked automatically.
I rushed to Davina who is lying on the floor unconscious, covered in blood.
someone please HELP. I screamed.
"Davina, please stay with me. you'll be fine. I should tell you before that I have your favorite earring and the girl you kissed in sophomore year is none other than me".

"Davina, I like you. please open your eyes". My vision got blurred with tears and lights turned on. And we are surrounded by our classmates who are chuckling and try to stop their laugh.
" Can't you see she is hurt? call an ambulance". I yelled at them.

"But For who"? Someone asked in the crowd.
"For Davina can't you see the blood"? Then I saw that blood in my hands is fake. I turned my face, Davina is gazing at me with those piercing blue eyes and rolling on the floor laughing hard.
"Becks, You kiddo". And here's your killer. The killer takes off his mask and Bryne smirking at me.

"oh god..!!"

Hey by the way Davina it's fun, Bryne hi-five with Davina. and leave Davina and me alone. "shit"!! Then I remember the things I said before. . I stand on my legs which feel like jelly. Embarrassed from the little act. I rushed to my room upstairs.

when I try to lock it someone blocked the doorway none other than Davina with her dress covered with fake blood.

"Let's talk.." she locked the door and leaning on the doorway crossing her arms on her chest whilst I sit on the bed want to hide somewhere.

"Davina, shall we do it another day"? I asked innocently. She moves closer and sits beside me.

"shh.." she places her finger on my lips. before you speak anything." First, give me back my earring".

"what earring.".?? I try to act innocent but that all go in vain as I spill the beans already.

" Aha... Sophomore year remember"?. she raised her brows.

"is it in your pocket"??.
I gulped down the lump of saliva.

"No. it's not". I replied

"yes, it is..." she traces her fingers on my bare shoulder and slightly moves to my jeans pocket in a blink of an eye. She takes out her earring. I take a deep breath my heart pounding fast.

Playing with my hair she whispered in my ear, "so you are the one who kissed me". she pulled me more closer placing one hand on my back. now I'm afraid of her devilish eyes.

"you said it was amazing". I replied

"yes, it is". Traces her finger on my lips. I don't know why but I lick her finger. Now it's my time to make a move.

"so do you want to try that again"? I bite my lower lip in hesitation.

Yup. I wrapped my arms around her as well. I felt her racing heartbeats with my move. Whilst her hands trace my curves sending shivers to my spine.

The light went out again. She turned on the flashlight of her phone. Crash her lips on mine. I pulled her more closer, bite her lowerlip. I think I kissed a girl.she said with chuckles in between.

"Hey, don't you dare to scare me again with that type of prank"? I warned her. I mean that was scary and seems real.

"I can't promise you that though"... She giggles.

"Okay, I'm going then. Find someone else for your prank". I loosen my grip on her and make my way towards the door.
She grabs my wrist and pushed me towards the door and blocked me with her both arms parallel to my face.

"Don't you dare to leave me alone"? She tucks my hair behind my ear and whispers"Happy Halloween Girlfriend".
