❓ Where The Hell Is He?! ❓
A/N: Requested by Insomniac-central! I think that this idea is pretty damn cool! Thank you so much, and keep requests coming! Before we begin, I would like to mention that there might be themes that could trigger people, including child labor, abuse, forced child prostitution, mention of vomit, cutting off limbs, gun usage, poison, alcohol, unprofessional amputation, sexual assault, kidnapping and more. And these are the main base for the plot. So, please wait for another oneshot if any of these things trigger you. Your mental health is much more important than a story. Another thing: Detective! Kirishima. I know very little about detectives. I don't watch shows with detectives or read stuff, but I will do basic research where I need to. I'm honestly using what little I remember from the Saw movies. So if this isn't accurate or up to your standards, I apologize! I think that's all, so let's begin.
Kirishima's POV
Sprinting through the rain.
Lungs begging and screaming for me to slow down.
I can't.
Where is he?
Where did he go?
"KATSUKI?!"
WHERE THE HELL IS HE?!
●●●
"Uhm, Kirishima-kun?"
I look up from my paperwork, to see a tall raven haired girl standing in the doorway.
"What's up, Yaomomo?" I placed down my pencil and did my best to make the stack of paper neat.
"Mr. Minagi wants to see you," Yaomomo mumbled, playing with her hair.
"Okay," I stood up, stretching my arms out. "How's your case going?"
"They still haven't found the cause of the murder of Mr. Bubaigawara. The feathers are what confuses everyone, because they're clearly dyed. No one knows the base color though," Yaomomo sighed.
I pursed my lips and nodded as I walked out of my office.
"How about your case?" Yaomomo walked beside me.
"Recently closed. Found the perp, and we're good. So I assume I'm being asked to begin another," I sighed.
Yaomomo gave a small hum and a nod before we reached Mr. Minagi's office.
"Good luck, Kirishima,"
"Right back at ya," I shot her finger guns before walking into the office.
"Kirishima, please sit down," Mr. Minagi said with a smile.
"What's the deal, Mr. Minagi?" I asked, flashing him a lazy grin.
"Why do I usually call you in?"
"So what's the scoop on this case?" I asked, leaning in a little bit.
A vanilla folder was slid toward me, so I popped it open.
"Reported kidnappings and child labor have been on a rise for the past three years. Usually, it's people around your age, if not your age exactly. Since you're only 19," Mr. Minagi began. "We, obviously, don't have much info. So we need you to look into this. And,"
Mr. Minagi pursed his lips before continuing, keep his voice quiet.
"And honestly, the police want to send you in undercover. Slip you in as a mole,"
I stared at him, shocked.
"Pardon?"
"This is definitely not mandatory. I almost immediately turned them down, but I figured I should ask you first," Mr. Minagi clarified.
He isn't one to guilt trip people, and I can tell by his tone that he meant it.
"Please turn them down for me. I am not comfortable with that,"
"Sure thing, Kirishima," Mr. Minagi let out a sigh of relief. "Ms. Hado will bring you the first person you'll interrogate,"
"Thank you, Mr. Minagi. Won't let you down,"
Giving a quick bow, I left his office to head to the interrogation room.
I sat down, and briefly looked stuff over.
When I was told there was very little information, I don't know what I expected.
But this?
"Two pictures of a building and names of missing teenagers over the past three years?" I whispered to myself.
It was a fuck ton of names too.
I released a sigh as the door opened.
Hado walked in with a small green haired person in a dress.
"Hello," I said, giving a calm smile. "Please have a seat,"
They were shaking, eyes noticeably teary.
"I'm going to ask you some questions. Just answer them the best you can, okay?"
They gave me a small nod as Hado handed me another file.
"Thank you. Is Tamaki outside?" I asked.
"Yep. Mirio is as well," she said with a smile.
"Fantastic," I grinned back at her before she left.
Turning back to the person sitting across from me, I smiled softly at them.
"You'll be alright. Ms. Hado and Mr. Amajiki won't let anything happen,"
They gave me a small nod and a sniffle.
"Can I get a name?"
"Yuki Rurikawa," they responded.
"What pronouns do you go by?"
"He / him,"
"And what were you assigned at birth?"
"Male,"
"Okay. Date of birth?"
"July 8th, xx06,"
"Blood type?"
"O,"
Looking over his info, all of it matched up.
(A/N: Here's where I'm gonna start to improvise, so if this is wrong or written as though it's illegal, my apologies.)
I pulled out a tape recorder.
"I'm going to record this testimony so I can go over anything you have to say while looking at other clues or evidence. You ready?"
Yuki gave me a nod.
"So, Mr. Rurikawa, does this building look familiar to you?" I asked, showing a picture.
"Yes, sir,"
"Any idea what the address could be?"
