It was the time of the morning, the sun rays were shining on the mansion and birds were hovering over it. Some birds were sitting at the corner and were having grains. Muskan heard the car horn and grins her teeth. She turned. As soon as she turned she frowned to see the car.

Muskan: ye to Karan ki car nahi hai phir ye kon hai?

Muskan looked at the car which was standing on the other side of the gate. The window of the car opened and Muskan was surprised to see Karan.

Muskan: Karan?

Muskan: Gate kholen, Kaka.

The security guard opened the door. Muskan was moving to the gate but she got shocked when Sameer leaned toward the steering wheel. Muskan stopped. Sameer smiled to see her.

Muskan: Sameer?

Karan and Sameer got down from the car and they were coming to Muskan who was looking at Sameer.

Karan: Hey, Muskan.

Muskan looked at Karan and smiled but she was still in shock.

Karan hugged Muskan. Sameer looked down because he was feeling awkward. Sameer looked away. Karan and Muskan broke the hug. Muskan looked at Sameer.

Muskan: H, hi, Sameer.

Sameer looked at Muskan. He smiled.

Sameer: Hi. Happy birthday.

Sameer forwards a hand. Avni got surprised to hear that and also she got emotional and she couldn't understand why she is feeling overwhelmed. Sameer was not the one who wished her only but his wish was something really special for her.

Muskan smiled. She shakes her hand with Sameer and she feels something in her heart. She looked at the hands then she looked at Sameer confusingly. She smiled slightly.

Muskan: Thank you.

They took their hands back. Muskan looked at her hand.

Muskan narrates: ek ajeeb sa ehsaas howa tha us din jisay Lafzon main bayan karna shayad mushkil ho. Us se hath milate hi asa laga jaise koi apna mil gaya ho. Koi hamdard mil gaya ho. Pata nahi ye mere akelepan ka asar tha ya phir pyaar mere dil ki chukhat per dastak de chuka tha ye kehna mushkil tha.

Muskan was looking at her hand. She looked at Sameer. Sameer saw her puffy eyes and he felt bad for her.

Karan: sorry aane main late ho gaye.

Muskan: late nahi bohat late.

Sameer: to ab chalen?

Muskan was surprised.

Muskan: aap bhi chalenge?

Sameer looked at her. He looked at Karan then he looked at Muskan.

Sameer: ab, aa, woo.

Muskan: aray aap hichkicha kyun rahe hain maine to ase hi puch liya.

Sameer smiled.

Sameer: han wo thora awkward feel kar raha tha.

Muskan: don't be. It's ok. In fact, mujhe acha laga aap aye. It means a lot.

Sameer and Karan smiled.

Karan: dekha maine kaha tha na.

Muskan smiled.

Muskan: please come inside.

Sameer: no, it's ok. I think ab humain chalna chahiye.

Muskan: bilkul bhi nahi. Ye humare ghar ki tradition rahi hai ke hum ghar aye mehman ko ase nahi jane dete aur jo first time aye usay to bilkul bhi nahi.

Muskan smiled.

Muskan: Mere Dad hamesha kehte the ke humain guests ko khush dili se accept karna chahiye aur un ki khub saiwa karni chahiye is se mehman aur God dono ki bohat khush hote hain.

Sameer smiled.

Muskan: to phir main aap ko ase kaise jane de sakti hun.

Muskan smiled.

Muskan: aaiye.

Sameer: lekin bache wait kar rahe honge.

Muskan: kar to rahe honge. Ye sab is idiot Karan ki waja se howa hai. Ab penalty lagegi.

Karan: oh hello madam meri waja se nahi Sameer ki waja se pehle is ke ghar jaga para.

Sameer: main penalty dene ke liye tiyar hon.

Muskan: aray nahi is ki koi zarorat nahi hai.

Karan: aray wah janab to sudhar gaye.

Muskan: shut up.

They smiled.

Muskan: waise to late hone ki penalty main pehle hi bhej chuki hun lekin phir bhi unhe wait hoga mera. Aap aaiye sirf panch minute.

Sameer looked at Karan who nods. Muskan was noticing them, she smiled. Sameer looked at Muskan nods. They smiled.

Muskan was about to go.

Muskan: waise coffee ya tea?

Sameer: tea.

Muskan smiled and said OK.

Muskan: aunty, three teas.

The maid nods and goes.

Muskan: andar chalen?

Karan: yahan lawn main theek rahega. Wahan wo tera bodyguard Taison hoga.

Muskan smiled.

Sameer: Taison?

Karan: is ka dog.

Muskan smiled.

Sameer: oh.

Karan: bhul kar bhi us ke samne mat jana. Teri dhulai, silai sab kar dega.

Muskan: is ki ho chuki hai na is liye bata raha hai.

They laughed. Muskan's phone rang.

Muskan: Excuse me.

She goes to the side. An old lady came to Sameer and Karan.

Karan: kaisi hain aap, aunty?

Lady: theek hun, beta. Acha kiya jo aap log agaye.

Sameer frowns. Karan was confused too.

Lady: baby ne subha se kuch nahi khaya.

Sameer felt bad. He looked at Muskan who was talking on the phone and she caught her head. She was tense about something. Sameer saw the time in his watch. It shows 10: 05 am. Sameer thinks.

Sameer: ab, aunty, kya aap un aunty se keh sakti hain ke wo tea ke sath snacks bhi laen.

Lady nods and she goes. Sameer looked at Karan who was looking at him.

