You were a 15 year old girl waiting outside in an extremely long line waiting to get your hands on the new virtual reality game 'Sword art online' it's been all over the tv, newspapers, magazines. You had to have it. Being the video game adict you were you stood in line with you best friend (f/n). You were both exploding with excitement and could hardly stay still. "(Y/n) when we first log on you should show me how to play! I kind of suck at video games." Your friend says nervously laughing. You had to admit you were amazing at video games. You've done research on sword art online and knew everything you needed to know to play. You laughed. "Of course. Just don't die right away ok?" You said jokingly. At the moment a tall guy with red hair in a bandana crashed into you. "I'm sorry!" He said holding a hand out to you. "Are you ok? I didn't see where I was going I was trying to get back to my spot in line" he said scratching the back of his head. "It's cool" you said smiling. Your (e/c) eyes looking into his brown ones. "Are you as pumped as I am for sword art online?!" He asks his eyes sparkling. "Of course! I'm ready!" You said fist pumping the air. "Oh I didn't even introduce my self!" He said alarmed. "My names Klein" he said winking. "I'm (y/n) and this is my friend (f/n)!" You say shaking his hand. "We should meet up in SAO, we could all fight bosses together and go on raids!" He said excitedly. "Sure!" Your friend (f/n) said and you nodded quickly. You all talked for so long the line quickened and in no time you, (f/n) and Klein received SAO and the nervegear. You and (f/n) waved goodbye to Klein and walked towards your house with your friend in excitement.

"Should we both start together?" you heard (f/n) ask. "Of course!" You say laying down on your bed with (f/n) on the top bunk bed. You both pull your nervegear over your heads and stare up at the ceiling. "Ready?" You ask your friend on the bed above you. "Ready" she replies happily. "LINK START" you both say in unison.

White, blue , red , yellow ,green. Colors flashes before your eyes as you made a username and password for yourself. You were immediately teleported to the town of beginnings on a small platform. You had chosen your avatar to be a beautiful warrior like girl with (fav hair color) hair. You loved how you looked in SAO. You could finally escape your looks in the real world. You turned to see (f/n) to the right of you with her classic username above her head. She did also look extremely different but you could still tell it was her. "We are here!" You scream bouncing around (f/n). She bounces with you and you two were having a blast in your few couple seconds of SAO. "What should be do first?" You ask your friend. She smiles and shrugs. "You could teach me basics? I'm a total noob at this game" she laughs. "Alright!" You grab her hand and drag her through the town of beginnings to buy a basic weapon. You chose a thin white sword. She chooses a mint green bow. You and your Friend make your way to a clearing filled with monsters. You scan the area and notice two people far away. You grab (f/n) hand and run towards them once you realize one of them is Klein.

"Hey Klein!" You and (f/n) say in unison. "Hey (y/n) , (f/n)! I didn't expect to see you this early." He said laughing. You notice he was with someone else. He was Extremely attractive. Coal black hair. Black eyes and he was tall and looked about 18. You blushed once you eyed him for some time. "It seems you are taking a liking to my friend Kirito" Klein laughs seeing your red face. "NO I WAS JUST WONDERING WHO HE WAS!" You say defensively. (F/n) and Klein both were laughing their heads off while you just pouted looking down. The guy called 'Kirito' just smiled at you. Oh my god he's so cute. Ahhhh why do I always Embarrass myself in front of everyone! This is probably why I don't have a boyfriend! You thought in your head mentally screaming.

Kiritos (POV)

I was nervous just looking at her. Why was she blushing? I wasn't attractive or anything. But... This is my avatar she's looking at not me. Did she like me? No way

Your (POV)

"Kirito was just teaching me how to kill a boar before you 2 showed up" Klein states proudly. "It was so hard but now I know how to kill one by myself!" Kirito laughed. "Dude those monsters are the lowest level in the game." Klein's eyes widened in shock "I thought that was like a boss or something!" We all laughed. Klein was so funny and weird. you thought.

"Well it's getting late" you said cracking your virtual back bones. "I should be logging out now." You say pulling up your menu. A shocked expression appeared on your face. "Hey guys I'm so stupid." You say nervously laughing. "Where is the log out button again?" Kirito comes over to you and shows you were it was supposed to be. His face looked shocked as well. "It should be here..." He says. "It's probably a bug. This game is new and all. It's bound to have a few." You just shrug. But something in your mind was telling you that something was not right. You all went to a nearby tavern and ordered food waiting for the bug to be fixed. Everyone stared at the Steaming mugs in front of them trying not to worry. The next moment a bright white light took over and before you knew it you were back at the town of beginnings with it's seemed like thousands of people. YES! They are Probably going to inform us that the bug will be fixed soon! You looked over at kirito. Worry and anger seemed to cloud his eyes while Klein and (f/n) looked confused. You felt a drop of liquid land on your shoulder. You looked up to see the sky was bleeding?! What the hell is this?! You thought panicking. Some people in the crowd were screaming as the word 'warning' appeared to be written all over the blood red sky. Is this part of the game? I didn't expect this. Then out of the blood emerged a giant red hooded figure. "Hello everyone. I'm akihiko kayaba, creator of this world. You are probably wondering why you are all here and why your log out button is missing. This is not a bug this is how SAO works." His loud voice ringing throughout the town. There were suddenly gasps and whispers. He went on about how we had to defeat all the floors of Aincrad in order to leave the game. And how if we died in the game we died in real life. He gave all what he said was a "gift" in our inventories. You equipped it and saw it was just a mirror. You looking into it at your beautiful avatar when a bright light blinded you and then it was over. What happened?! You glanced over at (f/n) and saw she looked like she did in real life. You gasped and looked at your reflection again. You were again your boring self without colorful hair and fantasy like looks.What this isn't real life. I'm dreaming. This can't be happening WAKE UP!! You were mentally flipping out and smacking yourself. "WAKE UP, LOG OUT" you screamed Continuing to hit and pinch yourself. "(Y/n) STOP!" You felt hands tightly grip your shoulders from behind. It was Kirito. He spun you around so you faced him . He was no longer a hot 18 year old looking guy. Instead he had a cute rounded face and was a lot shorter. He looked about your age. "We are going to beat this game. Your not going to die. None of us are!" He said angrily. Your eyes felt hot and you felt warm tears drip down your face. You nodded at him. "I'm forming a party and your all joining. We should all stick together" you say glancing at everyone. Everyone nods accept kirito. "It's ok I'll go solo" he says expressionless and starts to walk away. You run and grab his arm. "No your not. You said we are not going to die. That means you aren't either" you say your (e/c) eyes angry. He backs up. "I'll be fine. I was a beta tester. I know a lot of secrets about this game like hidden treasure and some of the dungeons." He puts his face to yours and you look directly into his midnight black eyes. "Come with me. Together we can beat the game. Me and you. (F/n) told me you researched the game and know a lot about it." He said his eyes still staring into your soul. Your face darkened. "What about (f/n) and Klein?!" You yell. "Are they just supposed to die while we save the world! And besides its impossible!" You stomp away and open a shop door angrily and sit inside trying to cool down. What's with this guy. I thought we could all stick together?! I'm not leaving my friends to die. That not human. Seconds later you saw the raven haired boy take a seat by you. "What do you want?" You ask not looking at him. He sighs. "I've decided to join your party.