"That's the building on Veludo Way, but he has multiple buildings across a handful of prefectures,"
Jotting that down, I prepared the next question. "Do you have any idea who this person is?"
"He goes by the name of Reni, but he's stated that it isn't his name,"
Well, gotta remember that for later.
"Do you know what Reni looked like?"
"He had really long dark violet hair that he constantly kept down,"
"What did he make you do?"
"I was forced to cook him meals daily, and deliver messages to people all over the prefecture. If the food was too hot or cold, I..." Yuki gulped before looking toward the ground and proceeding. "I'd be beat or sold off for sexual activity for a day or two. I'd be used for forced prostitution to anyone I didn't deliver a message to fast enough. He'd also cut my legs and arms if I dropped something, especially when it came to cooking,"
While I wrote all this down, I gripped my pen tighter.
Sick fucking bastards. This is bigger than I thought, isn't it?
"People would get changed to other buildings when they hit a certain age. The treatment would be far worse the older you got. And when you moved to another building, it'd be a greater jump,"
Yuki's amber eyes were filled with tears as he continued.
"Would Reni follow people to ever building, or was it a different person running each building?"
"A different person running each building. I only made it to the second building, and the man in the first was shot. I don't know who the new person is in that building,"
"Okay. How many buildings are there?"
"I think five,"
Fuck! And I only have pictures of two?!
"Do you have any idea where the other places are?"
"The fifth building is somewhere within this prefecture, as far as I've heard. And that's the worst of them all. It's been rumored that when you turn 21, you're lured into thinking you'll be able to leave,"
I arched my brow, baffled.
"Could tell me what you've heard?"
"The work load would get lighter, as with the abuse. Eventually, you are offered to have a drink with the ring leader. And your drink has poison in it, that takes two to five days to kick in. But if you don't drink, they torture you before they shove a gun in your mouth. If your heart rate doesn't go up fast enough by a certain amount of time, you're shot beyond recognition,"
Yuki was on the brink of sobbing, so I offered him the tissue box on my desk.
"Do you know anyone who was killed?"
"Itaru Chigasaki, Sakyo Furuichi, Tasuku Takato, Tsumugi Tsukicha, Hisoka Mikage, Homare Arisugawa, Azuma Yukishiro, Tetsuro Iwai, Isuke Matsukawa, Ichiro Makita, Julian Yamashita, Tsubasa Yoshikawa, Yuichi Hasegawa and Keito Yano were names that float around,"
Looking at my list, I saw every single one of those names on the provided list.
I , unfortunately had to cross them off.
"If the ring leader likes you, though, your drink won't be poisoned, amd you'll be lead to his house to stay with him until you've wronged him. That's when he," Yuki choked on his own words, taking in a small breath. "He chains you to a spinning target while his lackeys throw axes at you. They supposedly make a sick game out of it. The one who cuts your face is killed, as well as any genitalia. But if they get you in the chest, the sick fuck keeps your body for whatever purposes they want,"
I felt myself get nauseated at the thought.
"Sometimes, people from the older buildings are brought to the other ones, following their building's master. The most recent visitor helped me escape. He told me to find an Eijirou Kirishima and tell him somethinf, but gave me no address or description,"
I paused, my eyes widened and jaw dropped.
"Well, you found him,"
Yuki's eyes widened, and I got to see a small smile.
"There's really some miracles in the world, huh?" he whispered. "He told me something about this Golden Lake,"
●●●
"Katsuki, where are you taking me?" I stumbled blindly with Katsuki's hand over my eyes.
"Just chill, baby," a peck landed on my cheek. "You'll love it,"
His hand was lifted, and we were in front of a lake.
"So this is why you told me to bring a bathing suit!"
"Yep, get changed, and let's go in," Katsuki pulled his shirt off before jumping in.
His wet hair stuck to his forehead, but it looked like the color changed.
"Katsu, your hair looks really pretty in the water. Like golden straw,"
Katsuki blushed and tried to hide under the water as I pulled off my shirt.
We were able to swim for a solid few hours before it began to rain.
"Shit. Here, lemme go grab my umbrella from my car. I'll be back," Katsuki gave me a peck in the cheek, and he was gone.
●●●
My chest tightened and my eyes watered.
I took a quick inhale, trying not to look unprofessional in front of a kid who went through so much.
"Did you catch his name?"
"No,"
"Do you remember his appearance?"
"Spiky blond hair, red eyes, pale skin, and a bunch of scars,"
He's alive.
He's alive and in danger.
I wrote that down, continuing with the testimony.
●●●
I sat on my bed, pulling out a map of the prefecture.
The lake we referred to as "Golden Lake" was in the middle of the woods, and there was one giant house by the lake.
"Is that the ring leader's house or something?" I whispered, circling the map in red pen where the house would be.