Sameer: hum to breakfast kar chuke hain lekin Muskan kuch pareshan lag rahi hai.

Karan turns his face and saw Muskan who was rubbing her forehead. Sameer also looked at Muskan.

Sameer: humain serve karne ke bahane wo bhi kuch kha legi.

Karan looked at Sameer who was looking at Muskan. Sameer looked at Karan. Karan kept his hand at Sameer's shoulder and nods.

Muskan cuts the call and turns her face. She wore a smile on her face. Sameer was surprised how can someone so expert in hiding the pain. Muskan came to them.

Muskan: aap log ab tak yahi khare hain chaliye.

Sameer nods. Karan and Sameer signed Muskan you first. Muskan smiled and they goes.

Muskan: please sit.

They sat. Sameer was sitting opposite to Muskan and Karan sat at the side chair.

Muskan: please, have it.

Sameer and Karan looked at each other. Sameer smiled.

Sameer: yeah, aap bhi lijiye.

Muskan looked at him. She smiled. The maid gives the tea to the trio and made the plate of sandwiches, a piece of cake and some snacks.

Muskan: thank you, aunty. Aap ja sakti hain.

Muskan looked at Sameer.

Muskan: aap le kyun nahi rahe please lijiye. Aap ko shy feel karne ki koi zarorat nahi hai.

Sameer smiled.

Karan: sirf humain hi kjilaigi ya khud bhi kuch legi.

Muskan: han leti hun.

Muskan looked down. She doesn’t want to eat anything. She was worried for a business deal and her first birthday without her father. She was feeling her heart heavy so she doesn’t feel hungry.

Karan: kya leti hun rok.

Karan goes to her and sat beside her. Karan took the sandwich and tried to feed her.

Muskan: main le rahi hun.

Karan: kha.

Karan fed her forcefully. They smiled. Sameer smiled to see them. He was relieved that Muskan ate something. He recalled something.

Flashback:

Sameer was sitting in the cafe and a girl of almost 22 or 23 was sitting opposite to him. Sameer goes to her and sits beside her. The girl looked away in anger. Sameer tried to feed her something with spoon but she turned her face. Sameer thinks and something clicked in his mind. He tickles the girl who was warning him then the girl smiles and laughs. Sameer fed her lovingly. They smiled to see each other.

Flashback ends.

Sameer was smiling and was lost. Muskan looked at him.

Karan:  Sameer. Sameer.

Sameer came back to reality.

Sameer: han.

Karan: kya haan. Ab tu kahan kho gaya. Jaldi karo humain orphanage bhi jana hai.

Sameer smiled. Muskan looked down and she sipped her tea. Sameer was lost in his thoughts. Muskan looked at him and frowned. Muskan thinks.

Soon, they finished their tea and kept the cups on the table.

Karan: let’s go.

Sameer and Muskan nod. They got up. They came to the car.

Karan: Sameer ki car main chalen?

Muskan looked at him.

Muskan: meri car main gifts and kuch cheeze hain us ka kya?

 Karan: driver le ayega.

Muskan: maine pehle hi bhej diya unhe. Wo saman zyada tha to maine pehle hi bhej diya.

Karan: ab?

Muskan and Sameer think.

Karan: ek kaam karte hain.

Muskan and Sameer looked at him.

Karan: tum dono Sameer ki car main jao main Muskan ki car main aata hun. What’s say?

Muskan and Sameer were shocked. They looked at each other.

Muskan: lekin. Main. Kaise?

Sameer looked at her.

Karan: why not?

Sameer: ab main Muskan ki car le aata hun if, if she doesn’t mind.

Muskan shook her head.

Karan: tu kaise tujhe to us special bakery ka bhi nahi pata jahan se har saal cake ban kar aata hai.

Muskan nods to see Smeer.

Sameer: to cake bhi lena hai?

Karan: woh raste main hi hai bakery. Jate howe receive kar lenge.

Sameer: to ab?

Muskan: aap dono chale main cake le kar aati hun.

Sameer: lekin bache aap ka wait kar rahe hain.

Muskan: to ab?

Karan: tum dono jao meri baat mano main bus piche piche aata hun car ko hawa main urate howe.

Sameer smiled.

Muskan: Sameer, are you OK with it? I, I can come with another car if you have problem.

Sameer looked at her. Muskan waits for his reply.

Sameer: ab, no, I don't mind.

Muskan smiled slightly.

Karan: to problem solved. Tum log chalo main aya piche car ko helicopter bana kar.

Muskan: gifts hain dihan se.

Karan bends in honour: yes your highness.

Sameer and Muskan smiled. They looked at each other.

Sameer: ab let’s go.

Muskan nods. She gave the keys to Karan and then she moved to the gate with Sameer and Karan moved to Muskan’s car.

Sameer opened the car’s door for Muskan who kept the hair behind her ear in awkwardness. She goes to sit and sets her dupatta. Neil kept her dupatta in the car and Muskan sets it on her lap. Sameer shuts the door and he sighs. After Maya, first time, he allowed a girl to sit with him in the front seat. He thought, it is the first and last time but he was unaware of the reality that it is just the beginning of the change. He is moving forward to break uncountable chains.

Sameer moved to the driving seat and he opened the car. Sameer got in the car. He sighs. Muskan was feeling awkward. She kept her hair behind her ear and sets her dupatta. Sameer sighs and was also feeling strange. Sameer starts the car and they drove to the orphanage. Karan's car which is actually Avni's car was behind Sameer's car.