I ripped that chunk of the map off, and put it on a bulletin board, stabbing a thumb tack with red string onto it.
I pinned up the other evidence I had, and listened back through Yuki's testimony.
"With what the man did to help me, he's most likely going to be murdered," Yuki's voice played back.
"Shit, I know I said I wasn't comfortable with going in," I murmured, picking up my phone and dialing a number.
"Eijirou, what's wrong?"
"Tell the police to bring me a disguise. I just got a lead,"
●●●
I sat at Golden Lake, a ripped shirt and grimy shorts being the only things I wore. Bright blue contacts were in my eyes, and they bleached my hair.
It felt odd.
I was given instructions, and off I went toward the house.
Okay, wait for a loud noise to begin climbing up.
I was pressed fully to the wall of the house, trying not to be noticed.
Loud laughter erupted from the house, so I hardened my fingers and feet, shoving them into the wall and beginning to climb.
Those sounded like three different voices.
The laughter, however, didn't last long.
Fingers and feet stuck in the wall, I climbed as slowly and quietly as I could.
Pure silence, Eijirou. Look through the windows, look for bars or Katsuki.
Yaomomo, also dressed undercover knocked on the door of the house.
There was a lot of rustling, and footsteps.
One, two, three.
All of them were going, so I climbed as fast as I could around to another side of the house, looking for the windows.
A window with bars was barely covered by curtains, so I tore them off.
Saw the bars, and go from there.
Using a hardened finger, I began to move it back and forth across the bar before it began to fall.
I did my best to catch it, barely grabbing on.
Not without a loud screech.
"The fuck was that?"
SHIT.
I slid myself through the hole I made, and did my best to place the bar in a way that made it look like it stayed.
Once I had it there, I looked at what was in the room, and barfed a little in my mouth.
Cut up limbs and bodies everywhere.
The bastards got off on it too, dried shots of semen on some limbs.
I shuddered, doing my best to avoid stepping too loudly, or on any bones.
No one was alive in here.
I did, however, see a fresh arm that was still bleeding.
Please tell me it isn't Katsuki.
An angry, raspy scream came from a few floors down.
Basement.
I left the room, and tried to stay off the ground as much as possible.
Get to the basement. Get to the basement. Get to the basement.
"FUCKING GAG HIM!"
GET TO THE FUCKING BASEMENT.
I made it to the door to the basement, and I activated my Quirk.
I opened the door.
"Finally! Aku, tell your boy toy to shut the fuck up!"
Someone with black wings turned to me as I reached the bottom of the stairs.
A gun was immediately raised.
BANG!
My head moved back for a moment as the bullet bounced off my temple, landing on my shoulder before rolling to the floor.
Fuck fuck fuck.
Sprinting to the winged man, I put him in a choke hold which caused him to drop the gun, clawing at my arm.
The second dude down there went out of my line of vision.
I turned, only to get stepped on by the winged man.
"YAOMOMO!" I roared, hoping it was loud enough for the woman to hear me.
"GET THAT THING AWAY FROM ME!"
A breaking voice screamed.
Yaomomo appeared at the bottom of the stairs and created a rag of sorts.
"PUT IT ON HIS MOUTH!" Yaomomo tossed me the rag.
A moment later, the rag was over his nose and mouth.
Writhing and struggling, the winged man slowly passed out.
Coughing sobs came from the other side of the room, and I turned.
My sweet, precious Katsuki was chained to a spinning target, stained with blood.
He was in a pair of boxers only, his hair matted to his face with blood and sweat.
Fat globs of tears rolled down his ruddy cheeks as a gun was shoved into his mouth.
There was a bloody nub where his right arm should've been, making me go white and green at the same time.
My baby...
I took a step, and the gun went further into his mouth, and a hand tightened around Katsuki's neck.
SAVE HIM, YOU WORTHLESS BASTARD.
"MOVE ANY CLOSER, AND HE'S FUCKING SHOT!" the man holding the gun bellowed.
Think think THINK. WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO?!
I went to harden, and the man fingered at the trigger.
"DON'T THINK I FUCKING WON'T!"
"Now, now, Kouchi,"
I turned to see a raven haired man walk in.
"We wouldn't want to treat our new guests terribly, now would we?"
FUCK.
"THEY KNOCKED OUT RYUUNO!"
"Put the gun down,"
The gun was dropped to the floor, making Katsuki cough.
"So, who's this specimen?" The dark haired male grabbed me by the face.
I hardened, making sure it was enough to cut his hand.
"Ah, a feisty one. Why don't you just relax? Have a drink?"
"Mr. Yaku, don't you think t--" "Enough talking,"
As the black haired man, Yaku, spoke, a thin blue mist escaped his mouth, and the other man suddenly couldn't speak.
"Now, like I said, you can take a seat, have a drink, and relax. Maybe take out your contacts as well,"
I froze and gulped.
Opening my mouth, a hand was placed over it.
"Hush now,"
The mist floated out, and I allowed myself to inhale it.
As long as I don't let him do it with worse commands, I'll be okay.
I tried to speak, and it didn't work.
Before he could move his hand away, I opened my mouth and bit as hard as I could onto his hand.
"YOU FUCKING BRAT!"
Blood flooded in between my teeth and onto my tongue, and I could tell he was stuck.
"MOMO!" I yelled around his hand, and she walked over to the man with a rag.
"Now, now, you don't need to do that,"
The mist flew from between his lips.
"ON'T REE IN!"
A gas mask quickly went over her face.
"Kouchi!"
The other lackey was knocked out as I let go of his hand.
I put him in a choke hold, tightening my grip.
Another chloroform rag was used, the man fainting in my arms.
"Cuff him and gag him," I hissed, spitting out some blood as I ran over to Katsuki,"
"Katsuki, hey, baby, look at me," I said, working on unchaining him.
"Who... the fuck... are you?" He rasped out between hiccups.
That hurt a bit, but I knew it was because I was in a disguise of sorts.
"Katsuki, it's me, Eijirou," I said before peeling out the colored contacts. "Remember me, baby?"
Katsuki's eyes welled with tears as I finished with the chains.
He fell into my arms and began to sob.
"Thank you,"
"Of course, baby. When I heard you might be here, I had to come. Thank you for saving that boy," I stroked his hair, kissing his head. "He told me what I needed to know. I've got you. Yaomomo, my friend, she'll call us an ambulance, and we'll patch you up baby,"
He continued to cry and bleed on me. I pulled my shirt off, wrapping it around the nub and making sure it was covered.
"Yaomomo, you think you could make some bandages? Don't force yourself,"
"Yes," she said, quickly turning and opening up her shirt. "So this is Katsuki Bakugou,"
"The one and only,"
"You talked about me?"
"Of course, baby. I've fucking missed you so much these three years. I've been so scared that you were dead in a fucking ditch. I'm so happy I found you," I began to cry too, cradling him in my arms. "I'm so fucking happy,"
●●●
"Eri, please don't feel pressured to do this," I said to my teacher's daughter.
"I can do it, Mr. Kirishima!" the sweet girl smiled at me.
She placed a hand on Katsuki's nub, and closed her eyes.
I wanted to hold Katsuki's hand, but that would make my body affected by her Quirk too.
Eri's horn began to glow, and she kept whispering to herself. Her dads were on standby in case she lost control.
Katsuki's arm began to grow whole again, his hand reappearing.
Eri stopped, and her horn was miniscule.
Katsuki looked down, and his whole right arm was still there. He moved it and wiggled his fingers, and smiled.
"It's back," he whispered.
His pinkie look like the thing that got injured, being nothing but a nub, but who cares.
"Thank you so much, Eri!" I grinned, hugging the ten year-old. "You did such a good job!"
"Thank you," Katsuki teared up, also hugging the little girl.
"I'm glad I could help you, Mr. Bakugou! Does it feel okay?"
"It feels great, kidddo," he tousled her hair with his right hand.
"Thank you guys so much," I looked at Present Mic and Aizawa-sensei.
"We're happy you knew you could come to us," Present Mic flashed me a thumbs up and grin.
Katsuki stood up and hugged our two former teachers.
"Thank you for everything," he whispered.
"You're welcome, Katsuki," Aizawa-sensei responded.
The two hugged him back, making me smile.
"You two get in here!" Present Mic said to Eri and I.
I laughed, going into the arms of my former teachers.
●●●
"Congrats on finishing therapy, baby!" I beamed, hugging my fiancé tightly.
He wrapped both of his arms around me, giving me pecks and kisses.
"I wouldn't have been able to do it without you, Kirisunshine," he murmured. "I love you so fucking much,"
"I love you even fucking more,"
"Nope. I love you the motherfucking most,"
"False. I love you more than anyone or anything else in the fucking world,"
"Fucking love you, dork,"
"Fucking love you too,"
A/N: Okay, I know that this got really fucked up. I don't know where the fuck this came from. I also apologize for the fight scene, since that was probably fucking terrible. But, I'm very with how happy it ended. I wanted to get this out before Kiribaku month, since it's unlikely I will publish here during Kiribaku month, but you'll still get this cutesy gay content. Don't be shy to leave requests. Just know it may take a little bit. I have two fluffy oneshots in the works at the moment, and a few other ideas as well. I don't know if I'll keep the two in the works though. It depends. Anyway, that is all I have! Stay safe and healthy! - Septic / Spark
